Background
Epipremnum aureum (epipremum aureum) is a foliage plant of the genus eucheuma of the family Araceae, and is a commonly used indoor foliage plant at present. The small bonsai scindapsus aureus can be cultivated and applied in a variety of ways such as potting, hanging and the like, has become a good product of indoor decorative foliage plants in recent years, and is a necessary green plant in places such as families, offices, markets, hotels and the like. However, when the decorative board is placed indoors with dark light, phenomena such as excessive growth, long pitch distance, delicate branches and the like are easy to occur, and the ornamental value is reduced.
Therefore, it is necessary to subject scindapsus aureus to chemical regulation technology. At present, researches on chemical control technologies mainly focus on potted flowers such as chrysanthemum, scarlet sage, petunia, narcissus, cymbidium, guayule and the like, and there are a lot of reports, while researches on chemical control technologies of foliage plants are rarely reported, so that a method for shortening the internode distance of small potted epipremnum aureum and improving the ornamental quality is proposed for solving the problems.

Selecting cuttage scindapsus aureus of different varieties, dividing each scindapsus aureus into a plurality of groups, respectively spraying clear water and chemical regulating agents with different concentrations on the groups of scindapsus aureus, observing and recording experimental results, and adopting the following specific implementation mode:
in 7 months, three species for cutting scindapsus aureus are selected, namely green leaves, yellow leaves and flower leaves, each scindapsus aureus is divided into four groups, after cutting, one group is sprayed with clear water and recorded as a control group CK, the solution obtained by spraying the finished product chemical regulator T2 to the second group after dilution by 5 times is recorded as T1, the solution obtained by spraying the finished product chemical regulator T2 to the third group is recorded as T2, the solution obtained by spraying the finished product chemical regulator T2 to the fourth group after concentration increase is recorded as T3, and each group of scindapsus aureus is 30 plants.
After 2 months, the length, width, length, thickness, width, height, area and space between nodes of different species and groups of epipremnum aureum were observed. The results are shown in tables 1, 2 and 3 below.
TABLE 1 Green leaf variety
TABLE 2 yellow leaf variety
TABLE 3 floral leaf variety
As is evident from tables 1, 2 and 3, the treatment significantly shortened the nodes of potted epipremnum aureum plants
The T2 effect is better in comprehensive view because the distance has little influence on the length, width, length, thickness, height and area of the leaf, the side effect on green leaf variety plants is little, and the side effect on yellow leaf and mosaic variety plants is little.
