Description
[01] The present disclosure relates to a fuel-saving catalyst, in particular to a hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis, and belongs to the field of fuel technology.
[02] With the rapid development of the national economy, the commerce and transportation industry have developed, resulting in a rapid increase in various motor vehicles, which in turn led to a rapid increase in diesel consumption. Diesel is a non-renewable energy resource. At present, petroleum needs to be
imported in large quantities in China. Therefore, it is very important to save fuel and increase fuel combustion efficiency.
[03] In order to save fuel, an emulsified diesel and a water-blended diesel have been studied widely. The water-blended diesel includes a water-in-oil type and an oil-in-water type. The core idea is to blend appropriate amount of water into a fuel on the premise of ensuring combustion to save the fuel. However,
due to the short storage time and fast oil-water separation, the water-blended diesel failed to be implemented
and promoted.
[04] The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis. The fuel blended in the water and the hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis are not separated, leading to a desirable combustion effect, which is convenient for mass production for use.
[05] The technical solution used in the present disclosure is as follows:
[06] A hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis, which is prepared from the following raw materials comprising:
[07] 960 kg of water, 10 kg of sodium chloride, 10 kg of calcium chloride, 19.5 kg of methanol and 0.5 kg of a hydrogen-oxygen catalyst.
[08] The hydrogen-oxygen catalyst is prepared by mixing 480 g of water, 0.2 g of cesium metal ion, 2.8 g of naphthenic acid, 12 g of Tween-80, 1 g of tetrahydrofuran and 4 g of acetone, heating the resulting mixture to 45 °C and stirring evenly.
[09] The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:
[10] The hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis according to the present disclosure is added to the fuel, so that a large amount of water is introduced into the fuel. The mixture of the hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis and the fuel has the characteristics of no stratification, long storage time, low
cost, and desirable energy-saving effect, which is suitable to be implemented and promoted.
[11] The hydrogen-oxygen liquid used for fuel catalysis is also called as a catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid, which could be mutually soluble with a fuel in a large amount so that the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid accounts for 76%, and the fuel accounts for 26%.
[12] The mixture of the fuel and the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid could promote the atomization of the fuel to obtain a sufficient combustion, which is environmental-friendly and energy-saving.
[13] The test shows that 50 kg of a fuel has the same combustion heat on a two-ton fuel boiler as that for kg of a fuel containing 40% catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid.
[14] Example 1
[15] Preparation of a thermal spraying fuel:
[16] 20% of a petroleum residue or a crude oil, 4% of a diesel and 76% of the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid were mixed evenly and heated to obtain the thermal spraying fuel.
[17] Example 2
[18] Preparation of a cold spraying fuel:
[19] 25% of a petroleum residue or a crude oil, 5% of a diesel, 20% of a C9 and 50% of the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid were mixed evenly and heated to obtain the cold spraying fuel.
[20] Example 3
[21] Preparation of a vehicle fuel:
[22] 15% of a petroleum residue or a crude oil, 20% of a diesel, 18% of a C9, 2% of a surfactant and % of the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid were mixed evenly and heated to obtain the vehicle fuel, in which the surfactant was composed of 50% Tween-80 and 50% Span-80.
[23] Example 4
[24] Preparation of a marine fuel:
[25] 30% of a petroleum residue or a crude oil, 19% of a diesel, 1% of a surfactant and 50% of the catalytic hydrogen-oxygen liquid were mixed evenly and heated to obtain the marine fuel.
[26] The percentages (%) in the above examples refer to percentages by weight.
