Abstract

本发明提供了一种集成式散热器组件,属于车辆领域。该集成式散热器组件包括:多组制冷剂扁管,每组制冷剂扁管内均设有多个制冷剂流道;制冷剂集液管,设置于多组制冷剂扁管的两端且与每个制冷剂流道连通;多组冷却液扁管,每一冷却液扁管套设于每一制冷剂扁管的外侧,冷却液扁管与制冷剂扁管的外表面之间形成有多个冷却液流道;和冷却液集液管,设置于多组冷却液扁管的两端且与每个冷却液流道连通,冷却液集液管与制冷剂集液管相隔离,使得制冷剂在制冷剂扁管和制冷剂集液管内流通,冷却液在冷却液扁管和冷却液集液管内流动。本发明的集成式散热器组件能够不采用补气增焓就满足热泵系统的制热使用要求。

一种集成式散热器组件
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆领域,特别是涉及一种集成式散热器组件。
背景技术
车辆的热泵系统能够进行制冷和制热两种模式的工作,因此热泵系统中换热器在制热时作为蒸发器使用,在制冷时作为冷凝器使用。同时车辆还设有用于冷却系统温度的散热器,例如传统车辆的散热水箱,或者新能源车辆的电机散热器等。
现有技术中的热泵系统的换热器和冷却系统的散热器通常是分开设置。在冬季低温环境下,现有的热泵系统通常需要补气增焓才能满足正常的制热使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种集成式散热器组件,能够不采用补气增焓就满足热泵系统的制热使用要求。
本发明的另一个目的是要有效利用电机和电控系统的热量,实现节能减耗。
特别地,本发明提供了一种集成式散热器组件,包括:
多组制冷剂扁管,每组所述制冷剂扁管内均设有多个制冷剂流道;
制冷剂集液管,设置于所述多组制冷剂扁管的两端且与每个所述制冷剂流道连通;
多组冷却液扁管,每一所述冷却液扁管套设于每一所述制冷剂扁管的外侧,所述冷却液扁管与所述制冷剂扁管的外表面之间形成有多个冷却液流道;和
冷却液集液管,设置于所述多组冷却液扁管的两端且与每个冷却液流道连通,所述冷却液集液管与所述制冷剂集液管相隔离,使得制冷剂在所述制冷剂扁管和所述制冷剂集液管内流通,冷却液在所述冷却液扁管和所述冷却液集液管内流动。
可选地,还包括:
空气翅片,设置于相邻的所述冷却液扁管之间。
可选地,所述制冷剂集液管和所述冷却液集液管集成于同一侧部集液管内。
可选地,所述侧部集液管通过铝板冲压后焊接而成。
可选地,所述侧部集液管的内部设有隔层,所述隔层将所述侧部集液管分隔成作为所述冷却液集液管的第一腔体和作为所述制冷剂集液管的第二腔体。
可选地,所述冷却液扁管的端部延伸至所述第一腔体内,使得所述冷却液流道内的冷却液汇集至所述第一腔体。

