Abstract

本发明涉及一种玻镁生态板,属建筑装饰材料领域。它由镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层和玻纤网格布层组成。底层为镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层,镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层上面有一层玻纤网格布层,玻纤网格布层上面再制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层。通过上述多层结构复合,使其具有强度好,防火、防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能,同时又具有木质板的可钻、钉、刨、锯的特点。解决了现有电子洋垃圾拆解完后,大量的电子废物材料和拆解残渣没有被回收利用,对当地的生态环境造成极大的污染的问题。而且能变废为宝,大大地降低玻镁板的生产成本。

玻镁生态板
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种板材,特别涉及一种玻镁生态板,属建筑装饰材料领域。
背景技术:
现在,电子洋垃圾已成为我国环保治理的重大难题。一些地方将电子洋垃圾上的金属拆解完后,大量的电子废物材料和拆解残渣如,电路板、塑料板被粉粹后的环氧树脂、玻纤布及塑料残渣粉末,并没有被回收利用,而只是简单地倾倒在露天田地里、河岸旁、水塘里、湿地里、河流和灌溉渠里,或直接采用焚烧处理而产生大量有害浓烟,对当地的生态环境造成极大的危害,污染水源、空气,危害人类、植物和微生物。治理污染问题已经到了刻不容缓的地步。搜狐网在2007年6月8号就以某地区“年拆解百万吨洋垃圾形成产业链”为题专门对电子洋垃圾的拆解危害和污染作过报道,但这些电子废物材料和拆解残渣至今也未得到处理和利用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种能对电子洋垃圾拆解后的拆解残渣进行利用,将其粉粹后与镁质胶凝材料混合,并采用玻纤网格布作为增强骨架,制成具有防火、防潮及抗水功能的玻镁生态板。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的。
该玻镁生态板由镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层和玻纤网格布层组成,其特征在于:底层为镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层,镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层上面有一层玻纤网格布层,玻纤网格布层上面再制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层。
所述的镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层至少有两层,玻纤网格布层至少有一层。
所述的玻纤网格布层的上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层,下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层。
所述的玻纤网格布层的下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层,上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层。
所述的镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层内掺有植物纤维填充料。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、解决了电子洋垃圾拆解完后,大量的电子废物材料和拆解残渣没有被回收利用,倾倒在露天田地里,对当地的生态环境造成极大的污染,污染水源,危害人类、植物和微生物的问题。而且能变废为宝,大大地降低了玻镁板的生产成本。
2、采用镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层和玻纤网格布层多层结构复合,具有强度好,防火、防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能;同时又具有木质板的可钻、可钉、可刨、可锯的特点。
3、制作工艺简单,板厚可从3mm-60mm随意制作。
4、可根据不同用途的需要,按两层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层夹一层玻纤网格布层的结构随意增减结构层。
4、质量轻,防虫蛀,可用作室内外的墙面装修或墙体的制作。
5、能替代木板、石膏板、石棉板及封塑板,无毒、无异味,绿色环保。

具体实施方式:
该玻镁生态板由镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1和玻纤网格布层2组成。底层为镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1,镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1上面有一层玻纤网格布层2,玻纤网格布层2上面再制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1(参见附图1)。镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1至少有两层,玻纤网格布层2至少有一层。
也可以在玻纤网格布层2的上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1,下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层3(参见附图2)。
或者是在玻纤网格布层2的下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1,上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层3。
制作时,将由环氧树脂和玻纤布等材料制成的废旧电路板和废旧电器外壳的塑料板粉粹,经筛选、脱水等处理后,再与镁质胶凝材料混合浆料后,制成镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1,再将玻纤网格布层2置于上面,然后再在玻纤网格布层2上制作一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1,即制成玻镁生态板。当两层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1凝固后,通过玻纤网格布层2的网格孔使两层相互粘接,将玻纤网格布层2牢固的夹在中间,使其成为一个整体。
镁质胶凝材料是由氧化镁和氯化镁或硫酸镁制成的浆料混合物,根据实际使用的需要,还可以在镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1内掺入植物纤维或其他填充料。
玻纤网格布层2的主要作用是使该玻镁生态板具有整体强度和抗折、抗弯强度。
该玻镁生态板可根据需要增加镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1和玻纤网格布层2的层数,层数增加时,必须按照两层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1夹一层玻纤网格布层2的规律增加层数。
根据实际使用的需要,还可以在所述的镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层1内掺入植物纤维或其他无毒无害的填充料。

Claims (5)

1、一种玻镁生态板,它由镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1)和玻纤网格布层(2)组成,其特征在于:底层为镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1),镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1)上面有一层玻纤网格布层(2),玻纤网格布层(2)上面再制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻镁生态板,其特征在于:所述的镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1)至少有两层,玻纤网格布层(2)至少有一层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻镁生态板,其特征在于:所述的玻纤网格布层(2)的上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1),下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层(3)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的玻镁生态板,其特征在于:所述的玻纤网格布层(2)的下面制有一层镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1),上面制有一层镁质胶凝材料净浆层(3)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的玻镁生态板,其特征在于:所述的镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合层(1)内掺有植物纤维填充料。
