Abstract
本发明属于医药技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒护眼液及其制备方法;各组份为:富硒绿茶,虫草花,蜂胶,玉米须,黄豆,苣荬菜,紫薯,牛磺酸、芦荟、水溶性叶黄素、维生素B1;包括滤液制备、虫草花提取物制备、玉米须提取、混合料液制备、蒸馏液A制备、成品制备等步骤,其配伍中加入富硒绿茶、玉米须、黄豆、苣荬菜、紫薯,具有明目、解除眼睛疲劳、预防和改善近视的功效,能够促进对硒等营养元素的吸收,改善视力,快速缓解眼部疲劳,黄豆、虫草花和紫薯氨基酸含量丰富,能够促进牛磺酸部分与其他氨基酸集合,提高细胞的增殖、移行和分化;本发明制备的富硒护眼液还具有良好的抗菌消炎能力,对眼部刺激小,能够长期使用,应用环境良好。

技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒护眼液及其制备方法。
背景技术
硒是人体不可缺少的微量元素,它的作用有免疫调节、防癌抗癌、抗氧化、清除自由基、延缓衰老、拮抗重金属等,免疫力低下、过早衰老、长期接触重金属的人都需要补硒,生活中有很多含硒丰富的食物,经常食用可以达到一定的补硒效果。市场上具有各种各样的补硒产品,例如,富硒绿茶含有多种防病功效的机化合物,更因茶树生长的土壤中含硒量高,茶叶中含硒量十分丰富,茶叶平均含硒量1.068ppm,具有抗癌防癌、抗高血压、延缓衰老的功效,因此,富硒绿茶跟普通绿茶相比,对人体更具保健功能。
人眼是含硒量很高的器官,人的视网膜含硒量为1-7微克,缺硒是影响视力的重要因素之一,青少年和儿童时期足量补硒对其成长非常重要。硒对视觉器官的功能是极为重要的,硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的必需组成成分,眼组织内谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的活性与硒的含量有关;但硒的安全限量比较低,盲目补充可能产生毒害作用,单纯补硒容易造成硒吸收率较低,达不到应有的效果。中国专利CN201711136104.5一种硒肽明目护眼液及其制备方法公开了一种硒肽明目护眼液,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:胶原蛋白、富硒茶叶、熊胆粉、野菊花、金银花、谷精草、密蒙花、枸杞子、珍珠水解液、透明质酸钠、牛磺酸、叶黄素、苯扎溴铵、明目低聚麦芽糖钠、水适量,将钠离子与羧甲基低聚麦芽糖结合,有效的降低了成品中钠离子的流失,还将决明子提取液与羧甲基低聚麦芽糖钠形成有效的共混,也进一步改善了决明子有效成分在成品护眼液中的稳定性,降低流失。而现有的护眼液通常不能长期使用,且补硒效果不好,因此,有必要设计一种富硒护眼液,补硒效果好,能够改善视力,还具有缓解眼部疲劳的功效。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,提出设计一种富硒护眼液及其制备方法,主要采用天然植物制备而成,其护眼液对眼部刺激小,无毒副作用,具有良好的保健功效。
本发明涉及的富硒护眼液,各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶30-50份,虫草花15-20份,蜂胶5-10份,玉米须30-50份,黄豆10-20份,苣荬菜5-10份,紫薯5-10份,牛磺酸2-4份、芦荟10-15份、水溶性叶黄素5-10份、维生素B1 0.5-1.0份。
优选的,所述各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶35份,虫草花16份,蜂胶7份,玉米须40份,黄豆15份,苣荬菜7份,紫薯7份,牛磺酸3份、芦荟7、水溶性叶黄素6份、维生素B1 0.6份。
优选的,所述各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶45份,虫草花18份,蜂胶8份,玉米须45份,黄豆18份,苣荬菜8份,紫薯8份,牛磺酸4、芦荟14份、水溶性叶黄素8份、维生素B1 0.8份。
