上述的一种传动器,所述蜗轮的内端面的外缘设有主动齿,所述齿形离合
器的内端面外缘设有与所述主动齿相啮合的从动齿,所述从动齿的啮合面向外呈一定倾角,所述主动齿的啮合面向内成一定倾角与所述从动齿的啮合面适配。
上述的一种传动器,所述复位组件包括固定在所述传动轴上的固定挡板以
及套设在所述传动轴上的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧一端固定在所述固定挡板的一侧,另一端固定在所述齿形离合器的内端面。
上述的一种传动器,所述蜗杆的上端设有用于与外部动力输出轴相连接的
皮带轮,所述蜗杆的轴杆上设有螺旋状的动力输出齿,所述蜗轮的外圆周端面上设有与该动力输出齿相啮合的传动齿,所述传动齿为斜纹齿。
本实用新型的有益效果为: 本实用新型结构小巧紧凑,适用于 家用割草机、拖拉机和除雪机等小型机械车辆,具有 离合控制省力的特点,蜗轮的主动齿和齿形离合器的从动齿之间啮合紧密相对摩擦力小,降低了磨损量,延长了使用寿命,同时扭矩大,满足了大功率的动力输出要求。

如图1和图2所示,一种传动器,包括蜗杆5、与蜗杆5啮合的蜗轮1、
与该蜗轮1进行分离啮合的齿形离合器2以及用于控制齿形离合器2相对蜗轮1进行轴向移动的离合控制组件。齿形离合器2上固定有 传动 轴3,蜗轮1可转动地套设在该传动轴3上。其中,离合控制组件包括设在齿形离合器2外侧的弯月状的离合把手4以及与该离合把手4连接的压板42,压板42可滑动地套设在传动轴3上。离合把手4的一端固定在压板42上,构成一支点,离合把手4的另一端设有牵引孔41,用于牵拉离合把手4的牵引杆可连接在该牵引孔41上,离合把手4横跨在齿形离合器2上,在支点和牵引孔41两点之间构成一扭矩。为使齿形离合器2可进行灵活复位,传动轴3上设有用于使该齿形离合器2复位的复位组件。 蜗轮 1 通过平面轴承(图中未示出)可转动地套设在传动轴3上,为防止蜗轮1沿着传动轴3向左移动,该平面轴承的内外端面均设有垫圈9。垫圈9通过设在传动轴3上的销轴12进行定位,传动轴3的两端均套设有定位轴套91。
具体的,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,复位组件包括固定在传动轴3上的固定挡板7以及套设在传动轴3上的复位弹簧8,该复位弹簧8一端固定在固定挡板7的一侧,另一端固定在齿形离合器2的内端面。在初始启动时,蜗杆5带动蜗轮1空转,此时,传动轴3不发生转动。作动力输出时,向左拉动离合把手4,使离合把手4带动压板42沿着传动轴3向左运动,齿形离合器2在压板42施加的向左的推力下与蜗轮1进行啮合,此时,复位弹簧8处于被压缩状态,转动的蜗轮1带动与之啮合的齿形离合器2转动。因传动轴3与齿形离合器2为固定连接,因此,转动的齿形离合器2带动传动轴3同步转动,通过传动轴3向外输出动力。在停转时,松开离合把手4,复位弹簧8恢复弹性形变,在向右的作用力下,齿形离合器2沿着传动轴3向右运动,此时,齿形离合器2与蜗轮1分离,蜗轮1空转,齿形离合器2停转。
进一步地,在本实用新型的优选实施例中,蜗轮1的内端面的外缘设有主动齿13,齿形离合器2的内端面外缘设有与主动齿13相啮合的从动齿21,从动齿21的啮合面向外呈一定倾角,主动齿13的啮合面向内成一定倾角与从动齿21的啮合面适配,使得主动齿13和从动齿21的啮合面均呈一定倾角啮合。在两者啮合时,主动齿13和从动齿21可牢固紧密地啮合在一起,不会发生相对摩擦,极大地降低了磨损量。蜗杆5的上端设有用于与外部动力输出轴相连接的皮带轮6,蜗杆5的轴杆上设有螺旋状的动力输出齿51,蜗轮1的外圆周端面上设有与该动力输出齿51相啮合的传动齿11,传动齿11为斜纹齿。传动时,皮带轮6将外部动力输出至蜗杆5上,然后通过蜗杆5对蜗轮1进行驱动,并使与其啮合的齿形离合器2传动。
综上所述, 本实用新型结构小巧紧凑,适用于 家用割草机、拖拉机和除雪机等小型机械车辆,具有 离合控制省力的特点,蜗轮的主动齿和齿形离合器的从动齿之间啮合紧密相对摩擦力小,降低了磨损量,延长了使用寿命,同时扭矩大,满足了大功率的动力输出要求。

  1. 一种传动器,包括蜗杆、与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮、与所述蜗轮进行分离啮合的齿形离合器以及用于控制所述齿形离合器相对所述蜗轮进行轴向移动的离合控制组件,所述齿形离合器上固定有传动轴,所述蜗轮可转动地套设在该传动轴上,其特征在于,所述离合控制组件包括设在所述齿形离合器外侧的弯月状离合把手以及与该离合把手连接的压板,所述压板可滑动地套设在所述传动轴上,所述传动轴上设有用于使所述齿形离合器复位的复位组件,所述蜗轮通过平面轴承可转动地套设在所述传动轴上,所述平面轴承的内外端面设有用于防止所述蜗轮沿着所述传动轴移动的垫圈。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种传动器,其特征在于,所述蜗轮的内端面的外缘设有主动齿,所述齿形离合器的内端面外缘设有与所述主动齿相啮合的从动齿,所述从动齿的啮合面向外呈一定倾角,所述主动齿的啮合面向内成一定倾角与所述从动齿的啮合面适配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种传动器,其特征在于,所述复位组件包括固定在所述传动轴上的固定挡板以及套设在所述传动轴上的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧一端固定在所述固定挡板的一侧,另一端固定在所述齿形离合器的内端面。
