Abstract
本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种筒灯。包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的接线端子(1),且所述壳体包括前壳(2)与后盖(3),所述后盖(3)对应接线端子(1)位置处设有开口(4),且所述开口(4)上设有与开口匹配且与后盖可拆式连接的端子盖(5)。这种筒灯接线方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种筒灯。
背景技术
筒灯,通常是指灯体内放置光源组件,利用灯体的反光表面反射光源组件所发出的光线,从而发出均匀的光的一种灯具。
筒灯壳体内一般设置有接线端子,现有技术进行接线时需要将壳体上的后盖打开,然后才能进行接线,这样接线不是很方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种接线方便的筒灯。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种筒灯,包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的接线端子,且所述壳体包括前壳与后盖,所述后盖对应接线端子位置处设有开口,且所述开口上设有与开口匹配且与后盖可拆式连接的端子盖。
作为优选,所述接线端子与端子盖可拆式连接。
作为优选,所述端子盖与接线端子卡扣连接。
作为优选,所述端子盖上设有用于将接线端子上伸出的连接线导向的导线结构。
作为优选,所述端子盖上设有用于将接线端子上伸出的连接线压紧的压线块。
作为优选,所述端子盖上设有插入件,所述后盖开口处设有支撑筋以及供插入件插入的插入口。
作为优选,所述筒灯还包括可拆式连接在后盖上用于嵌入式安装筒灯的第一安装座以及可拆式连接在后盖上用于明装式安装筒灯的第二安装座。
作为优选,所述第一安装座通过螺丝可拆式连接在后盖上,所述第二安装座与后盖旋转扣合。
作为优选,所述第二安装座与后盖旋转扣合是指:所述后盖上设有卡槽,所述第二安装座上设有用于与卡槽配合的凸块,且所述卡槽一侧设有供限位凸块伸入的缺口,所述卡槽另一侧设有用于将限位凸块卡在卡槽内的定位筋。
作为优选,所述定位筋远离缺口一侧设有附属槽,且所述附属槽靠近定位筋位置设有凹陷。
采用以上结构与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在后盖上设置一个开口,并且设置端子盖与开口匹配,这样当需要接线时,可以打开端子盖,将接线端子取出接线,这样接线方便。
将接线端子与端子盖卡扣连接,这样可以将接线端子固定在端子盖上,这样接线端子不会任意移动,安装固定更加方便。
设置一个导线结构,这样可以很好的将接线端子上伸出的电源线定位和导向。
设置一个压线块,这样可以很好的将伸出的电源线压紧,起到防拉作用,防止电源线松动。
采用插入件与插入口匹配,实现端子盖的安装,这样端子盖拆装比较方便。
在壳体的后盖上配了两个安装座,并且两个安装座均是可拆式设置在后盖上的,这样安装更加方便,而且生产厂家也可以只生产壳体以及两个安装座即可,即使一种安装形式的安装座滞销,影响也比之前少了很多。
采用旋转扣合方式固定第二安装座,这样拆装方便,而且固定也比较牢固。
采用这种结构实现旋转扣合,这样不但操作方便,而且设置了定位筋,能更好的卡紧凸块,即使得固定更加牢固。
设置附属槽可以增加定位筋的弹性,而且当凸块卡入卡槽完毕后,定位筋会弹起来发出声音,能更好的告诉用户旋转扣合完成了。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述,但是本发明不仅限于以下具体实施方式。
具体实施例:一种筒灯,包括壳体、设置在壳体外的安装座以及设置在壳体内部的接线端子1,实际上壳体内部还设置了控制板、驱动板以及光源等结构,但是本申请所要保护的技术方案并不涉及这些结构,所以在此不详细展开,其中:
壳体包括前壳2和后盖3,后盖3上设置了一个开口4,在开口4上装上了端子盖5,
端子盖5上依次设置有卡扣组、导线结构6、压线块7以及安装结构,其中:
卡扣组包括一个柱状定位结构、两个块状定位结构,在接线端子1上设有供柱状定位结构以及两个块状定位结构嵌入的卡接槽,使得接线端子1与端子盖5卡扣连接;
导线结构6包括两个导向板,从接线端子1的口子伸出来的连接线被两个导向板导向;
安装结构为两个螺丝安装孔,通过螺丝将端子盖5锁紧在后盖3上;
压线块7设置在两个螺丝安装孔之间,主要用于压紧经过导向的连接线。
后盖3开口4处设置了支撑筋9以及供插入件8插入的插入口10,端子盖5上设置了插入件8,这样需要将端子盖5安装到后盖3上时,先将端子盖5上的插入件8插入到插入口10内,然后端子盖5整体放置到开口4内,并且被支撑筋9支撑,然后通过螺丝将端子盖5完全锁紧在后盖3上,实现安装,拆卸时,将螺丝卸下,然后就可以方便的取出端子盖5,方便拆装。
安装座,包括第一安装座11以及第二安装座12,其中:
第一安装座11包括安装支架19以及设置在安装支架19两侧的弹簧卡扣20,并且在安装支架19中部设置了两个螺丝13安装孔,在后盖3对应位置上也设有螺丝13安装孔,安装支架19通过螺丝13安装在后盖3上;将第一安装座11安装到后盖3上后,整个筒灯可以直接嵌入式安装;
第二安装座12包括座体以及设置在座体内的凸块,在后盖3圆周上设有卡槽14,且卡槽14一侧设有供限位凸块伸入的缺口15,卡槽14另一侧设有定位筋16和止位块21,凸块嵌入卡槽14后会卡在定位筋16和止位块21之间,并且定位筋16远离缺口15一侧设有附属槽17,且附属槽17靠近定位筋16位置设有凹陷18,第二安装座12的座体与后盖3旋转扣合,将第二安装座12安装到后盖3上后,整个筒灯可以直接安装。

Claims (10)
1.一种筒灯,包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的接线端子(1),且所述壳体包括前壳(2)与后盖(3),其特征在于:所述后盖(3)对应接线端子(1)位置处设有开口(4),且所述开口(4)上设有与开口匹配且与后盖可拆式连接的端子盖(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述接线端子(1)与端子盖(5)可拆式连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述端子盖(5)与接线端子(1)卡扣连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述端子盖(5)上设有用于将接线端子上伸出的连接线导向的导线结构(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述端子盖(5)上设有用于将接线端子上伸出的连接线压紧的压线块(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述端子盖(5)上设有插入件(8),所述后盖(3)开口处设有支撑筋(9)以及供插入件插入的插入口(10)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述筒灯还包括可拆式连接在后盖(3)上用于嵌入式安装筒灯的第一安装座(11)以及可拆式连接在后盖(3)上用于明装式安装筒灯的第二安装座(12)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述第一安装座(11)通过螺丝(13)可拆式连接在后盖(3)上,所述第二安装座(12)与后盖(3)旋转扣合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种筒灯,其特征在于:所述第二安装座(12)与后盖(3)旋转扣合是指:所述后盖(3)上设有卡槽(14),所述第二安装座(12)上设有用于与卡槽(14)配合的凸块,且所述卡槽(14)一侧设有供限位凸块伸入的缺口(15),所述卡槽(14)另一侧设有用于将限位凸块卡在卡槽(14)内的定位筋(16)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的筒灯,其特征在于:所述定位筋(16)远离缺口(15)一侧设有附属槽(17),且所述附属槽(17)靠近定位筋(16)位置设有凹陷(18)。
