Abstract
一种轮椅用蜗杆传动机构,涉及轮椅驱动技术领域,它包括驱动电机(1)、驱动弹簧(6)、传动齿轮(7),人们使用本发明设计的轮椅,在使用之前人们通过转动调节把手(15);通过调节把手(15)带动调节U形环(13)转动;调节U形环(13)带动调节螺纹轮(14)转动;调节螺纹轮(14)转动就会使得调节螺纹轮(14)沿着调节螺纹轮(14)轴线移动,即可以通过调节调节把手(15)来控制驱动弹簧(6)的初始弹性性能。进而控制驱动弹簧(6)所能传递的最大扭矩;在人们调节好螺纹的初始弹性性能时;控制驱动电机(1)开始工作;驱动电机(1)带动传动轴(5)转动;传动轴(5)带动两个弹簧固定圆盘(8)转动;两个弹簧固定圆盘(8)带动驱动弹簧(6)转动;驱动弹簧(6)转动带动传动齿轮(7)转动;传动齿轮(7)带动齿轮轴(11)转动;通过齿轮轴(11)旋转可以带动轮椅工作,通过第一调节齿牙(16)和第二调节齿牙(23)在传动轴(5)转动时对驱动弹簧(6)的束缚力调节驱动弹簧(6)传递的扭矩。
