The wire cutting and stripping rubbing device comprises a wire feeding mechanism (3) and a wire cutting and stripping mechanism (4), and is characterized by further comprising a wire rubbing mechanism (5), wherein the wire rubbing mechanism (5) comprises a wire rubbing driving assembly and a wire rubbing assembly, the wire cutting and stripping mechanism (4) comprises a cutter assembly and a stripping cutter assembly, the wire rubbing assembly comprises an upper rubbing plate (12) and a lower rubbing plate (13) which are positioned between the cutter assembly and the stripping cutter assembly, the cutter assembly comprises an upper cutter (8) and a lower cutter (9), the stripping cutter assembly comprises an upper stripping cutter (10) and a lower stripping cutter (11), the upper stripping cutter (10) is fixedly connected to the upper cutter (8), the lower stripping cutter (11) is fixedly connected to the lower cutter (9), the wire cutting assembly comprises an upper rubbing plate (12) and a lower rubbing plate (13), the upper rubbing plate (12) is positioned between the upper cutter (8) and the upper stripping cutter (10), the lower rubbing plate (13) is positioned between the lower cutter (9) and the lower stripping cutter (11), the wire stripping mechanism (14) is fixedly connected to the upper stripping cutter (15) and the lower stripping cutter (15), the wire stripping mechanism (15) is fixedly connected to the upper stripping cutter (15), the upper rubbing knife pressing plate (16) is connected to the upper wire cutting and stripping tool holder (14) through a fastener, an upper guide groove (18) is formed between the upper rubbing knife pressing plate (16) and the upper wire cutting and stripping tool holder (14), the upper rubbing plate (12) is slidably connected to the upper guide groove (18), the lower rubbing knife pressing plate (17) is connected to the lower wire cutting and stripping tool holder (15) through the fastener, a lower guide groove (19) is formed between the lower rubbing knife pressing plate (17) and the lower wire cutting and stripping tool holder (15), the lower rubbing plate (13) is slidably connected to the lower guide groove (19), an upper sliding groove (121) is formed between the upper rubbing knife pressing plate (16) and the upper wire cutting and stripping tool holder (14), an upper limiting pin (20) is arranged between the upper rubbing knife pressing plate (16) and the upper wire cutting and stripping tool holder (14), the lower rubbing plate (13) is provided with a lower sliding groove (131) arranged along the length direction of the lower rubbing knife pressing plate, the lower rubbing knife pressing plate (17) is connected to the lower wire cutting and stripping tool holder (15), and the lower wire cutting and stripping tool holder (15) is further provided with a lower limiting pin (21) which is arranged between the upper wire cutting and stripping tool holder (4).

step a, first wire feeding: the wire feeding mechanism (3) simultaneously forwards feeds the wires into the wire cutting and stripping mechanism (4);
step b, cutting and stripping the belt and rubbing the wires: the cutter assembly and the stripping cutter assembly operate on the wire, and after the wire cutting and the wire stripping incision are synchronized, the wire feeding mechanism (3) drives the wire to retreat, and the wire twisting assembly carries out wire twisting operation;
step c, tin coating: coating tin liquid on the wire core wire after stripping the wire skin and rubbing the wire;
step d, feeding wires for the second time: the wire feeding mechanism (3) forwards feeds the tinned wire to a subsequent station.
5. The wire cutting and twisting method according to claim 4, wherein in the step b, the wire cutting and the wire cutting are performed simultaneously, and after the wire cutting, the wire feeding mechanism (3) pulls the wire backward, and the wire twisting assembly performs wire twisting.
6. The wire stripping and twisting method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the operation time of step b is less than 0.1s.