本发明所述的富硒护眼液的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)滤液制备:按重量组份称取富硒绿茶,加入相当于富硒绿茶20-40重量倍、温度为85-90℃的麦饭石水浸泡10-20分钟,然后降温至70-75℃,加入相当于富硒绿茶10-15重量倍、浓度为0.08-0.1mol/l的碳酸钠水溶液,浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)虫草花提取物制备:按重量组份称取虫草花,每次用重量为上述两种原料2-4倍的食用乙醇溶液提取,共提取3-5次,每次提取1.5-2.0小时,并将每次提取得到的提取液进行合并,离心分离后去除残渣,过400-600目筛精滤,抽滤,回收乙醇,得虫草花提取物备用;
(3)玉米须提取:按重量组份称取玉米须,将玉米须粉碎成粉末,过100-200目筛,然后加入相当于玉米须10-20倍的超纯水,于90-100℃的水浴中浸提30-40分钟,压力为0.2-0.4MPa,得玉米须浸提液;
(4)混合料液制备:按重量组份称取黄豆、苣荬菜和紫薯,将上述原料研磨成粉,并加入至上述原料5-10重量被的麦饭石水中,大火加热20-30分钟后,加入蜂胶,然后以100r/min的速度搅拌,使上述原料完全融合,再通过碳酸氢钠或盐酸调节pH值至6.5-7.0之间,得混合料液;
(5)蒸馏液A制备:按重量组份称取芦荟,将芦荟研磨成粉,然后与步骤(1)中的滤渣一同放入去离子水中,加热至80-95℃,保持20-25分钟,然后进行初步高温蒸馏10-15分钟,得蒸馏液A;
(6)成品制备:将滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌,然后进行高温蒸馏,去除多余水分,得蒸馏液B,将蒸馏液A和蒸馏液B混合均匀后,120-125℃下灭菌45分钟,自然降至常温,装瓶,得富硒护眼液,每瓶容量12ml。
优选的,所述的步骤(5)中高温蒸馏的得温度为110-120℃,气压为0.2-0.3MPa。
优选的,所述的步骤(6)中高温蒸馏的得温度为120-130℃,气压为0.3-0.4MPa。
优选的,所述的步骤(6)中的滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、芦荟、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌的速度为1000-1300r/min,搅拌时间为15-20分钟。
富硒绿茶含有多种具有保健、防病功效的机化合物450多种、无机矿物质15种以上,更富含硒量,具有抗癌防癌、抗高血压、延缓衰老的功效,茶叶中的茶多酚能清除机体内过多的有害自由基,能够再生人体内的α-VE、VC、GSH、SOD等高效抗氧化物质,从而保护和修复抗氧化系统 ,对增强机体免疫、对防癌、防朽迈 都有明显效果,其硒含量较高,还具有抗肿瘤、延缓衰老至功效;虫草花含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及虫草素、甘露醇、SOD、多糖类等成分,其中虫草酸和虫草素能够综合调理人机体内环境,增强体内巨噬细胞的功能,对增强和调节人体免疫功能、提高人体抗病能力有一定的作用;玉米须,性微温,味甘,主治利尿,泄热,平肝,利胆,肾炎水肿,脚气,黄疸肝炎,高血压;黑麦富含钙、铁、镁、硒和碘元素,其蛋白质含量约为17%左右,具有降血脂、抗衰老、预防癌症之功效;苣荬菜具有清热解毒、凉血利湿、消肿排脓、祛瘀止痛、补虚止咳的功效;蜂胶中含有的萜烯类化合物,有杀菌、抗病毒、清热解毒、活血化瘀的作用,能有效缓解角结膜炎导致的干眼症;蜂胶中含有的黄酮类化合物,有极强的抗氧化作用,降低血管脆性及异常的通透性活化细胞,改善微循环,促进组织再生,加快病体(伤口)自愈能力,对有助于预防视网膜病变;紫薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,同时还富含硒元素和花青素;黄豆富含蛋白质,蛋白质的氨基酸组成和动物蛋白质近似,其中氨基酸比较接近人体需要的比值,容易吸收;芦荟蕴含75种元素,具有泻火、解毒、化瘀、杀虫等功效。