Abstract

本发明属于复合地板技术领域,涉及复合地板,尤其涉及一种PVC复合地板,主要成分包括PVC树脂、木粉、氯化钙粉、氯化硅粉、石墨粉、聚氨酯,各成分的质量份数为:PVC树脂30~70份,木粉20~40份,氯化钙粉10~30份,氯化硅粉8~15份,石墨粉5~15份,聚氨酯5~15份。本发明还公开了所述PVC复合地板的制备工艺。本发明所公开的PVC复合地板,具有硬度高、耐磨性好、同时可应用于室内外环境,不含甲醛。因为该产品的成分结构特点,其硬度、耐磨等理化性能均好于实木类地板。同时由于其稳定紧密的分子结构,在产品表面无管孔且产品硬度大,因此耐腐蚀、耐变形且不怕虫蛀。该产品在生产过程中无甲醛添加剂,因此不会产生甲醛且更加环保。

Description

一种PVC复合地板及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于复合地板技术领域,涉及复合地板,尤其涉及一种PVC复合地板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,木质地板和瓷砖作为国内地面铺装材料市场中最重要的两种建材产品,市场占有率达到地面铺装材料市场份额95%以上。木质地板的优点是木质感强、纹理效果优美,脚感好,但随着社会经济的发展和市场需求的迅速增加,木材资源的供求矛盾越发明显和突出。瓷砖作为人工合成材料,其优点是石材成本低、原料供应充足,但缺点也十分明显:储热性及人体交互效果不佳,不够环保。
如何研发一款产品,既能实现木地板的纹理颜色外观,又能达到瓷砖的理化性能,同时更加环保,成为目前地板行业内的一个主要难题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是公开一种PVC复合地板。
一种PVC复合地板,主要成分包括PVC树脂、木粉、氯化钙粉、氯化硅粉、石墨粉、聚氨酯,各成分的质量份数为:
PVC树脂 30~70,优选50份;
木粉 20~40,优选30份;
氯化钙粉 10~30,优选20份;
氯化硅粉 8~15, 优选11份;
石墨粉 5~15, 优选10份;
聚氨酯 5~15, 优选10份。
本发明的较优公开例中,所述聚氨酯为聚醚型聚氨酯。
本发明的另外一个目的,在于公开了上述PVC复合地板的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
A.将PVC树脂、木粉、氯化钙粉、氯化硅粉、石墨粉、聚氨酯按照质量份数进料至高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,出料,物料细度达240~350目,优选300目;
B.将混合物料置于挤压机中,升温至150~250℃,经保温箱将物料挤压入液压机内,设置液压机内模具压力为200~3000t,液压后冷却得PVC复合材料板;
C.将PVC复合材料板锯切成所需规格的板条,所述板条规格为长度300~2000mm、宽度50~300mm、厚度5~30mm;
D.板条通过成形设备制成素板,所述素板规格为长度250~2000mm、宽度40~300mm、厚度5~30mm;
E.素板表面经过3D打印处理,在素板表面印制木材纹理及颜色,制成PVC复合地板。
本发明较优公开例中,锯切、成型步骤均采用地板行业惯用设备,例如开料锯、双端铣等。
本发明较优公开例中,步骤D所述成形设备为双端铣。
本发明较优公开例中,步骤E所述3D打印使用武汉丰璟科技有限公司的打印设备。
有益效果
本发明所公开的PVC复合地板,具有硬度高、耐磨性好、同时可应用于室内外环境,不含甲醛。因为该产品的成分结构特点,其硬度、耐磨等理化性能均好于实木类地板。同时由于其稳定紧密的分子结构,在产品表面无管孔且产品硬度大,因此耐腐蚀、耐变形且不怕虫蛀。该产品在生产过程中无甲醛添加剂,因此不会产生甲醛且更加环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,以使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
1、一种PVC复合地板的制备,(1)将树脂(35份)、木粉(30份)、钙粉(15份)、氯化硅粉(10份)、石墨粉(6份)、聚氨酯(4份)加入到高速搅拌机中,将其混合搅拌脱水,搅拌约20分钟后,混合物料出搅拌机,物料细度达280目;
(2)将混合物料放入挤压机中,挤压机内温度保持在180℃,升温后,再通过保温箱进入液压机内,液压机内模具压力为500吨,通过冷却装置后制成PVC复合地板料板。
2、地板生产,先将制成的PVC复合地板通过开料锯制成所需规格的板条,板条规格:925×135×12mm;再将板条通过成形设备(双端铣)制成素板,素板规格:910×125×12mm,将素板表面经过3D打印处理,在素板表面印制木材纹理及颜色,制成地板。
实施例2
1、一种PVC复合地板的制备,(1)将树脂(40份)、木粉(28份)、钙粉(12份)、氯化硅粉(11份)、石墨粉(6份)、聚氨酯(3份)加入到高速搅拌机中,将其混合搅拌脱水,搅拌约25分钟后,混合物料出搅拌机,物料细度达300目;
(2)将混合物料放入挤压机中,挤压机内温度保持在200℃,升温后,再通过保温箱进入液压机内,液压机内模具压力为700吨,通过冷却装置后制成PVC复合地板料板。
2、地板生产,先将制成的PVC复合地板通过开料锯制成所需规格的板条,板条规格:1225×173×15mm。再将板条通过成形设备(双端铣)制成素板,素板规格:1210×163×15mm,将素板表面经过3D打印处理,在素板表面印制木材纹理及颜色,制成地板。

1.一种PVC复合地板,主要成分包括PVC树脂、木粉、氯化钙粉、氯化硅粉、石墨粉、聚氨酯,其特征在于,各成分的质量份数为:
PVC树脂 30~70;
木粉 20~40;
氯化钙粉 10~30份;
氯化硅粉 8~15份;
石墨粉 5~15份;
聚氨酯 5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述PVC树脂50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述木粉30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述氯化钙粉20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述氯化硅粉11份。
6.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述石墨粉10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述PVC复合地板,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯10份,所述聚氨酯为聚醚型聚氨酯。
8.一种制备如上述权利要求1-7任一所述PVC复合地板的工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A. 将PVC树脂、木粉、氯化钙粉、氯化硅粉、石墨粉、聚氨酯按照质量份数进料至高速搅拌机中搅拌均匀,出料,物料细度达240~350目;
B. 将混合物料置于挤压机中,升温至150~250℃,经保温箱将物料挤压入液压机内,设置液压机内模具压力为200~3000t,液压后冷却得PVC复合材料板;
C. 将PVC复合材料板锯切成所需规格的板条,所述板条规格为长度300~2000mm、宽度50~300mm、厚度5~30mm;
D. 板条通过成形设备制成素板,所述素板规格为长度250~2000mm、宽度40~300mm、厚度5~30mm;
E. 素板表面经过3D打印处理,在素板表面印制木材纹理及颜色,制成PVC复合地板。
9.根据权利要求8所述PVC复合地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤A所述物料细度达300目。
10.根据权利要求8所述PVC复合地板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤D所述成形设备为双端铣。
