Abstract
超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,属于地板技术领域。采用以下方法制成:1)将耐磨层、花色层通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品;2)将步骤1)制得的面层通过冲切设备进行冲切,得到半成品面皮;3)将步骤2)半成品面皮通过胶水贴合MGO基材层。上述一种超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,该地板防水、防火性能良好能达到A1级;相比瓷砖,质量轻,施工方便,韧性好,可回收利用,可以完全替代瓷砖;生产工艺相较PVC地板的简单,不需要UV涂漆工艺,且稳定性趋于无膨胀收缩,清晰度更好,可完全展现表面纹理,环保甲醛含量超低,符合E0级以下;耐磨、耐刮性能优异,表面耐磨等级达到AC5以上。

技术领域
本发明属于地板技术领域,具体为超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板。
背景技术
PVC地板目前发展成熟,PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为“轻体地材”。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,从80年代初开始进入中国市场,至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、等各种场所。但也存在一些问题,比如在几乎所有的PVC地板都使用了PVC耐磨层,且在耐磨层上面做UV淋膜处理来起到调节光亮度和保护的作用,但这样不可避免在长期使用过程中会受环境变化特别是受高温条件下产生VOC等有害物质,影响人们的身体健康。并且使用PVC耐磨层的即便使用UV淋膜处理,但其耐刮效果很差,极易产生划痕。同时PVC地板在实际铺装过程中,由于其有一定的膨胀收缩,每隔5米需要留有拼接缝,往往造成大面积铺装需要加装很多的拼接条,在美观上造成很大的影响,使其应用范围有很大的限制。并且采用PVC耐磨层的地板,在清晰度上会受耐磨层影响, 往往清晰度大打折扣,无法实际体现材料表面实际纹路,产品档次上很受影响。同样的强化地板或多层实木复合地板目前在国内外受其环保压力的影响,目前市场前景和消费者的认可度逐年下降,由于其采用的是密度板或多层胶合板复合,其需要大量胶水压制贴合,使得其天然具有不环保不透气,脚感差,不耐水,不防潮,且甲醛释放量高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板的技术方案,该地板防水、防火性能良好能达到A1级;相比瓷砖,质量轻,施工方便,韧性好,可回收利用,可以完全替代瓷砖;生产工艺相较PVC地板的简单,不需要UV涂漆工艺,且稳定性趋于无膨胀收缩,清晰度更好,可完全展现表面纹理,环保甲醛含量超低,符合E0级以下;耐磨、耐刮性能优异,表面耐磨等级达到AC5以上。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于采用以下方法制成:
1)将耐磨层、花色层通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min;
2)将步骤1)制得的面层通过冲切设备进行冲切,得到半成品面皮;
3)将步骤2)半成品面皮通过胶水贴合MGO基材层,胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤1)中:花色层、MGO基材层之间配合设置一层PVC中料层,耐磨层、花色层、PVC中料层通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于所述的花色层为PVC彩膜层,PVC彩膜层采用以下制备方法:将卷筒彩膜固定在滚筒架上,通过专用水性聚氨酯胶胶槽,水性聚氨酯胶水通过循环装置均匀涂敷彩膜印刷层表面,在通过烘箱将胶水中水分烘干并收卷包装或裁切;烘箱长度在16-32米,烘箱前两节温度控制在15-30°,剩余烘箱温度控制在30-50°之间,整个涂胶线速度在5-20m/min,胶水烘干后涂布克重在5-30g/㎡。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于:优选热机温度120-150°,更优选130-140°;热机压力5-15Mpa,优选8-12Mpa,更优选10-11Mpa;热机时间15-50min,优选20-40min,更优选25-30min;冷机压力5-18Mpa,优选8-15Mpa,更优选10-12Mpa;冷机时间25-45min,优选30-40min。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:MGO基材层底部通过胶水贴合设置一层PVC底料层,胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于:胶水的涂布量为80-180G/平米,优选100-150G/平米;贴合后通过冷压机压贴8-20小时,优选10-18小时,更优选14-16小时;压力范围为4-9MPA,优选5-7MPA。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:PVC底料层底部覆合设置一层地膜层,所述的地膜层为IXPE、EVA或软木制成。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:所述的MGO基材层由重量份数的氧化镁50-60份、硫酸镁20-30份、竹粉5-10份、石英砂4-9份、改性剂2-7份、玻璃纤维0.5-3份通过流浆法制得。