Abstract

本发明提供一种显示面板及电子装置,该显示面板包括:驱动基板;绝缘层,设置有第一容置槽和第二容置槽;第一微型发光二极管,设置在所述第一容置槽内;第二微型发光二极管,设置在所述第二容置槽内,所述第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有第一反射层。本发明的显示面板及电子装置,能够减小显示面板的厚度。

Description

一种显示面板及电子装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板及电子装置。
【背景技术】
双面显示面板是指正反面均设置有显示屏,其中正面为主面板而背面为副面板,主面板通常为全面板设计。当正面的面板点亮时,背面的面板关闭也即为熄屏状态,背面的面板处于熄屏板状态下可以作为背板,这样在一定程度上降低了功耗。
现有的自发光双面显示面板通常包括两块显示面板,之后再将两块显示面板的背面贴合在一起或者组合在一起。这种双面显示面板虽然能够实现双面显示,但是由于需要采用两块显示面板,导致厚度较大。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板及电子装置,能够减小显示面板的厚底。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板,其包括:
驱动基板;
绝缘层,设置有第一容置槽和第二容置槽;
第一微型发光二极管,设置在所述第一容置槽内;
第二微型发光二极管,设置在所述第二容置槽内,所述第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有反射层。
本发明还提供一种电子装置,其包括上述显示面板。
本发明的显示面板及电子装置,由于在单个显示面板上设置两个微型发光二极管,且在第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有第一反射层,因此使得第二微型发光二极管的光线朝向显示面板的背面出射,从而实现了双面显示,由于不需要两个显示面板,因此减小了显示面板的整体厚度。

【具体实施方式】
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
如图1和2所示,本发明的显示面板100为双面显示面板。
本发明的显示面板100的包括驱动基板10、绝缘层20、第一微型发光二极管31以及第二微型发光二极管32。所述显示面板100还可包括平坦层50。
其中驱动基板10的截面结构包括衬底基板11、开关阵列层12以及像素电极13。
开关阵列层12位于衬底基板11上,其包括多个薄膜晶体管。
像素电极13位于开关阵列层12上。像素电极13的材料可为ITO。
绝缘层20设置有第一容置槽21和第二容置槽22。在一实施方式中,为了提高对比度,所述绝缘层20的材料为遮光材料,比如为黑色光阻材料。
第一微型发光二极管31设置在所述第一容置槽21内。
第二微型发光二极管32设置在所述第二容置槽22内,所述第二微型发光二极管32的上方设置有第一反射层41。其中为了提高显示效果,所述第一反射层41覆盖所述第二容置槽22。也即在所述第一反射层41在衬底基板11上的投影面积大于所述第二容置槽22在衬底基板11上的投影面积。
其中为了减小显示面板的尺寸,所述第一微型发光二极管31和所述第二微型发光二极管32相邻。其中为了简化制程工艺,所述像素电极13覆盖所述第一微型发光二极管31和所述第二微型发光二极管32,且所述第一微型发光二极管31和所述第二微型发光二极管32均与所述像素电极13电性连接。也即两个微型发光二极管共用像素电极,不仅可以减小线路的排布数量,且使得电流的控制更加精准,进而提升画面颜色的精准度。
为了提高光线的利用率,在一实施方式中,所述第二容置槽22的侧壁上也设置有第二反射层42。
为了进一步提高光线的利用率,在一实施方式中,所述第一容置槽21的侧壁上也设置有第三反射层43。其中第一反射层、第二反射层、第三反射层的材料可相同。在一实施方式中,第一反射层41、第二反射层42、第三反射层43在同一制程工艺中制得的。
结合图3,所述驱动基板10还包括第一薄膜晶体管T1和第二薄膜晶体管T2;所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极接入第一扫描信号S1,其源极接入第一数据信号M1,其漏极与所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极连接;所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极与电源负电压VSS连接,其漏极与所述第一微型发光二极管31的阴极连接。此外所述驱动基板10还可包括第一电容C1,第一电容C1的一端与所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极连接,第一电容C1的另一端与所述第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极连接。
所述驱动基板10还包括第三薄膜晶体管T3和第四薄膜晶体管T4;所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极接入第二扫描信号S2,其源极接入第二数据信号M2,其漏极与所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极连接;
所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的源极与电源负电压VSS连接,其漏极与所述第二微型发光二极管32的阴极连接。此外所述驱动基板10还还可包括第二电容C2,第二电容C2的一端与所述第三薄膜晶体管T3的漏极连接,第二电容C2的另一端与所述第四薄膜晶体管T4的源极连接。
其中所述第一微型发光二极管31的阳极和所述第二微型发光二极管32的阳极均接入电源正电压VDD。
所述平坦层50设置在显示面板的顶部,所述平坦层50的材料可为绝缘材料。
由于在单个显示面板上设置两个微型发光二极管,且第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有反射层,因此使得第二微型发光二极管的光线朝向显示面板的背面出射(也即下方,具体如图1中箭头方向所示),而第一微型发光二极管发出的光线朝向显示面板的正面,因此实现了双面显示;由于不需要两个显示面板,因此减小了显示面板的整体厚度。此外还可降低生产成本。
本发明还提供一种电子装置,其包括上述显示面板,该电子装置可以为手机、平板电脑等设备。
本发明的显示面板及电子装置,由于在单个显示面板上设置两个微型发光二极管,且在第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有第一反射层,因此使得第二微型发光二极管的光线朝向显示面板的背面出射,从而实现了双面显示,由于不需要两个显示面板,因此减小了显示面板的整体厚度。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
驱动基板;
绝缘层,设置有第一容置槽和第二容置槽;
第一微型发光二极管,设置在所述第一容置槽内;
第二微型发光二极管,设置在所述第二容置槽内,所述第二微型发光二极管的上方设置有第一反射层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述反射层覆盖所述第二容置槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二容置槽的侧壁上设置有第二反射层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一容置槽的侧壁上设置有第三反射层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一反射层、所述第二反射层以及所述第三反射层是在同一制程工艺中制得的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述第一微型发光二极管和所述第二微型发光二极管相邻。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述驱动基板包括像素电极;所述像素电极覆盖所述第一微型发光二极管和所述第二微型发光二极管,且所述第一微型发光二极管和所述第二微型发光二极管均与所述像素电极电性连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述驱动基板还包括第一薄膜晶体管和第二薄膜晶体管;
所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极接入第一扫描信号,其源极接入第一数据信号,其漏极与所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极连接;
所述第二薄膜晶体管的源极与电源负电压连接,其漏极与所述第一微型发光二极管的阴极连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述驱动基板还包括第三薄膜晶体管和第四薄膜晶体管;
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极接入第二扫描信号,其源极接入第二数据信号,其漏极与所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极连接;
所述第四薄膜晶体管的源极与电源负电压连接,其漏极与所述第二微型发光二极管的阴极连接。
10.一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的显示面板。