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明涉及的富硒护眼液及其制备方法,配伍合理,制备方法简单,配伍中加入富硒绿茶、虫草花、蜂胶、玉米须、黄豆、苣荬菜、紫薯,具有明目、解除眼睛疲劳、预防和改善近视的功效,能够促进对硒等营养元素的吸收,提升眼部血液循环,提高双眼视敏度,改善视力,快速缓解眼部疲劳,黄豆、虫草花和紫薯氨基酸含量丰富,能够促进牛磺酸部分与其他氨基酸集合,形成小分子肽状态,穿过细胞膜水通道,直接到达细胞中,直接吸收,大大提高了细胞的增殖、移行和分化;本发明制备的富硒护眼液还具有良好的抗菌消炎能力,对眼部刺激小,能够长期使用,应用环境良好。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例涉及的富硒护眼液,各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶32份,虫草花16份,蜂胶7份,玉米须32份,黄豆13份,苣荬菜6份,紫薯6份,牛磺酸3份、芦荟12份、水溶性叶黄素6份、维生素B1 0.6份。
本实施例所述的富硒护眼液的方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)滤液制备:按重量组份称取富硒绿茶,加入相当于富硒绿茶30重量倍、温度为86℃的麦饭石水浸泡15分钟,然后降温至73℃,加入相当于富硒绿茶13重量倍、浓度为0.09mol/l的碳酸钠水溶液,浸泡1小时,过滤得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)虫草花提取物制备:按重量组份称取虫草花,每次用重量为上述两种原料3倍的食用乙醇溶液提取,共提取4次,每次提取1.6小时,并将每次提取得到的提取液进行合并,离心分离后去除残渣,过500目筛精滤,抽滤,回收乙醇,得虫草花提取物备用;
(3)玉米须提取:按重量组份称取玉米须,将玉米须粉碎成粉末,过150目筛,然后加入相当于玉米须15倍的超纯水,于95℃的水浴中浸提35分钟,压力为0.3MPa,得玉米须浸提液;
(4)混合料液制备:按重量组份称取黄豆、苣荬菜和紫薯,将上述原料研磨成粉,并加入至上述原料7重量被的麦饭石水中,大火加热25分钟后,加入蜂胶,然后以100r/min的速度搅拌,使上述原料完全融合,再通过碳酸氢钠或盐酸调节pH值至7.0之间,得混合料液;
(5)蒸馏液A制备:按重量组份称取芦荟,将芦荟研磨成粉,然后与步骤(1)中的滤渣一同放入去离子水中,加热至88℃,保持24分钟,然后进行初步高温蒸馏13分钟,得蒸馏液A;
(6)成品制备:将滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌,然后进行高温蒸馏,去除多余水分,得蒸馏液B,将蒸馏液A和蒸馏液B混合均匀后,123℃下灭菌45分钟,自然降至常温,装瓶,得富硒护眼液,每瓶容量12ml。
本实施例所述的步骤(5)中高温蒸馏的得温度为115℃,气压为0.2MPa。
本实施例所述的步骤(6)中高温蒸馏的得温度为125℃,气压为0.3MPa。
本实施例所述的步骤(6)中的滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、芦荟、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌的速度为1200r/min,搅拌时间为16分钟。
实施例2:
本实施例所述的富硒护眼液,各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶35份,虫草花16份,蜂胶7份,玉米须40份,黄豆15份,苣荬菜7份,紫薯7份,牛磺酸3份、芦荟7、水溶性叶黄素6份、维生素B1 0.6份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例所述的富硒护眼液,各原料重量组份为:所述各原料重量组份为:富硒绿茶45份,虫草花18份,蜂胶8份,玉米须45份,黄豆18份,苣荬菜8份,紫薯8份,牛磺酸4、芦荟14份、水溶性叶黄素8份、维生素B1 0.8份。
其制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1:
本对比例所述的富硒护眼液各原料重量组份同实施例1。
其制备方法基本同实施例1,与实施例1的区别仅在于将实施例1的步骤(5)和步骤(6)合并为新的步骤(5),具体如下:
(5)蒸馏液A制备:按重量组份称取芦荟,将芦荟研磨成粉,然后与步骤(1)中的滤渣一同放入去离子水中,加热至80-95℃,保持20-25分钟,然后将滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、牛磺酸、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌,然后进行高温蒸馏,去除多余水分,得蒸馏液,120-125℃下灭菌45分钟,自然降至常温,装瓶,得富硒护眼液,每瓶容量12ml;其中高温蒸馏的得温度为115-125℃,气压为0.3-0.4MPa,混合搅拌的速度为1000-1300r/min,搅拌时间为20-25分钟。
对比例2:
本对比例所述的富硒护眼液,与实施例1的区别仅在于原料中未加入苣荬菜和紫薯。
其制备方法基本同实施例1,与实施例1的区别仅在于步骤(4)中未加入苣荬菜和紫薯。
对比例3:
本对比例所述的富硒护眼液,与实施例1的区别仅在于原料中未加入玉米须,其制备方法基本同实施例1,与实施例1的区别仅在于不包含步骤(3),步骤(6)中未加入玉米须浸提液。
对比例4:
本对比例所述的富硒护眼液,与实施例1的区别仅在于原料及工艺步骤中的黄豆替换为同等重量组份的蜂蜜,其中步骤(4)为:
(4)按重量组份称取苣荬菜和紫薯,将上述原料研磨成粉,与重量组份的蜂蜜一并加入至上述原料5-10重量被的麦饭石水中,大火加热20-30分钟后,加入蜂胶,然后以100r/min的速度搅拌,使上述原料完全融合,再通过碳酸氢钠或盐酸调节pH值至6.5-7.0之间,得混合料液。
实验例1:
为了说明本发明的效果,本实验例做了以下试验:对700例7-50岁的人群进行临床试验,将上述人群平均分成7组,即A1、A2、A3、B1、B2、B3、B4,其中,每组中假性近视和散光各50例,人的视网膜正常含硒量为1-7ug,所选人群的血液中硒含量均低于正常水平,分别对这7组人群进行以下治疗:
试验组1:对A1组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实施例1制备的护眼液;
试验组2:对A2组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实施例2制备的护眼液;
试验组3:对A3组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实施例3制备的护眼液;
试验组4:对B1组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实验例1制备的护眼液;
试验组5:对B2组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实验例2制备的护眼液;
试验组6:对B3组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实验例3制备的护眼液;
试验组7:对B4组的人群每天早上向眼部滴一滴实验例4制备的护眼液;
试验组1-7的护眼液使用时间相同,且护眼液的具体用量相同,使用三个月后,对试验组的人群视网膜含硒量测定进行测定,并对成熟番茄的糖度、增产率、植株感染病害几率、营养元素含量进行测定,检定结果如表1所示。

表1中,通过对人的视网膜含硒量测定,可以看出本发明制备的护眼液有助于改善孩子视力,对假性近视和散光均具有较好的效果,通过改善人体视网膜的硒含量,大大改善了眼部假性近视等症状,同时还能够避免造成硒过量导致中毒的现象;本发明两次蒸馏的方式,首先对芦荟进行单独蒸馏得到高营养价值的芦荟蒸馏液A,然后与蒸馏液B进行混合,提高了护眼液的杀菌功效,更有利于眼部对硒元素的吸收;黄豆中含有丰富的优质蛋白质,容易人体吸收,与虫草花、紫薯的协同作用使得眼部对护眼液中硒元素吸收效果更佳,且采用天然植物制备,对眼部袭击小,适合长期使用,对眼部进行保健护理。
实验例2:
试验对象:选择年龄10-60岁的视疲劳受试者350人,受试纳入标准包括具有眼干涩、易疲劳、视物模糊。
