本实用新型涉及一种多层结构的玻镁生态板,属建筑装饰材料领域。它由浆料层、填充层和加强层构成,所述的浆料层为一层,填充层为三层,加强层为三层;浆料层置于最下面,浆料层的上面按一层加强层上面再制作一层填充层的顺序制作,总共为7层。该多层结构的玻镁生态板采用镁质胶凝材料、废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末、木屑复合填充材料和玻纤网格布多层结构复合而成,具有强度好,防火、防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能;同时又具有木质板的可钻、可钉、可刨、可锯的特点,能制作成超厚的玻镁生态板材。可用作室内外的墙面装修或墙体的制作,使用后不出现裂缝。解决了现有硅钙板、高密度板防渗透性差,使用后易出现裂缝和返卤的问题。

背景技术:
目前人们用于装修、装饰房间的材料主要是木质夹板、高密度板、封塑板等。木质装饰材料历史悠久,使用广泛,但不防火、防潮及抗水,且消耗林木;使用硅钙板替代木质材料,防火防潮性能有所提高,但硅钙板生产时采用高温蒸汽养护,养护成本高,养护时间短时,气泡不容易析出,导致硅钙板长时间浸水会出现渗透问题,防渗透性差。另外,上述的硅钙板、高密度板等都只能以木质锯末为填充料,对于那些对生态环境造成极大危害的电子废弃材料,如电路板、塑料板和拆解残渣等,无法作为填充料使用;而且由于层数有限,厚度不能做的太厚。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种克服上述各种板材的不足,由三层填充层和三层加强层间隔铺覆后,表面再铺覆一层浆料层构成,强度高,防火、防潮、防渗透性能好,使用后不出现裂缝和返卤问题,能采用电子废弃材料作填充料的多层结构的玻镁生态板。
本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的的:
该多层结构的玻镁生态板由浆料层、填充层和加强层构成,其特征在于:所述的浆料层为一层,所述的填充层和加强层分别为三层;浆料层置于最下面,浆料层的上面按一层加强层上面再铺覆一层填充层的顺序制作填充层和加强层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、该多层结构的玻镁生态板采用镁质胶凝材料、废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末复合填充材料及玻纤网格布多层结构复合,具有强度好,防火、防潮、抗水、隔热、隔音等多种功能,能制作成超厚板材;同时又具有木质板的可钻、可钉、可刨、可锯的特点。
2、解决了电子洋垃圾拆解完后,大量的电子废物材料和拆解残渣没有被回收利用,对当地的生态环境造成极大污染的问题;而且能变废为宝,大大降低了生态板的生产成本。
3、制作工艺简单,板厚可从3mm~60mm随意制作。
4、质量轻,防虫蛀,可用作室内外的墙面装修或墙体的制作,使用后不出现裂缝和返卤问题。
5、能替代木板、石膏板、石棉板及封塑板,无毒、无异味,绿色环保。

具体实施方式:
该多层结构的玻镁生态板由浆料层1、加强层2和填充层3构成,所述的浆料层1为一层,所述的填充层3和加强层2分别为三层;浆料层1置于最下面,浆料层1的上面按一层加强层2上面再铺覆一层填充层3的顺序制作填充层3和加强层2。所述的加强层2由过胶玻纤布构成;所述的填充层3和浆料层1由镁质胶凝材料和废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末材料复合而成(参见附图)。
该多层结构的玻镁生态板制作前,将由环氧树脂和玻纤布等材料制成的废旧电路板和废旧电器外壳的塑料板粉粹,经筛选、脱水等处理后,再与镁质胶凝材料、木屑等混合成浆料,制成浆料层1和填充层3的材料。制作时,先在模板上涂覆一层浆料层1,再将由过胶玻纤布构成的加强层2置于上面,然后再在加强层2上面制作一层由镁质胶凝材料、废旧电路板及塑料板残渣粉末、木屑等构成的填充层3;在填充层3上面再放置一层加强层2,然后在加强层2上再制作一层填充层3,最后在填充层3上面再制作一层加强层2和填充层3,使该多层结构的玻镁生态板为7层结构。
