本发明公开了一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,其特征在于,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物52‑76%、甲醇6‑12%、二甲醚2‑5%、费托合成液蜡8‑15%、DMMN3‑8 7‑15%、添加剂1‑3%。这种醇醚柴油稳定性好,动力性能好,长期保存不分层,对车辆腐蚀小,成本低廉,节能环保,可以作为商品油推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能环保型醇醚柴油,具体是一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油。
背景技术
近年来,随着国际原油价格不断上涨,国内汽油、柴油价格一路走高,油荒、加油站断油、排队抢油现象更是屡见不鲜。在能源危机已经成为阻碍我国经济发展“瓶颈”的历史背景下,新型石油替代产品、能源节约型产品也在不断涌现,并逐渐趋于成熟。
醇醚柴油问世已有几十年,但至今没能得到大范围推广,其原因在于现有醇醚柴油存在如下缺点:保存期短、易分层:闪点低,目前世界各国研发的醇醚柴油多数闪点低,十六烷值低,保存期一般为 6-30 天,不能长时间保存,且易分层,虽有较好的节油效果,但节油不省钱,对企业和消费者来说直接效益不大。
目前市场上的甲醇柴油普遍存在有醇油分离、冷启动困难、对车辆腐蚀性大、动力弱等问题,所以,若想使车用醇醚柴油被市场认可,必须克服上述缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油。这种醇醚柴油稳定性好,动力性能好,长期保存不分层,对车辆腐蚀小,成本低廉,节能环保,可以作为商品油推广使用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物 52-76%、甲醇 6-12%、二甲醚2-5%、费托合成液蜡8-15%、DMMN3-8 7-15%、添加剂 1-3%。
所述添加剂为重量比是 3 : 2:1的DTBP:正丁醇:正辛醇。
所述工业白油与航煤的混合物中工业白油与航煤比例为3:1。
所述DMMN3-8为聚甲氧基二甲醚。
上述费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油的制备方法,所述醇醚柴油制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量百分比依次加入工业白油与航煤的混合物、DMMN3-8、添加剂、费托合成液蜡、甲醇和二甲醚到搅拌器中,搅拌20-60分钟,得到透明或微黄色液体,此液体为成品醇醚柴油。
使用时,本技术方案的产品可与国标柴油以任意比例混合使用,也可单独作为车用燃料使用。
这种醇醚柴油稳定性好,动力性能好,长期保存不分层,对车辆腐蚀小,成本低廉,节能环保,可以作为商品油推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的内容作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物65%、甲醇 8%、二甲醚3%、费托合成液蜡12%、DMMN3-8 10%、添加剂2%。
上述费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油的制备方法,所述醇醚柴油制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量百分比依次加入工业白油与航煤的混合物、DMMN3-8、添加剂、费托合成液蜡、甲醇和二甲醚到搅拌器中,搅拌20-60分钟,得到透明或微黄色液体,此液体为成品醇醚柴油。
实施例2:
一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物52%、DMMN3-8 15%、添加剂3%、费托合成液蜡16%、甲醇12%和二甲醚2%。
其余醇醚柴油制备方法的制备过程同实施例1.
实施例3:
一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物76%、DMMN3-8 7%、添加剂1%、费托合成液蜡9%、甲醇6%和二甲醚1%。
其余醇醚柴油制备方法的制备过程同实施例1.
实施例1、实施例2和实施例3所得的醇醚柴油各项指标通过实验室检测,完全达到国六柴油标准,单独使用可节省燃油成本 20%以上,可广泛应用于柴油汽车、海运、锅炉、工业窑炉等领域。

1.一种费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,其特征在于,所述醇醚柴油由以下重量百分比的原料制成:工业白油与航煤的混合物 52-76%、甲醇 6-12%、二甲醚2-5%、费托合成液蜡8-15%、 DMMN3-8 7-15%、添加剂 1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,其特征在于,所述添加剂为重量比是 3 : 2 : 1的DTBP:正丁醇:正辛醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,其特征在于,所述工业白油与航煤的混合物中工业白油与航煤的比例为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油,其特征在于,所述DMMN3-8为聚甲氧基二甲醚。
5.权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的费托合成液蜡环保型车用醇醚柴油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述醇醚柴油制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量百分比依次加入工业白油与航煤的混合物、DMMN3-8、添加剂、费托合成液蜡、甲醇和二甲醚到搅拌器中,搅拌20-60分钟,得到透明或微黄色液体,此液体为成品醇醚柴油。
