Abstract
本发明提供一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,包括底座,所述底座内设置有至少两个电机,电机上均设置有搅拌杆,搅拌杆均穿入到底座上设置的搅拌桶内,搅拌杆上均设置有搅拌臂,搅拌桶下端右侧设置有出料管,搅拌桶上端左侧设置有进水管,出料管上设置有气泵,搅拌桶上方设置有机架,机架上分布设置有多个放料桶,每个放料桶的底端均设置有开关门,开关门内设置有称重器,每个放料桶的上方均对应设置有出料管,大大提高了生产效率和生产质量的同时也降低了人工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及染料配料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于染料配料的自动化设备。
背景技术
现有染料配料一般是人工进行,配料过程根据不同的配方,对配料的重量和精确度的要求不同。人工进行会导致配料的精确度不高且大大提高了生产成本,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,通过气泵将不同的配料带到不同的进料管内,通过出料管排出到放料桶中,通过开关门内的称重器对放料桶内的物料进行称重,当重量达到设定值的时候开关门开启,物料掉入到搅拌桶内,通过电机带动搅拌杆上的搅拌臂对其进行搅拌,搅拌完成后的配料,通过气泵将其由出料管带出,通过温度控制器来对搅拌桶内的温度进行控制,通过进水管将水带入到搅拌桶内,大大提高了生产效率和生产质量的同时也降低了人工成本。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,包括底座,所述底座内设置有至少两个电机,电机上均设置有搅拌杆,搅拌杆均穿入到底座上设置的搅拌桶内,搅拌杆上均设置有搅拌臂,搅拌桶下端右侧设置有出料管,搅拌桶上端左侧设置有进水管,出料管上设置有气泵,搅拌桶上方设置有机架,机架上分布设置有多个放料桶,每个放料桶的底端均设置有开关门,开关门内设置有称重器,每个放料桶的上方均对应设置有出料管。
进一步改进在于:所述每个放料桶上方的出料管均对应设置有进料管,所述进料管设置在机架上,所述进料管上均设置有气泵。
进一步改进在于:所述相邻的搅拌杆上的搅拌臂交错设置。
进一步改进在于:所述搅拌桶内前侧壁上设置有温度控制器。
本发明的有益效果:通过气泵将不同的配料带到不同的进料管内,通过出料管排出到放料桶中,通过开关门内的称重器对放料桶内的物料进行称重,当重量达到设定值的时候开关门开启,物料掉入到搅拌桶内,通过电机带动搅拌杆上的搅拌臂对其进行搅拌,搅拌完成后的配料,通过气泵将其由出料管带出,通过温度控制器来对搅拌桶内的温度进行控制,通过进水管将水带入到搅拌桶内,大大提高了生产效率和生产质量的同时也降低了人工成本。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,包括底座1,所述底座1内设置有至少两个电机2,电机2上均设置有搅拌杆3,搅拌杆3均穿入到底座1上设置的搅拌桶4内,搅拌杆3上均设置有搅拌臂5,搅拌桶4下端右侧设置有出料管6,搅拌桶4上端左侧设置有进水管7,出料管6上设置有气泵8,搅拌桶4上方设置有机架9,机架9上分布设置有多个放料桶10,每个放料桶10的底端均设置有开关门11,开关门11内设置有称重器12,每个放料桶10的上方均对应设置有出料管6,所述每个放料桶上方的出料管6均对应设置有进料管13,所述进料管13设置在机架9上,所述进料管13上均设置有气泵8,所述相邻的搅拌杆3上的搅拌臂5交错设置,所述搅拌桶4内前侧壁上设置有温度控制器14。
通过气泵8将不同的配料带到不同的进料管13内,通过出料管6排出到放料桶10中,通过开关门11内的称重器12对放料桶10内的物料进行称重,当重量达到设定值的时候开关门11开启,物料掉入到搅拌桶4内,通过电机2带动搅拌杆3上的搅拌臂5对其进行搅拌,搅拌完成后的配料,通过气泵8将其由出料管6带出,通过温度控制器14对搅拌桶4内的温度进行控制,通过进水管7将水带入到搅拌桶4内,大大提高了生产效率和生产质量的同时也降低了人工成本。

1.一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)内设置有至少两个电机(2),电机(2)上均设置有搅拌杆(3),搅拌杆(3)均穿入到底座(1)上设置的搅拌桶(4)内,搅拌杆(3)上均设置有搅拌臂(5),搅拌桶(4)下端右侧设置有出料管(6),搅拌桶(4)上端左侧设置有进水管(7),出料管(6)上设置有气泵(8),搅拌桶(4)上方设置有机架(9),机架(9)上分布设置有多个放料桶(10),每个放料桶(10)的底端均设置有开关门(11),开关门(11)内设置有称重器(12),每个放料桶(10)的上方均对应设置有出料管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述每个放料桶上方的出料管(6)均对应设置有进料管(13),所述进料管(13)设置在机架(9)上,所述进料管(13)上均设置有气泵(8)。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述相邻的搅拌杆(3)上的搅拌臂(5)交错设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于染料配料的自动化设备,其特征在于,所述搅拌桶(4)内前侧壁上设置有温度控制器(14)。
