Description

Pesticide composition containing pyraclostrobin, pesticide and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition containing pyraclostrobin, a pesticide and application.
Background
Cotton boll disease (CottonBoll Rot) is a general term for diseases on cotton bolls, mainly comprises epidemic disease, red Rot, anthrax, angular leaf spot, black fruit, red pollen and the like, and is an important disease in cotton production in China. Generally, cotton bolls begin to occur at the lower part of a cotton plant in the 8 th month, epidemic diseases are taken as main causes in the early stage, the occurrence and development of the epidemic diseases can not only be directly harmful to the cotton bolls, but also open a passage for the invasion of other pathogenic bacteria, symptoms such as valve stiffness, rot and the like can be caused, and the quality and the yield of cotton are seriously influenced. The rotten boll rate of the boll in the year of the major occurrence of boll diseases can reach 100 percent, and the rotten boll of a single plant can reach more than 5, which is one of the important diseases in the current cotton production.
Pyraflufen-ethyl (Pyraflufen-ethyl), chemical name: 2-chloro-5- (4-chloro-5-difluoromethoxy-1-methylpyrazole-3-yl) -4-fluorophenoxyacetic acid ethyl ester, which is a phenylpyrazole post-emergence herbicide. After the stem and leaf of the medicine are treated, the medicine can be quickly absorbed into plant tissues to quickly necrose plants, or the stem and leaf can be dehydrated and dried under the irradiation of sunlight, so that the medicine has a good defoliating effect.
Pyraclostrobin (pyraclosteron), molecular formula: c19H18ClN3O4And methoxyl acrylic ester bactericide. Pyraclostrobin is a mitochondrial respiration inhibitor that inhibits mitochondrial respiration by preventing electron transfer between cytochrome b and Cl, rendering mitochondria unable to produce and supply energy (ATP) required for normal cellular metabolism, ultimately leading to cell death. The bactericide has broad bactericidal spectrum, and can control most diseases of ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, deuteromycetes, oomycetes, and the like. Has strong inhibiting effect on spore germination and growth of leaf mycelium, and has protective and therapeutic activity. Can be used for various crops such as wheat, peanut, rice, vegetables, fruit trees, tobacco, tea trees, ornamental plants, lawns and the like, and can be used for preventing and treating a plurality of diseases such as leaf blight, rust disease, powdery mildew, downy mildew, epidemic disease, anthracnose, scab, brown spot, damping off and the like caused by ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, deuteromycetes and oomycetes fungi.
The high-fat film (palm alcohol-lauryal alcohol) is a film-forming material made of high-grade fatty acid, and can be sprayed on the surface of crops, and can automatically diffuse and spread to form a thin monomolecular fatty alcohol film, so that it can effectively control the extension of plant disease-affected portion, and its effective period is long, and the pathogenic bacteria can not produce drug resistance, and its self-body is non-toxic, and harmless to human, plant and fish, so that it is a "nuisanceless" pesticide.
At present, the existing research mainly comprises 0.5 percent of Bordeaux mixture, 70 percent of mancozeb, 50 percent of carbendazim, 50 percent of thiram, 64 percent of virus killing agent and the like for preventing and treating the cotton boll disease at the initial stage, on one hand, the commonly used preventing and treating agent ensures that pathogenic microorganisms generate certain drug resistance due to long-term application, and the dosage is required to be increased for application; on the other hand, the environmental problems of pesticide abuse, pollution and the like exist when the pesticide application dosage is too large.