本发明的集成式散热器组件通过在普通的平行流换热器的制冷剂扁管外部套设冷却液扁管,并设有分隔的制冷剂集液管和冷却液集液管,分别用于汇集制冷剂和冷却液,相当于将换热器与散热器集成为一体。这种结构使得制冷剂扁管内的制冷剂和冷却液扁管内的冷却液有热量交换。在需要制冷时,作为蒸发器的换热器的制冷剂需要吸取外界的热量,而流经制冷剂扁管外部的冷却液带有大量电机和电控系统的热量,此时制冷剂扁管内的制冷剂就可以大量吸取冷却液扁管内的冷却液所带的热量,从而满足其制热需求,不再需要额外的补气增焓,同时有效利用了电机和电控系统的热量,有利于车辆的节能降耗。
进一步地,将将换热器与散热器集成为一体,不再需要单独加工生产,单独的运输与管理,可以有效降低成本。并且该集成式散热器组件可以降低整套系统的布置难度,加快生产节拍。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的集成式散热器组件的结构示意图。图2是根据本发明一个实施例的集成式散热器组件的制冷剂扁管和冷却液扁管的结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种集成式散热器组件100,其一般性地可以包括多组制冷剂扁管10、制冷剂集液管20、多组冷却液扁管30和冷却液集液管40。如图2所示,每组制冷剂扁管10内均设有多个制冷剂流道11。制冷剂集液管20设置于多组制冷剂扁管10的两端且与每个制冷剂流道11连通。如图2所示,每一冷却液扁管30套设于每一制冷剂扁管10的外侧,冷却液扁管30与制冷剂扁管10的外表面之间形成有多个冷却液流道31。冷却液集液管40设置于多组冷却液扁管30的两端且与每个冷却液流道31连通,冷却液集液管40与制冷剂集液管20相隔离,使得制冷剂在制冷剂扁管10和制冷剂集液管20内流通,冷却液在冷却液扁管30和冷却液集液管40内流动。
实际上本实施例的多组制冷剂扁管10和制冷剂集液管20就相当于现有技术中的平行流换热器。本实施例的集成式散热器组件100通过在普通的平行流换热器的制冷剂扁管10外部套设冷却液扁管30,并设有分隔的制冷剂集液管20和冷却液集液管40,分别用于汇集制冷剂和冷却液,相当于将换热器与散热器集成为一体。这种结构使得制冷剂扁管10内的制冷剂和冷却液扁管30内的冷却液有热量交换。在需要制冷时,作为蒸发器的换热器的制冷剂需要吸取外界的热量,而流经制冷剂扁管10外部的冷却液带有大量电机和电控系统的热量,此时制冷剂扁管10内的制冷剂就可以大量吸取冷却液扁管30内的冷却液所带的热量,从而满足其制热需求,不再需要额外的补气增焓,同时有效利用了电机和电控系统的热量,有利于车辆的节能降耗。
进一步地,将将换热器与散热器集成为一体,不再需要单独加工生产,单独的运输与管理,可以有效降低成本。并且该集成式散热器组件100可以降低整套系统的布置难度,加快生产节拍。
一个实施例中,如图1所示,该集成式散热器组件100还包括空气翅片50,该空气翅片50设置于相邻的冷却液扁管30之间。空气翅片50的设置有利于该集成式散热器组件100与空气中的热量交换。
在冬季需要制热时,制冷剂扁管10内的制冷剂吸取冷却液和车内空气中的热量,从而有效利用整车热量,满足制热要求。在夏季需要制冷时,制冷剂扁管10内的制冷剂和冷却液扁管30内的冷却液通过空气翅片50向外界散热,以满足散热需求。即本实施例的集成式散热器组件100实现了制冷剂、冷却液和空气三者之间的热量交换,既能满足制冷时的散热需求,又能满足制热时的吸热需求,使得整车的热量得到充分利用。
图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的集成式散热器组件的结构示意图。如图3所示,一个实施例中,制冷剂集液管20和冷却液集液管40集成于同一侧部集液管60内。
可选地,侧部集液管60通过铝板冲压后焊接而成。
另一个实施例中,如图3所示,侧部集液管60的内部设有隔层61,隔层61将侧部集液管60分隔成作为冷却液集液管40的第一腔体601和作为制冷剂集液管20的第二腔体602。
如图3所示,可选地,冷却液扁管30的端部延伸至第一腔体601内,使得冷却液流道31内的冷却液汇集至第一腔体601。
如图3所示,可选地,制冷剂扁管10的端部延伸至第二腔体602内,使得制冷剂流道11内的制冷剂汇集至第二腔体602。
一个实施例中,如图3所示,制冷剂扁管10沿第一方向f1延伸且按第二方向f2平行布置,第一方向f1和第二方向f2垂直。可选地,第一方向f1为水平方向,第二方向f2为竖直方向。
制冷剂流道11沿第一方向f1延伸且按第三方向f3依次平行布置,第三方向f3与第一方向f1、第二方向f2均垂直;冷却液流道31与制冷剂流道11同向布置。可选地,第三方向f3为与第一方向f1垂直的水平面上的方向。
制冷剂集液管20和冷却液集液管40均沿第二方向f2延伸。

多组制冷剂扁管,每组所述制冷剂扁管内均设有多个制冷剂流道;
制冷剂集液管,设置于所述多组制冷剂扁管的两端且与每个所述制冷剂流道连通;
多组冷却液扁管,每一所述冷却液扁管套设于每一所述制冷剂扁管的外侧,所述冷却液扁管与所述制冷剂扁管的外表面之间形成有多个冷却液流道,多组相套设的所述冷却液扁管和制冷剂扁管间隔布置;和
冷却液集液管,设置于所述多组冷却液扁管的两端且与每个所述冷却液流道连通,所述冷却液集液管与所述制冷剂集液管相隔离,使得制冷剂在所述制冷剂扁管和所述制冷剂集液管内流通,冷却液在所述冷却液扁管和所述冷却液集液管内流动;
空气翅片,设置于相邻的所述冷却液扁管之间;
所述冷却液集液管由第一面板和隔板端部对接而成,所述制冷剂集液管由第二面板和所述隔板拼接而成,所述第二面板设置于所述隔板远离所述第一面板的一侧且其两端搭接于所述第一面板和所述隔板的对接处,所述隔板将所述第一面板和所述第二面板限定出的空间分隔为所述冷却液集液管和所述制冷剂集液管,并且所述制冷剂集液管位于所述冷却液集液管的外侧,所述第一面板、所述隔板和所述第二面板为冲压铝板且通过焊接形成所述冷却液集液管和所述制冷剂集液管;
所述第一面板设有指向所述冷却液集液管内部的第一凸起,所述第一凸起内设有用于穿设所述冷却液扁管且与所述冷却液扁管的外形相匹配的通孔,所述冷却液扁管的端部延伸至所述冷却液集液管内,所述隔板设有指向所述制冷剂集液管内部的第二凸起,所述第二凸起内设有用于穿设所述制冷剂扁管且与所述制冷剂扁管的外形相匹配的通孔,所述制冷剂扁管的端部延伸至所述制冷剂集液管内;
所述第一面板和所述隔板的两侧端部并列抵靠且端缘平齐,所述第二面板的两侧端部分别形成凹槽结构,所述凹槽结构的形状与所述第一面板和所述隔板的两侧端部适配,所述凹槽结构的槽底与所述第一面板和所述隔板的端缘抵靠,以将所述第一面板和所述隔板的端部夹置在所述凹槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式散热器组件,其特征在于,
所述制冷剂扁管沿第一方向延伸且按第二方向平行布置,所述第一方向和第二方向垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成式散热器组件,其特征在于,
所述制冷剂流道沿所述第一方向延伸且按第三方向依次平行布置,所述第三方向与所述第一方向、所述第二方向均垂直;
所述冷却液流道与所述制冷剂流道同向布置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的集成式散热器组件,其特征在于,
所述制冷剂集液管和所述冷却液集液管均沿所述第二方向延伸。
