本发明提供一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,涉及散热器结构技术领域,包括芯体;所述芯体由散热管和波纹状的散热带相间排列构成,且散热管为26*1.5的“B”型麻点管,并且散热管各排之间呈等距阵列分布;所述芯体的上方和下方均钎焊有主板,且主板开设有密集阵列分布的“B”型定位孔,定位孔便于散热器组装时,主板和散热管之间的定位安装;所述芯体的两侧端均钎焊有侧板;所述散热管每两排之间贴合有一条散热带,进一步增大了散热管和散热带之间的接触面积,提高了散热器的散热效率,这一系列的结构,提高了散热器对工况的适应性及散热器的可靠性,加强了散热器的实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于散热器结构技术领域,更具体地说,特别涉及一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器。
背景技术
散热器是汽车发动机冷却系统中起核心作用的部件,传统散热器大多以管带式散热器为主,管带式铝散热器因其高换热效率,低成本,被广泛应用于各类车辆和工程机械的冷却系统中。
现有的比如专利号为CN201721846724.3的中国发明专利,该专利公开了一种车用管带式散热器,其基本描述为:该装置设有竖直排列的多个散热管,相邻两个散热管之间设有散热片,散热管与散热片以焊接的方式连接,散热管的上、下端分别设有与散热管连通的上水室和下水室,上水室上设有进水口,下水室上设有出水口,进水口设于上水室中心位置处,出水口设于下水室左侧三分之一位置处,最外侧两根散热管与其之间的散热片焊接的顶端和底端均设有管卡。
基于上述专利描述,可以看出,类似专利中的散热器需要通过散热管与散热带接触导热,之后散热器需要通过散热带进行挥发散热实现冷却工作,由于散热带与散热管之间的接触面积有限,因此散热器在高强度工作下,常出现散热效率过低的现象。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,以解决类似于上述现有的专利结构所提出的散热器需要通过散热管与散热带接触导热,之后散热器需要通过散热带进行挥发散热实现冷却工作,由于散热带与散热管之间的接触面积有限,因此散热器在高强度工作下,常出现散热效率过低的问题。
本发明一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器的目的与功效,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,包括芯体;所述芯体由散热管和波纹状的散热带相间排列构成;所述芯体的上方和下方均钎焊有主板;所述芯体的两侧端均钎焊有侧板。
进一步的,所述散热管为26*1.5的“B”型麻点管。
进一步的,所述散热管各排之间呈等距阵列分布。
进一步的,所述散热管每两排之间贴合有一条散热带。
进一步的,所述主板开设有密集阵列分布的“B”型定位孔,且定位孔与散热管的位置相对应。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用双排26*1.5"B"型麻点管作为散热管使用,增大了散热管和散热带之间的接触面积,相比于现有的散热器,本发明进一步增大了其腔内的接触面积,提高了散热器的散热效率,加强了散热器的实用性。

本发明提供一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,包括芯体1;芯体1由散热管101和波纹状的散热带102相间排列构成,且散热管101为26*1.5的“B”型麻点管,并且散热管101各排之间呈等距阵列分布;芯体1的上方和下方均钎焊有主板2,且主板2开设有密集阵列分布的“B”型定位孔201,并且定位孔201与散热管101的位置相对应,定位孔201便于散热器组装时,主板2和散热管101之间的定位安装;芯体1的两侧端均钎焊有侧板3。
其中,散热管101每两排之间贴合有一条散热带102,进一步增大了散热管101和散热带102之间的接触面积,提高了散热器的散热效率。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:
本发明工作时,吸收热量的冷却液进入散热管101后,散热管101将热量传导进散热带102内,由于采用双排26*1.5"B"型麻点管贴合散热带102,进一步增大了散热管101和散热带102之间的接触面积,提高了散热器的散热效率,之后散热器通过散热带102将热量散发到空气中,散发到空气中的热量被外界气流强制带走,即可形成对发动机的循环散热工作,以上这一系列的结构,提高了散热器对工况的适应性及散热器的可靠性,加强了散热器的实用性。

1.一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,其特征在于:包括芯体(1);所述芯体(1)由散热管(101)和波纹状的散热带(102)相间排列构成;所述芯体(1)的上方和下方均钎焊有主板(2);所述芯体(1)的两侧端均钎焊有侧板(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,其特征在于:所述散热管(101)为26*1.5的“B”型麻点管。
3.如权利要求1所述一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,其特征在于:所述散热管(101)各排之间呈等距阵列分布。
4.如权利要求1所述一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,其特征在于:所述散热管(101)每两排之间贴合有一条散热带(102)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种双排散热管结合散热带的散热器,其特征在于:所述主板(2)开设有密集阵列分布的“B”型定位孔(201),且定位孔(201)与散热管(101)的位置相对应。