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:所用的胶水由重量份数的热塑性聚氨酯树脂20份、环氧树脂8份、二元胺交联剂2份、水70份采用乳液聚合法制得。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于耐磨层厚度为0.05-0.5mm,优选0.08-0.15mm;花色层厚度为0.03-0.5mm,优选0.05-0.1mm; MGO基材层厚度为1-20mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-3mm。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于PVC中料层厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-8mm,更优选1-2mm。
所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于PVC底料层厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-4mm;地膜层厚度为0.5-4mm,优选1-3mm,更优选2-2.5mm。
上述一种超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,本发明是在申请号201810348459.9的基础上结合一种新型环保防火氧化镁基材做了产品的再次深入开发,本发明涉及的特点如下:
1. 本发明采用的PVC彩膜作为花色层,可采用传统制作花辊套色凹版印刷,也可采用数码印刷的方式,减少制作版辊的费用和周期,大大降低开发成本和周期。且目前PVC彩膜的产品款式众多,可无缝衔接现有产品,而强化浸胶花色纸目前普遍的宽度在1.3左右,当前热压机设备的普遍宽度都是1米,造成20%左右的损耗。
2. 本发明采用MGO基材层作为基材,使其产品底部不需要三聚氰胺作为平衡层即可使得产品在达到理想的性能指标。
3. 本发明所述的花色层为PVC彩膜层,使用在彩膜层的印刷面涂布胶水并经烘箱烘干后固化,形成可直接与浸渍三聚氰胺胶的耐磨纸及PVC中料层直接热压成型。
4. 本发明所使用的耐磨层根据美国标准NALFA 3.7测试方法, 耐磨转数可以达到7000转以上,耐刮根据BS EN 16094标准测试方法,5000转达到等级一。甲醛含量根据国标GB 18580-2017测试方法,小于0.2mg/L,符合E0标准。无需再进行UV淋膜和回火处理。

如图所示,该超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,采用以下方法制成:
1)将耐磨层1、花色层2通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min;
2)将步骤1)制得的面层通过冲切设备进行冲切,得到半成品面皮;
3)将步骤2)半成品面皮通过胶水贴合MGO基材层4,胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA。
进一步,步骤1)中:花色层2、MGO基材层4之间配合设置一层PVC中料层3,耐磨层1、花色层2、PVC中料层3通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min。
进一步,所述的花色层2为PVC彩膜层,PVC彩膜层采用以下制备方法:将卷筒彩膜固定在滚筒架上,通过专用水性聚氨酯胶胶槽,水性聚氨酯胶水通过泵、连接管、刮刀、胶槽等循环装置均匀涂敷彩膜印刷层表面,在通过烘箱将胶水中水分烘干并收卷包装或裁切;烘箱长度在16-32米,烘箱前两节温度控制在15-30°,剩余烘箱温度控制在30-50°之间,整个涂胶线速度在5-20m/min,胶水烘干后涂布克重在5-30g/㎡。
进一步,优选热机温度120-150°,更优选130-140°;热机压力5-15Mpa,优选8-12Mpa,更优选10-11Mpa;热机时间15-50min,优选20-40min,更优选25-30min;冷机压力5-18Mpa,优选8-15Mpa,更优选10-12Mpa;冷机时间25-45min,优选30-40min。
进一步,步骤3)中:MGO基材层4底部通过胶水贴合设置一层PVC底料层5,胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA。
进一步,胶水的涂布量为80-180G/平米,优选100-150G/平米;贴合后通过冷压机压贴8-20小时,优选10-18小时,更优选14-16小时;压力范围为4-9MPA,优选5-7MPA。
进一步,步骤3)中:PVC底料层5底部覆合设置一层地膜层6,所述的地膜层6为IXPE、EVA或软木制成。
进一步,步骤3)中:所述的MGO基材层4由重量份数的氧化镁50-60份、硫酸镁20-30份、竹粉5-10份、石英砂4-9份、改性剂2-7份、玻璃纤维0.5-3份通过流浆法制得。
进一步,步骤3)中:所用的胶水由重量份数的热塑性聚氨酯树脂20份、环氧树脂8份、二元胺交联剂2份、水70份采用乳液聚合法制得。水性聚氨酯胶利用聚氨酯和PVC的界面相容性和环氧基与三聚氰胺化学交联,使PVC和三聚氰胺胶可以完全实现高强度粘合,起到中间联结的作用。
进一步,耐磨层1厚度为0.05-0.5mm,优选0.08-0.15mm;花色层2厚度为0.03-0.5mm,优选0.05-0.1mm; MGO基材层4厚度为1-20mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-3mm。
