一种防窥膜及防窥显示屏及制备防窥膜的设备,其中,一种防窥膜,包括光学转换膜(1)和设置在光学转换膜(1)上方并且与光学转换膜(1)相接的百叶窗膜(2),百叶窗膜(2)包括百叶窗结构,百叶窗结构包括交替排列的遮光部(23)和出光部(24),光学转换膜(1)包括第一透明导电层(11)、第二透明导电层(12)和设置于第一透明导电层(11)和第二透明导电层(12)之间并且与两者相接的光电开关层(13),光电开关层(13)可在透明状态与散射状态转换。本申请提供的防窥膜可快速切换防窥模式和非防窥模式,方便了用户在不同的场景下使用电子设备。
