本发明涉及的是一种焊接装置，其涉及一种用于汽车门框自动焊接装置，其特征在于：包括：底座，设置在底座底部的若干支撑脚，设置在底座上的夹具支架和机器人支架，在所述夹具支架上设置有汽车门框夹具，在所述机器人支架上设置有焊接机器人，在所述焊接机器人上设置有焊枪。使用时，将需要焊接的汽车门框工件放在汽车门框夹具上，具体实施过程中汽车门框夹具可以根据需要进行移动、升降，装夹定位好后，由焊接机器人控制焊枪对汽车门框工件进行焊接。

本发明涉及一种焊接装置,其涉及一种用于汽车门框的自动焊接装置。
背景技术
汽车门框是一种常见的汽车配件，在汽车门框的加工过程中需要对其进行焊接操作，现在国内主要是通过人工对汽车门框进行焊接，自动化程度不高，焊接成本较大，劳动强度大，工作效率低，操作者的身体健康得不到保障，操作环境比较恶劣。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种自动化程度高的汽车门框自动焊接装置。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：汽车门框自动焊接装置，包括：底座，设置在底座底部的若干支撑脚，设置在底座上的夹具支架和机器人支架，在所述夹具支架上设置有汽车门框夹具，在所述机器人支架上设置有焊接机器人，在所述焊接机器人上设置有焊枪。
本发明的优点是：焊接准确，自动化程度高、大大降低了焊接成本和劳动强度，工作效率高，保障了操作者身体健康，优化了操作环境。

如图1所示，汽车门框自动焊接装置，包括1、底座，2、支撑脚，3、夹具支架，4、机器人支架，5、汽车门框夹具，6、焊接机器人，7、焊枪。
具体实施方式如下：底座1，设置在底座1底部的若干支撑脚2,设置在底座1上的夹具支架3和机器人支架4，在所述夹具支架3上设置有汽车门框夹具5，在所述机器人支架4上设置有焊接机器人6，在所述焊接机器人6上设置有焊枪7。使用时，将需要焊接的汽车门框工件放在汽车门框夹具5上，具体实施过程中汽车门框夹具5可以根据需要进行移动、升降。装夹定位好后，由焊接机器人6控制焊枪7对汽车门框工件进行焊接。

1.汽车门框自动焊接装置，其特征在于：包括：底座（1），设置在底座（1）底部的若干支撑脚（2）,设置在底座（1）上的夹具支架（3）和机器人支架（4）,在所述夹具支架（3）上设置有汽车门框夹具（5）,在所述机器人支架（4）上设置有焊接机器人（6）,在所述焊接机器人（6）上设置有焊枪（7）；使用时，将需要焊接的汽车门框工件放在汽车门框夹具（5）上，具体实施过程中汽车门框夹具（5）可以根据需要进行移动、升降，装夹定位好后，由焊接机器人（6）控制焊枪（7）对汽车门框工件进行焊接。
