本发明公开了一种微交联氯醋树脂生产方法。所述的微交联氯醋树脂是在氯醋树脂生产过程中,添加二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵做交联剂,包括以下组份重量份:氯乙烯单体85份、醋酸乙烯14.4‑14.7份、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.3‑0.6份,所聚合的树脂是微交联氯醋树脂,具有较低Tg,常温下具有较好弹性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种氯醋树脂生产方法,特别是涉及到全新的微交联氯醋树脂生产的配方、工艺及方法。
技术背景
众所周知,传统的氯醋树脂是用氯乙烯单体和醋酸乙烯在过氧化物等引发剂的作用下无规共聚而得。多用于印刷油墨、油漆涂料等,少量用于PVC磁卡产品改性等,但收效甚微,其主要的缺陷是添加量多,拉伸强度损失大,耐低温性能差而阻碍着氯醋树脂的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的缺陷,提供一种工艺简单、操作方便、成本低廉、无污染的一种具有弹性性能的微交联氯醋树脂生产方法。根据这些现状,发明了用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵做交联剂引入氯醋中能克服这一缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样的:
一种微交联氯醋树脂生产方法,所述的这种微交联氯醋树脂生产配方是:氯乙烯单体含量是85%,醋酸乙烯14.4-14.7%,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵0.3-0.6%做交联剂,得到的这种微交联氯醋树脂能在低温条件下,表现出不同程度的韧性,在PVC制品加工时用量较少、成本更加低廉。

本发明所述的一种微交联氯醋树脂生产配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
氯乙烯单体 85
醋酸乙烯 14.7
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.3
将上述比例按常规工艺、方法进行聚合、出料。

本发明所述的一种微交联氯醋树脂生产配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
氯乙烯单体 85
醋酸乙烯 14.6
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.4
将上述比例按常规工艺、方法进行聚合、出料。

醋酸乙烯 14.5
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.5
将上述比例按常规工艺、方法进行聚合、出料。

1.种微交联氯醋树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,通过氯乙烯单体和醋酸乙烯酯聚合过程中加入二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,使合成的树脂微交联,配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
氯乙烯单体 85
醋酸乙烯 14.7
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.3
所述的交联剂二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵与醋酸乙烯酯的比例进行调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微交联氯醋树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
氯乙烯单体 85
醋酸乙烯 14.6
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.4 。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的微交联氯醋树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.5
醋酸乙烯 14.5
二乙烯苯 0.5 。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的微交联氯醋树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:配方以重量比表示包括以下组分:
氯乙烯单体 85
醋酸乙烯 14.4
二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 0.6 。
5.按以上配方生产出的微交联氯醋树脂具有较低Tg,常温下具有较好弹性。
