发明背景
本发明涉及一种广泛地用作文具的胶带盒,更具体地说,涉及一种具有一个自动抽出和切割装置的胶带盒,从而使用者可以很方便地使用这种胶带盒。
现有技术的描述
通常,作为一种多用途带子的胶带被卷成一个卷状,用于把纸和其它物品粘结在另外的纸或其它物品上。
传统的胶带盒用透明丙烯酸(酯)类材料制成,从而使用者可在任何时候检查胶带的剩余量。
上述胶带盒一般被制成具有圆弧曲线形的筒状,盒的一侧是敞开的,以便可拆卸地插入胶带。胶带盒具有一圆柱状突起部,以可旋转地插入卷状胶带。盒的开口可以用纸等材料覆盖。
而且,胶带盒在盒的另一侧具有一个出口,胶带的前端可通过该出口被向外拉出,位于出口前端部分的肩部可将从盒中拉出的胶带的一部分粘结于其上,在盒的肩部的前端部分上整体地形成一个锯齿形切割部。
但是,如上所述的传统胶带盒具有一个缺点,即当使用者使用盒内的胶带时,使用者必须将粘结在盒的肩部的胶带剥离,用手抓住胶带的前端,将其拉出所需的长度,从而使得插入在盒的突起部上的成卷胶带可以被旋转并被拉出。

发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种胶带盒,它具有一个自动拉出和切割装置,因而可以不用手而自动地拉出所需长度的胶带,并用切割器将其整齐地自动切割下来,从而使用者可以很方便地使用胶带。
为达到这一目的,根据本发明的胶带盒包括:一个具有可拆卸的罩的枪状盒体;一个用于将胶带从盒体中拉出的拉出装置,所述拉出装置具有一个从盒体一侧向外突出的扳机手柄,以及一对与扳机手柄协同旋转的鼓轮;一个切割装置,用于切割被拉出装置从盒中拉出的胶带,该切割装置具有一个安装于盒体的枪筒部分上的操作装置,一个操纵杆,它使操作装置和安装于操纵杆前端的切刀互锁。

优选实施例的详细描述
图1是一个表示根据本发明的胶带盒和罩处于分离状态的透视图,图2表示位于根据本发明的胶带盒中的拉出和切割装置处于安装状态的部分剖面图。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明的胶带盒包括一个枪状盒体100,该盒体具有一个可拆卸的罩110和一个用于可拆卸地安装胶带400的突起部101;一个用于将胶带400从盒体100中拉出的拉出装置,该拉出装置具有一个通过盒体100一侧的开口102向外突出的扳机手柄220和一对与扳机手柄220协同旋转的鼓轮200;一个切割装置,用于切割由拉出装置从盒体100中拉出的胶带400,该切割装置具有一个安装于盒体的枪筒部分上的操作装置300,一个操纵杆320,它将操作装置300与装在操纵杆320前端的切刀330互锁(连动)。

参照图6至图8,对根据本发明的切割装置的结构更详细地说明如下。
在盒体100的枪筒部分内,通过一个销安装一个操纵杆320,操纵杆320的后部由一个第四弹簧321支撑。在枪筒部分的后部,连接着一个通过一个销安装的可动闩310的端部。可动闩310的上部连接到可在枪筒部分上滑动的操作装置301上,以使得当操作装置301被移动时,可动闩310可作旋转运动。
操纵杆320在其前端的两侧具有一对突起部322,一个弹性钢丝323插入到操纵杆320的中部。
一个具有一对用于插入操纵杆320的突起部322的孔的切刀330和一个具有一对作为操纵杆320的突起部322的导槽341的压紧装置340与操纵杆320连接,钢丝323的一个前端插入到压紧装置340的一个孔中,以使得切刀330和压紧装置340可上下运动。

如图1所示,使用者将成卷胶带400的前端与成卷卷胶带400分离,从盒体100上取下罩110,并将胶带400插入到盒体100内。胶带400的前端通过导杆105,鼓轮200,滚轮240,辅助滚轮251并插入到出口104内,以便使之暴露在外。这时,胶带的胶粘面与鼓轮200、滚轮240及辅助滚轮251的表面接触。将罩100与盒体100连接。
下面说明从盒体100中拉出胶带的过程。
使用者用手握持住盒体100,并用手指拉动通过盒体100的槽102暴露在外的扳机手柄220。支撑扳机手柄220的第一弹簧被压缩,从而扳机手柄220在轴销210上旋转。

