本专利属于耐火材料技术领域,本发明提供一种无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖,其制备方法,原料配料,按照质量份数,低铝叶腊石60‑85份,90#碳化硅10‑40份,一级矾土10‑20份,苏州机选3#泥3‑8份;再加上适量的结合剂、缓凝剂;运料混练、成型和热处理,制得无碳腊石碳化硅砖。本发明提供的无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖及其制备方法,制成无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧制品,应用于铁水包、混铁炉(車)、鱼雷罐上,既能降低这些铁水储存、运输、处理设备耐火炉衬的生产使用成本,又有望改善提高其耐火内衬的使用寿命和炉龄。

技术领域
本发明专利属于耐火材料技术领域,具体为无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上钢铁生产和消费第一大国,铁水包、鱼雷罐、混铁炉(車)等高温铁水储存、运输和处理设备众多,其内衬耐火材料消耗大。传统的铝碳化硅碳砖在抗热震性、抗渣粘接、侵蚀渗透和抗氧化性能上依然不够理想。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖,使用中耐热震性好,抗剥落;抗渣侵蚀渗透性能好,体积稳定,不沾炉渣,可望持续提高这些设备内衬耐火材料的使用炉龄和寿命。
具体技术方案为:
本发明提供一种无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料配料,按照质量份数,低铝叶腊石60-85份,90#碳化硅10-40份,一级矾土 10-20份,苏州机选3#泥3-8份;再加上适量的结合剂、缓凝剂;
(2)运料混练、成型和热处理,制得无碳腊石碳化硅砖。
所述的结合剂为以下物质中的一种或多种混合:质量85%浓度正磷酸溶液,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ、液状水玻璃。
所述的缓凝剂为柠檬酸或草酸中一种。
所述的热处理温度为272-295℃。
叶腊石是一种天然层状的含水铝硅酸盐矿物,耐火度大于 1700℃ 。在1100℃~1300℃ ,叶蜡石逐渐分解,形成高温稳定的莫来石和方石英相。无碳腊石碳化硅砖充分利用腊石、碳化硅的基本性能,制品在中低温即开始烧结致密化,体积不收缩,温度急变时不碎裂,能经受钢渣和金属的冲击,有较强的蠕变能力,抗炉渣渗透侵蚀性能优越 。
由于叶腊石在1100℃~1300℃ ,叶蜡石逐渐分解,形成高温稳定的莫来石和方石英相,很好地保护了碳化硅不被氧化;而碳化硅硬度大、耐火度高、热膨胀系数低,抗炉渣侵蚀性能好,两者结合,无碳腊石碳化硅砖使用性能非常理想。
腊石碳化硅砖化学稳定性好,耐酸碱腐蚀性能好。
本发明提供的无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖及其制备方法,制成无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧制品,应用于铁水包、混铁炉(車)、鱼雷罐上,既能降低这些铁水储存、运输、处理设备耐火炉衬的生产使用成本,又有望改善提高其耐火内衬的使用寿命和炉龄。
具体实施方式
结合实施例说明本发明的具体技术方案。
实施例1
无碳腊石碳化硅砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,腊石70份,碳化硅25份,苏州机选3#泥5份,柠檬酸0.5份,正磷酸85%溶液3份,水1份,配料、混练和机压成型,272-295℃热处理18小时,质检包装待用。
实施例2
无碳腊石碳化硅砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,腊石83份,碳化硅12份,苏州机选3#泥5份,柠檬酸0.5份,正磷酸85%溶液3份,水1份,配料、混练和机压成型,272-295℃热处理18小时,质检包装待用。
实施例3
无碳腊石碳化硅砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,腊石74份,碳化硅11份,一级矾土15份,柠檬酸0.5份,正磷酸85%溶液3份,水1份,配料、混练和机压成型,272-295℃热处理18小时,质检包装待用。
实施例4
无碳腊石碳化硅砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:原料配料,按照质量份数,腊石83份,碳化硅12份,苏州机选3#泥5份,水玻璃粉RM-Ⅲ3份,液态水玻璃1.4份,水1.1配料、混练和机压成型,272-295℃热处理18小时,质检包装待用。

Claims (5)

1.无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料配料,按照质量份数,低铝叶腊石60-85份,90#碳化硅10-40份,一级矾土 10-20份,苏州机选3#泥3-8份;再加上适量的结合剂、缓凝剂;
(2)运料混练、成型和热处理,制得无碳腊石碳化硅砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的结合剂为以下物质中的一种或多种混合:质量85%浓度正磷酸溶液,水玻璃RM-Ⅲ、液状水玻璃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的缓凝剂为柠檬酸或草酸中一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的热处理温度为272-295℃。
5.无碳腊石碳化硅质不烧砖,其特征在于,由权利要求1到4制备所得。
