Abstract
本发明提供一种具有节能省电,含有环保回收材料的复合积层板材。包括:中空板(具有隔音功能),中隔了像蜂巢式的中空部;金属网,固定于中空板上下两个表面,并通过环氧树脂配固化剂与中空板紧密接合;水泥复合砂浆层,通过水性环氧树脂配固化剂混合成水泥复合砂浆,紧密镶嵌于金属网内;玻纤网,通过环氧树脂配固化剂粘合于水泥复合砂浆层外表面;水性隔热涂料层,涂布于玻纤网外表面;其中,水泥复合砂浆层的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:水泥15~20%,沙粒30~40%,环保回收材料15~20%,水性树脂30~40%。本发明还公开了该复合积层板的制造方法,并提供复合积层板材的特性,比较轻便,同时具备隔热、隔音、防水、防火、防震裂等功能,符合环保节能市场需求,应用广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材,特别是涉及一种复合积层板材及其制造方法。
背景技术
建筑用板材一般包括实木板、竹胶板、胶合板、密度板、刨花板、三层板、细木工板、泡沫板、塑料板、金属板、水泥板、复合板等,分别适用于不同的场合。然而,目前市面上的各类建筑用板材的功能比较单一,应用范围较小。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合积层板材,比较轻便,同时具备高强度、隔热、隔音、防水、防火、防震动等功能,应用广泛。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种复合积层板材,包括:
中空板,具有多个中空部;
金属网,固定于中空板的两个表面,并通过环氧树脂固化剂与中空板紧密接合;
水泥复合砂浆层,通过环氧树脂固化剂紧密镶嵌于金属网内;
玻纤网,通过环氧树脂固化剂粘合于水泥复合砂浆层的外表面;
水性隔热涂料层,涂布于玻纤网的外表面;
其中,水泥复合砂浆层的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:
优选地,本发明所述中空板由塑料或金属制成。
优选地,本发明所述环保回收材料为矿渣、粉煤灰、生活垃圾陶粒、秸秆、锯末、石英砂中的其中一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,本发明所述水溶性树脂为水性的环氧树脂与水性的聚脂肪族胺树脂互相键结而成的立体网状结构固化物。
优选地,本发明水性隔热涂料层为耐黄变的水性丙烯酸脂与聚胺脂的共聚物。
优选地,本发明所述水泥复合砂浆层的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是提供上述复合积层板材的制造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,技术方案是:
一种复合积层板材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方将沙粒、环保回收材料、水溶性树脂加入水泥,搅拌混合后得到水泥复合砂浆备用;
(2)利用塑料或金属制作中空板;
(3)将金属网通过螺丝固定于中空板的两个表面;
(4)将水泥复合砂浆浇注于金属网内形成水泥复合砂浆层,并通过环氧树脂固化剂将水泥复合砂浆层、金属网、中空板的表面紧密结合在一起;
(5)通过环氧树脂固化剂将玻纤网粘合于水泥复合砂浆层的外表面;
(6)将水性隔热涂料涂布于玻纤网的外表面。
由上可见,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)在水泥、环保回收物等混合物内加入水溶性树脂,这样水泥及环保回收物等无机物中具备了有机物,有机物中的键结降低了无机物的松脆性,强化了水泥复合砂浆,使得水泥硬化后达到不收缩、不龟裂、具有刚韧性的表体镶嵌围束于金属网,涂上环氧树脂固化剂后,使得水泥复合砂浆与金属网紧密结合达到一体化,强度较高;环氧树脂固化剂将水泥复合砂浆层、金属网、中空板的表面紧密结合在一起,使得整个板材不脱落、不剥离,进一步提高了强度;
2)相对于现有技术中的全实体板材而言,本发明最中间采用的是具有中空结构的中空板,在保持强度的情况下可有效降低整个板材的重量,比较轻便;
3)中空板中空的结构内充满了空气,产生了隔音效果,使得本发明具有了隔音功能;
4)中空板中空的结构可有效隔绝热能,产生了隔热效果,此外水性隔热涂料也具有隔热性能,因此本发明具有较好的隔热功能;
5)水泥复合砂浆具有混凝土的防水和防火功能,而且环氧树脂固化剂增加了水泥复合砂浆层的紧密性,就算被阳光暴晒也不会龟裂,进一步提高了防水性能;
6)玻纤网是一种防震性能较好的材料,本发明中加入了两层玻纤网后也具有了较好的防震功能。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种复合积层板材,包括:
中空板,具有多个中空部;
金属网,固定于中空板的两个表面,并通过环氧树脂固化剂与中空板紧密接合;
水泥复合砂浆层,通过环氧树脂固化剂紧密镶嵌于金属网内;
玻纤网,通过环氧树脂固化剂粘合于水泥复合砂浆层的外表面;
水性隔热涂料层,涂布于玻纤网的外表面;
其中,水泥复合砂浆层的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:

(1)按配方将沙粒、环保回收材料、水溶性树脂加入水泥,搅拌混合后得到水泥复合砂浆备用;
(2)制作中空板;
(3)将金属网通过螺丝固定于中空板的两个表面;
(4)将水泥复合砂浆浇注于金属网内形成水泥复合砂浆层,并通过环氧树脂固化剂将水泥复合砂浆层、金属网、中空板的表面紧密结合在一起;
(5)通过环氧树脂固化剂将玻纤网粘合于水泥复合砂浆层的外表面;
(6)将水性隔热涂料涂布于玻纤网的外表面。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,水泥复合砂浆的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:

中空板,具有多个中空部;
金属网,固定于中空板的两个表面,并通过环氧树脂固化剂与中空板紧密接合;
水泥复合砂浆层,通过环氧树脂固化剂紧密镶嵌于金属网内;
玻纤网,通过环氧树脂固化剂粘合于水泥复合砂浆层的外表面;
水性隔热涂料层,涂布于玻纤网的外表面;
其中,水泥复合砂浆层的配方包括以下重量百分数的组份:
