Abstract

本发明公开了胺基硫醇类化合物及其制备方法和其在辐射防护中的应用,所述的化合物具有式I的结构,其中,A1选自:‑C(O)NR8‑、‑S(O)2‑NR8‑、‑S(O)NR8‑和‑R7‑NR8‑;A2选自:羰基、磺酰基、亚硫酰基、取代或未取代的C1‑6烷基;R1、R2、R5、R6可相同或不同,选自:氢、取代或未取代的C1‑C5烷基或杂烷基;n为0‑20000的整数,R3、R4独立地选自:氢、X、取代或未取代的C1‑6烷基;X选自:F、Cl、Br和I;R7选自:取代或未取代的C1‑C6烷基,R8选自:氢、取代或未取代的C1‑C6烷基。所述化合物具有降低电离辐射引起的生物损伤的作用,同时还具有延长被辐射的动物生存期和存活率的作用,对放疗副作用具有明显的缓解作用,且该化合物毒性较低,本发明开辟了电离辐射损伤防护与救治的新途径。
