Background
The shenqinmycin is an antibiotic secreted by pseudomonas fluorescens through biological culture, has double functions of inhibiting plant pathogenic bacteria in a broad spectrum and promoting plant growth, has the characteristics of broad spectrum and high efficiency, and can effectively prevent and treat blight, gummy stem blight, epidemic disease, banded sclerotial blight, false smut, rice blast, downy mildew, stripe rust, sclerotinia, gibberellic disease, anthracnose, gray mold, scab, leaf spot, bacterial wilt, ulcer disease, ginger blast and soil-borne disease soil treatment on crops such as rice, wheat and vegetables.
Pyriofenone is diaryl ketone bactericide with molecular formula C18H20ClNO5Pyriofenone is effective in controlling powdery mildew of cereals, cucumbers and vegetables. However, Pyriofenone is currently expensive to produce and use, and has a great risk of resistance even when used alone for a long time.
The long-term single use of the bactericide can cause the increase of the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, the continuous increase of the dosage and serious environmental pollution. The synergistic bactericidal composition can greatly improve the control effect, reduce the dosage and reduce the cost, can also avoid the generation of resistance of plant pathogenic bacteria and delay the generation speed of the resistance, and is an effective way for solving the problems of the resistance and the cost when the pesticide is used singly. Therefore, the development of the bactericidal composition with the synergistic effect on fungal diseases is of great significance. In the prior art, no report about compounding of shenqinmycin and pyriofenone is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of large dosage of medicament, serious environmental pollution, high generation speed of germ resistance and the like of the single bactericide, the invention aims to provide the agricultural bactericidal composition which has reasonable components, obvious synergistic effect, good bactericidal effect, low medication cost, difficult generation of drug resistance and safety to crops. The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a sterilization composition containing shenqinmycin and pyriofenone is prepared by compounding shenqinmycin and pyriofenone as active ingredients.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the shenqinmycin to the pyriofenone is 1:40-40: 1.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the shenqinmycin to the pyriofenone is 1:30-20: 1.
The invention also provides a pesticide preparation containing the bactericidal composition, the weight of the shenqinmycin and the pyriofenone accounts for 5-70% of the total weight of the pesticide preparation, and the balance is auxiliary ingredients, solvents or fillers acceptable in pesticides.

The adjuvants used in the pesticide preparation of the present invention include solvents, dispersants, emulsifiers, stabilizers, antifreezes, film formers, wetting agents, and the like, and other known substances useful for stabilizing the active ingredients in the preparation and exerting the medicinal effects, are various ingredients commonly used or allowed to be used in the pesticide preparation, are not particularly limited, and the specific ingredients and amounts thereof are determined by simple experiments according to the formulation requirements.
The bactericidal composition is applied to preventing and treating various diseases of crops such as rice, wheat, vegetables, fruit trees and the like, and is particularly suitable for preventing and treating downy mildew, powdery mildew and the like. The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1 determination of indoor toxicity of shenqinmycin and pyriofenone combination to cucumber downy mildew
Test subjects: cucumber downy mildew
The test adopts a cucumber downy mildew pot culture measuring method, on the basis of a preparation test, 2 cucumber seedlings with the same true leaf period and growth vigor are selected, oil marker pens are used for writing label numbers, the label numbers are inserted into pots of the potted cucumber seedlings, the cucumber seedlings are sequentially discharged, a leaf surface spraying method is adopted, the reagent is sprayed on the leaves of the cucumber seedlings, and after spraying treatment, the test material is inoculated in a fume hood or a greenhouse after being dried in the shade for 24 hours. As can be seen from Table 1, the combination of shenqinmycin and pyriofenone can be effectively used for preventing and treating cucumber downy mildew, and particularly, when the ratio of shenqinmycin to pyriofenone is in the range of 1:3-20:1, the composition has a synergistic effect on cucumber downy mildew, and the CTC value is more than 120. Preferably, the ratio of the shenqinmycin to the pyriofenone is 1:10, 1:1 and 5:1, and the synergistic effect is obvious.

As can be seen from Table 2, the shenqinmycin and the pyriofenone have good control effects on the grape downy mildew, the control effect of the composition is obviously superior to that of a single agent, and the medicament is safe to crops.
