Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, but is not limited thereto. The experimental procedures, in which specific conditions are not noted in the following examples, are generally carried out under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturers.
Example 1 kasugamycin and polyoxin combination for indoor virulence determination of Botrytis cinerea
Test subjects: botrytis cinerea (Botrytis cinerea), collected in the field, separated and purified on an indoor PDA culture medium, and then stored.
The test method comprises the following steps: hypha growth rate method. Under aseptic condition, punching the edge of the pre-cultured 3d colony of Botrytis cinerea with a punch having a diameter of 5mm, inoculating to the PDA plate containing test agent and no medicine, repeating each treatment for 3 times, culturing in dark at 25 deg.C, measuring the diameter (mm) of each treated colony after 3d by cross method, calculating the inhibition rate, and determining the effective inhibition medium concentration (EC) for the test agent to inhibit the growth of hypha by DPS50Value).
The CTC calculation method comprises the following steps: the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was calculated according to the Sun cloud Peter method. When CTC is less than 80, the composition is antagonistic, when CTC is less than 80, the composition is additive, and when CTC is less than 120, the composition is synergistic. Measured virulence index (ATI) ═ standard agent EC50Reagent for test EC50) X 100; theoretical virulence index (TTI) ═ a agent virulence index × percentage of a in the mixture + B agent virulence index × percentage of B in the mixture; co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) ═ mix measured virulence index (ATI)/mix theoretical virulence index (TTI)]×100。
TABLE 1 kasugamycin and polyoxin combination for indoor virulence determination of Botrytis cinerea
