本发明涉及一种适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:鲍鱼100‑120份、乳清蛋白粉20‑40份、人参提取物1‑3份、卵磷脂10‑15份、β‑胡萝卜素0.003‑0.006份、黑莓15‑35份。经过试验,本发明提供的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉能明显提高人身体内营养素水平。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体是适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉。
背景技术
鲍鱼不仅是珍贵的食品,也是名贵的药材。据《本草纲目》中记载:鲍鱼辛臭,勿令中咸。
1.提高免疫力 鲍鱼肉中能提取一种被称作鲍灵素的生物活性物质,实验表明,它能够提高免疫力,破坏癌细胞代谢过程,能提高抑瘤率,却不损害机体的正常细胞,有保护机体免疫系统的作用。
2.调经润肠 鲍鱼能双向性调节血压,原因是鲍鱼能“养阴、平肝、固肾”,可调整肾上腺分泌。鲍鱼有调经、润燥利肠之效,可治月经不调、大便秘结等疾患。
3.促进生长发育 鲍鱼含有丰富的维生素,其中比较特出的是维生素a,维生素a是保护皮肤健康、视力健康以及加强免疫力、促进生长发育的关键营养素。
冻干粉是采用冷冻干燥机的真空冷冻干燥法预先将药液里面的水分冻结,然后在真空无菌的环境下将药液里面被冻结的水分升华,从而得到冷冻干燥而成。简而言之,在低温环境下抽中药液里面的水分,保留其原有的药物作用。
由于鲍鱼中富含多种营养元素,鲍鱼制成冻干粉作为食品出售市面上有,但适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉市场上还是空白。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明提供了一种适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉。
一种适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:鲍鱼100-120份、乳清蛋白粉20-40份、人参提取物1-3份、卵磷脂10-15份、β-胡萝卜素0.003-0.006份、黑莓15-35份。
进一步的,所述人参提取物,其制备方法,具体如下:将人参真空冷冻干燥至水分含量为4%以下,超微粉碎至200目,然后置于浸提罐中,通入8-10倍其质量份数的体积分数
为80%-88%的乙醇溶液,然后于45-50℃下真空浸提120-150分钟,将得到的浸提液回收乙醇、浓缩、真空冷冻干燥,即得。
乳清蛋白粉的作用:
乳清蛋白较易被消化吸收,母乳中乳清蛋白含60%,酪蛋白含40%,故喝母乳的婴儿粪便较软,量也较少。另外,乳清中富含半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸,它们能维持人体内抗氧化剂的水平。还有许多实验研究都证明,服用乳清蛋白浓缩物能促进体液免疫和细胞免疫,刺激人体免疫系统,阻止化学诱发性癌症的发生。所以乳清蛋白又是一种非常好的增强免疫力的蛋白。
人参提取物的作用:
人参提取物是从五加科植物人参的根、茎叶中提取精制而成,其富含十八种人参单体皂甙,溶于80°C的水,易溶解于乙醇。主要适用于冠心病、心绞痛、心率过缓、过快、室性早博、血压失调、神经衰弱、更年期综合症、疲劳过度、病后、产后、术后身体虚弱等症状;久服可以延年益寿,并能增强体力,治疗癌症患者因放疗和化疗引起的免疫功能低下等症;有抗冷热应激作用。同时具有增强人体表面细胞的活力,抑制衰老等作用。
卵磷脂的作用:
1、构建生命细胞 卵磷脂是所有生命细胞的主要构成成分,对促进细胞组织的新陈代谢,维持细胞膜的正常结构与功能有重要的生理作用。卵磷脂使细胞活化,是构成人体的动力来源。
2、提高脑机能 卵磷脂能加强大脑神经元之间的信息传递,加快记忆,使思维能力和智商维持较高水平。医学专家认为,每天摄入适量卵磷脂能使儿童智力正常发展;中青年思维敏捷,老年人记忆力增强,延缓衰老,提高生命质量。
3、 降低胆固醇 卵磷脂能溶解残留在血管壁上的胆固醇,清除血液中的垃圾,从而起到预防心脑血管疾病的功效。
4、保护肝脏 卵磷脂能保护肝脏免受酒精、香烟、药物、病毒及有害物质的伤害,维持正常肝功能。
5、增强抗氧化 卵磷脂与维生素E有相辅相成的作用,增强抗氧化活性。
6、有利于减肥 卵磷脂能分解体内多余的脂肪,有助于保持理想体型。
β-胡萝卜素的作用:
β-胡萝卜素的分子结构相当于2个分子的维生素A,进入机体后,在肝脏及小肠粘膜内经过酶的作用,其中50%变成维生素A,有补肝明目的作用,可治疗夜盲症; 利膈宽肠胡萝卜含有植物纤维,吸水性强,在肠道中体积容易膨胀,是肠道中的“充盈物质”,可加强肠道的蠕动,从而利膈宽肠,通便防癌; 健脾除疳维生素A是骨骼正常生长发育的必需物质,有助于细胞增殖与生长,是机体生长的要素,对促进婴幼儿的生长发育具有重要意义; 增强免疫功能胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫轼能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高,间接消灭癌细胞; 降糖降脂胡萝卜还含有降糖物质,是糖尿病人的良好食品,其所含的某些成分,如懈皮素、山标酚能增加冠状动脉血流量,降低血脂,促进肾上腺素的合成,还有降压,强心作用,是高血压、冠心病患者的食疗佳品。
黑莓的作用:
1、具有抗癌功效
阿伦斯表示,黑莓富含抗氧化剂花青素。研究发现,花青素具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。另外黑莓中还含有一种叫做C3G的黄酮类化合物,可有效治疗皮肤癌和肺癌。
2、对愈合伤口有一定的促进作用
黑莓富含单宁酸。伦敦格蕾丝公主医院首席营养师萨拉•威尔森表示,黑莓有助于拉紧皮肤组织,收缩血管,减少出血量。传统医药中,黑莓是一种伤口愈合药。
3、可增强人体的免疫力
黑莓中的维生素C含量是蓝莓的两倍。英国营养师厄苏拉•阿伦斯表示,维生素C在人体中可发挥多种重要功能,有助于增强免疫系统、保持心血管健康、降低高血压、同时改善人体对饮食中铁的吸收,降低贫血危险。
4、可降低新生儿脊柱裂等出生缺陷
黑莓中富含的叶酸(维生素B9)在健康细胞分裂和生长过程中发挥重要作用。建议孕妇多吃黑莓,以降低新生儿脊柱裂等出生缺陷。
5、可促进消化,降低胆固醇
阿伦斯表示,黑莓中的纤维素含量高于大多数其它水果。一把黑莓含纤维素8克,比两杯小麦中纤维素含量还高,有助于更好地满足25克纤维素的日需求量。纤维素对消化道健康极其重要,有助于保持健康体重和降低高胆固醇。

实施例1
一种适合航天员的营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉,按质量份数计,具体由如下组份制得:鲍鱼100、份、乳清蛋白粉30份、人参提取物2份、卵磷脂11份、β-胡萝卜素0.004份、黑莓20份。
进一步的,所述人参提取物,其制备方法,具体如下:将恩深真空冷冻干燥至水分含量为4%以下,超微粉碎至200目,然后置于浸提罐中,通入8-10倍其质量份数的体积分数为80%-88%的乙醇溶液,然后于45-50℃下真空浸提120分钟,将得到的浸提液回收乙醇、浓缩、真空冷冻干燥,即得。
将鲍鱼冻干粉、乳清蛋白粉、人参提取物、卵磷脂、β-胡萝卜素、黑莓混合均匀,制粉,干燥,过筛,制成营养补充型的鲍鱼冻干粉。
随机抽取40个人,检查身体各项营养素。将40个人分成两组,一组喝本发明提供的鲍鱼冻干粉,一组和市面上出售的鲍鱼冻干粉。一个月后,重新检查每个人的身体各项营养素。检查结果表明,喝了本发明的鲍鱼冻干粉,身体各项营养素水平有明显的提高。

鲍鱼100-120份
乳清蛋白粉20-40份
人参提取物1-3份
卵磷脂10-15份
β-胡萝卜素0.003-0.006份
黑莓15-35份。
