Description

Bactericide composition containing bixafen and dimoxystrobin and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a bactericide composition containing bixafen and dimoxystrobin and application thereof.
Background
Bixafen (Bixafen), its chemical formula is C18H12Cl2F3N3O, its chemical name is N- (3 ', 4' -dichloro-5-fluorobiphenyl-2-yl) -3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methylpyrazole-4-carboxamide. Bixafen is a pyrazole bactericide, and is a novel systemic bactericide with broad spectrum and combined protection and treatment activities. Bixafen inhibits the functions of mitochondria, prevents the generation of energy, inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and finally causes the death of the pathogenic bacteria by interfering succinate dehydrogenase on a complex II in a respiratory electron transfer chain of the pathogenic bacteria mitochondria. Bixafen is a systemic fungicide, has a wide bactericidal spectrum and is specially used for foliar spray. Experiments prove that bixafen has excellent control effect on various diseases of wheat crops, such as wheat leaf blight, leaf rust, stripe rust, powdery mildew, scab and the like, and can control leaf spot disease and the like caused by septoria pathogenic bacteria which generate resistance to strobilurin fungicides. Bixafen is reported to have good treatment and protection effects on barley net blotch and apple powdery mildew.
Dimoxystrobin (Dimoxystrobin) with molecular formula of C19H22N2O3 and chemical name of (E) -2- (methoxyimino) -N-methyl-2 [ a- (2, 5-dimethylphenoxy) -O-tolyl ] acetamide. Ether mycoamine is a quinone external inhibitor, bonds with oxidation sites of reduced coenzyme Q of cytochrome B, thereby inhibits the respiration of mitochondria, and also becomes a Q0 inhibitor, thereby interfering the energy circulation in the fungus body, having protectiveness, therapeutic property and conductivity, and inhibiting spore germination and hypha growth.
Wheat rust, powdery mildew and scab are main diseases in the middle and later periods of wheat production, the killing effect of a single bactericide on plant diseases and insect pests is limited, and after the single bactericide is used for a period of time, pathogenic microorganisms are easily led to generate drug resistance, and the effect of killing the plant diseases and insect pests is reduced.