试验方法:将视疲劳受试者随机分为7组,依次为试验组1-7,每组50人,分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4制备的富硒护眼液;
使用方法:将护眼液滴于眼部,每日一次,一周为一个疗程。
效果评价标准:(1)显效:眼干涩、易疲劳、视物模糊症状明显改善;(2)好转:眼干涩、易疲劳、视物模糊症状均有好转;(3)无效:眼干涩、易疲劳、视物模糊症状均无明显改善。改善率为好转率+显效率。
试验结果:受试者使用一个疗程后,对富硒护眼液的功能试验结果如表2所示:
由表2可以看出,本发明制备的富硒护眼液能够的改善率明显大于试验组4-7,说明本发明制备的富硒护眼液具有改善视疲劳症状的功能,效果好,见效快;本发明各组分及工艺步骤的协同增效作用,大大提高了护眼液的功效。
上述具体实施方式仅是本发明的具体个案,本发明的专利保护范围包括但不限于上述具体实施方式的产品形态和式样,任何符合本发明权利要求书且任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应落入本发明的专利保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种富硒护眼液,其特征在于:富硒绿茶30-50份,虫草花15-20份,蜂胶5-10份,玉米须30-50份,黄豆10-20份,苣荬菜5-10份,紫薯5-10份,牛磺酸2-4份、芦荟10-15份、水溶性叶黄素5-10份、维生素B1 0.5-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒护眼液,其特征在于:其制备方法为:
(1)滤液制备:按重量组份称取富硒绿茶,加入相当于富硒绿茶20-40重量倍、温度为85-90℃的麦饭石水浸泡10-20分钟,然后降温至70-75℃,加入相当于富硒绿茶10-15重量倍、浓度为0.08-0.1mol/l的碳酸钠水溶液,浸泡1-2小时,过滤得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)虫草花提取物制备:按重量组份称取虫草花,每次用重量为上述两种原料2-4倍的食用乙醇溶液提取,共提取3-5次,每次提取1.5-2.0小时,并将每次提取得到的提取液进行合并,离心分离后去除残渣,过400-600目筛精滤,抽滤,回收乙醇,得虫草花提取物备用;
(3)玉米须提取:按重量组份称取玉米须,将玉米须粉碎成粉末,过100-200目筛,然后加入相当于玉米须10-20倍的超纯水,于90-100℃的水浴中浸提30-40分钟,压力为0.2-0.4MPa,得玉米须浸提液;
(4)混合料液制备:按重量组份称取黄豆、苣荬菜和紫薯,将上述原料研磨成粉,并加入至上述原料5-10重量被的麦饭石水中,大火加热20-30分钟后,加入蜂胶,然后以100r/min的速度搅拌,使上述原料完全融合,再通过碳酸氢钠或盐酸调节pH值至6.5-7.0之间,得混合料液;
(5)蒸馏液A制备:按重量组份称取芦荟,将芦荟研磨成粉,然后与步骤(1)中的滤渣一同放入去离子水中,加热至80-95℃,保持20-25分钟,然后进行初步高温蒸馏10-15分钟,得蒸馏液A;
(6)成品制备:将滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌,然后进行高温蒸馏,去除多余水分,得蒸馏液B,将蒸馏液A和蒸馏液B混合均匀后,120-125℃下灭菌45分钟,自然降至常温,装瓶,得富硒护眼液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的富硒护眼液,其特征在于:所述的步骤(5)中高温蒸馏的得温度为110-120℃,气压为0.2-0.3MPa。
4.根据权利要求2所述的富硒护眼液,其特征在于:所述的步骤(6)中高温蒸馏的得温度为120-130℃,气压为0.3-0.4MPa。
5.根据权利要求2所述的富硒护眼液,其特征在于:所述的步骤(6)中的滤液、虫草花提取物、玉米须浸提液、混合料液、步骤(5)蒸馏后的芦荟粉和滤渣、牛磺酸、芦荟、水溶性叶黄素和维生素B1混合搅拌的速度为1000-1300r/min,搅拌时间为15-20分钟。