鼓轮200由保持闩232通过第三弹簧233的弹力保持,以保持其旋转后的位置。
因此,鼓轮200的旋转量由拉动扳机手柄220的次数来决定。利用上述过程,使用者可从盒体100内拉出所需长度的胶带400,而不需用手来拉动胶带。
随着使用者不断使用成卷的胶带400,胶带卷变得越来越小。因此,当胶带400经过导杆105时,胶带400的胶粘面有可能粘接在支撑部230的后表面上,从而,尽管通过拉动扳机手柄220,也不能很好地将胶带拉出。
但是,根据本发明的胶带盒,借助于支撑部230上的锯齿突起部234,可以防止胶带的胶粘面与支撑部230的后表面接触,从而使得即使在胶带尺寸变小时,也可以将其很好地拉出。
下面将说明在根据本发明的胶带盒中切割胶带的过程。
如果使用者想要切断从盒体100内拉出的所需长度的胶带400,使用者用手指拉动安装在盒体100上部的操作装置300。如图8a所示,当可动闩310在铰接轴上旋转时,操纵杆320的后部向上抬起,其前部下降。连接到操纵杆320前端上的切刀330被操纵杆320的突起部322下降,操纵杆320的钢丝323也使压紧装置340下降。
压紧装置340将通过出口104被拉出的胶带400的前部压紧,并被出口104的端部止动。但是,因为插入到切刀330的孔内的操纵杆320的突起部322与压紧装置340的导向槽341一起向下移动,因此切刀330可进一步向下移动。如图8b所示,随着插入到压紧装置340中的钢丝323弯曲,切刀330与操纵杆320一起下降,以便切割胶带400。
如上面所述,因为压紧装置340和出口104的端部平稳地压在胶带400的前部,因此切刀330可以很整齐地进行切割。
如果在切割完胶带400之后,使用者放松被拉紧的操作装置300,操纵杆320的后部被一个第四弹簧321的弹力恢复到其初始位置,使得操作装置300借助于沿逆时针方向旋转的可动闩310自动地恢复到其初始位置。连接到操纵杆320前端的切刀330和压紧装置340也迅速地上升到其初始位置,使得胶带盒处于一种良好的状态以便再次切割胶带。
如前面所述,胶带400的切割端粘结在出口104的端部上。因此,通过采用本发明的胶带盒,使用者将粘结在出口104端部的胶带放置并轻压在要粘结胶带的材料上。因此,胶带400的粘结强度不会变弱。
如果使用者想要从本发明的盒内拉出长的胶带400,那么在将所拉出的胶带400与盒体100的压紧部分106接触之后,使用者将拉出的胶带400的前端置于材料上,并用位于盒体100的前端部分处的圆弧状的压紧部分将其压紧,从而使得胶带400的前端粘结在该材料上。
当盒体100的压紧部106以上述方式压紧被拉出的胶带、同时一边移动盒体100时,插到盒体突起部101上的成卷胶带被连续地拉出,而不必用扳机手柄220旋转鼓轮200,同时借助盒体100的压紧部106进行胶带400的粘结。
在将胶带粘结到使用者所需的长度且使用者用手指拉动操作装置300时,切刀下降并切割胶带400,从而使得胶带400的粘结强度保持良好,使用者可很方便地使用胶带。
尽管参照优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但很显然,对于熟悉本领域的人员来说,可对其进行各种变型,这些都不脱离本发明的范围。

Claims (6)

1、一种胶带盒,包括:
一个枪状盒体,它具有一个可拆卸的罩,一个用于拉出胶带的出口,一个位于枪状盒体一侧的槽,以及位于盒体两侧的一对孔;
一个用于将胶带从盒体内拉出的拉出装置,它具有一个通过盒体的槽向外突出的扳机手柄,该扳机手柄具有一个借助一个销安装在扳机手柄中部下方的推压闩以及一个将推压闩支撑在扳机手柄上的第二弹簧,该拉出装置还具有一对与扳机手柄协同转动的鼓轮,所述鼓轮在内周缘上具有多级齿,并在外周缘上具有为皮带而设的槽;以及
一个切割装置,用于切割被拉出装置从盒体内拉出的胶带,它具有一个安装在盒体的枪筒部分上的操作装置,一个与操作装置互锁的操纵杆,以及一个安装在操纵杆前端的切刀,该操纵杆具有一对位于前端的突起部,该切刀具有一对用于将操纵杆的突起部插入的孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的胶带盒,其特征在于,拉出装置进一步包括:一个支撑部,该支撑部具有一对位于支撑部两侧的插入部分,该插入部分暴露在鼓轮之外并牢固地插入到盒体的槽内,以及一个由一第三弹簧支撑的保持闩,该保持闩借助一个销按照与推压闩相对应的关系安装,当鼓轮旋转时,保持闩和推压闩与鼓轮的齿啮合;一个用于保持胶带的滚轮,它通过一个销安装在支撑部的上部前端,以进行空转;一个轴销,用于插入扳机手柄和支撑部,所述扳机手柄是可旋转的;一个轴,在该轴的两端具有辅助滚轮,以用于保持胶带;以及皮带,用于将该轴与鼓轮连接起来。
3、如权利要求2所述的胶带盒,其特征在于,支撑部在后部具有一锯齿状突起部,以使得当胶带被拉出、同时成卷胶带的直径变小时,胶带的胶粘面不与支撑部的后部接触。
4、如权利要求2所述的胶带盒,其特征在于,辅助滚轮具有一个齿轮状的外周缘。
5、如权利要求1所述的胶带盒,其特征在于,切割装置进一步包括:一个具有用于插入操纵杆的孔的可动闩,该可动闩由一个第四弹簧支撑,并与在枪筒部分的上部滑动的操作装置一起运动;一个弹性钢丝,该钢丝穿过操纵杆的一个孔和一个用于插入钢丝端部的孔而突出在切刀的上方,
其中,在利用切刀切割胶带之前,压紧装置和切刀一起下降,并将胶带的端部压紧在盒体出口的端部上。
6、如权利要求1所述的胶带盒,其特征在于,枪筒部分在前端具有一个圆弧形压紧部分,以使得使用者不用手就可将胶带的前端压紧在将要粘结胶带的材料上。