进一步,PVC中料层3厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-8mm,更优选1-2mm。
进一步,PVC底料层5厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-4mm;地膜层6厚度为0.5-4mm,优选1-3mm,更优选2-2.5mm。
本发明所述的MGO基材层4拥有强度高、韧性强,内部致密,开槽后表面细腻光滑,且槽口无明显缺陷,易于地板的安装施工,具有如下性能。本发明制得的地板的性能明显优于其他同等类型的PVC、强化地板及实木地板。见表1-4:
实验结论:本发明地板在防火、抗潮、耐磨、耐刮、环保性方面明显优于同类强化和PVC地板,相较于原专利(申请号201810348459.9)也有一定幅度的提升,这个性能上的提升得益于MGO基材的高稳定性和天然的防火性能,特别是在加热收缩翘曲方面性能更加出色,使得在应用场景上面更加丰富,未来的大面积铺装的公共场所及高温高湿的特定环境下面也可以应用。同时甲醛含量更低,也更加环保,拥有具有广阔的应用前景。
Claims (10)
1.超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于采用以下方法制成:
1)将耐磨层(1)、花色层(2)通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min;
2)将步骤1)制得的面层通过冲切设备进行冲切,得到半成品面皮;
3)将步骤2)半成品面皮通过胶水贴合MGO基材层(4),胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA。
2.如权利要求1所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于所述的花色层(2)为PVC彩膜层,PVC彩膜层采用以下制备方法:将卷筒彩膜固定在滚筒架上,通过专用水性聚氨酯胶胶槽,水性聚氨酯胶水通过泵、连接管、刮刀、胶槽等循环装置均匀涂敷彩膜印刷层表面,在通过烘箱将胶水中水分烘干并收卷包装或裁切;烘箱长度在16-32米,烘箱前两节温度控制在15-30°,剩余烘箱温度控制在30-50°之间,整个涂胶线速度在5-20m/min,胶水烘干后涂布克重在5-30g/㎡。
3.如权利要求1所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤1)中:花色层(2)、MGO基材层(4)之间配合设置一层PVC中料层(3),耐磨层(1)、花色层(2)、PVC中料层(3)通过冷热一体或分体压机一次成型制得半成品,压机的热机温度100-170°,热机压力3-20Mpa,热机时间10-60min,冷机压力3-20Mpa,冷机时间20-50min。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于:优选热机温度120-150°,更优选130-140°;热机压力5-15Mpa,优选8-12Mpa,更优选10-11Mpa;热机时间15-50min,优选20-40min,更优选25-30min;冷机压力5-18Mpa,优选8-15Mpa,更优选10-12Mpa;冷机时间25-45min,优选30-40min。
5.如权利要求1所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:MGO基材层(4)底部通过胶水贴合设置一层PVC底料层(5),胶水的涂布量为50-200G/平米,贴合后通过冷压机压贴5-24小时,压力范围为3-10MPA;胶水的涂布量优选为80-180G/平米,更优选100-150G/平米;贴合后通过冷压机压贴优选8-20小时,更优选10-18小时,最更优选14-16小时;压力范围优选为4-9MPA,更优选5-7MPA。
6.如权利要求1所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:PVC底料层(5)底部覆合设置一层地膜层(6),所述的地膜层(6)为IXPE、EVA或软木制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:所述的MGO基材层(4)由重量份数的氧化镁50-60份、硫酸镁20-30份、竹粉5-10份、石英砂4-9份、改性剂2-7份、玻璃纤维0.5-3份通过流浆法制得。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于步骤3)中:所用的胶水由重量份数的热塑性聚氨酯树脂20份、环氧树脂8份、二元胺交联剂2份、水70份采用乳液聚合法制得。
9.如权利要求3所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于耐磨层(1)厚度为0.05-0.5mm,优选0.08-0.15mm;花色层(2)厚度为0.03-0.5mm,优选0.05-0.1mm; MGO基材层(4)厚度为1-20mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-3mm;PVC中料层(3)厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-8mm,更优选1-2mm。
10.如权利要求5所述的超耐刮低收缩浸渍纸复合氧化镁基材的地板,其特征在于PVC底料层(5)厚度为0.1-10mm,优选0.5-7mm,更优选2-4mm;地膜层(6)厚度为0.5-4mm,优选1-3mm,更优选2-2.5mm。
