1. And (3) testing items: skin moisture content, water loss.
2. Testing an instrument: CK MPA580 skin tester, Corneometer moisture test probe, Tewameter moisture loss probe.
3. A subject: and screening qualified volunteers, and selecting faces as test parts. Examples 1, 2, 3, and comparative examples (a commercially available mask having moisturizing effect) were 20 subjects per group.
4. And (3) testing period: the test period was 11 days, and the respective indices were measured 1 day before using the sample and 4 th, 8 th and 11 th days after using the instrument. In the post-use test, the volunteer cannot use the sample on the day of the test, and needs to use the sample after the test is completed.
5. Sample use: the 1 week prior to testing was the elution period during which subjects used basal moisturizing water and moisturizing milk without any actives. Only the sample can be used during the test. The subject used the sample once a day before sleeping at night within the first 8 days of the test period, after cleaning the skin, the sample was applied to the face, pressed gently with fingers to make it sufficiently adhere to the face for 15-20 minutes, and after removing the sample, the face was cleaned with clear water. No skin care product was used from day 9 to day 11 of the test period.
6. The testing process comprises the following steps: data acquisition before use: before testing, sit in a constant temperature and humidity room with the temperature of 24 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 55 +/-5% RH for 20 minutes. The Corneometer moisture test probe, the Tewameter moisture loss probe, was used to collect pre-use data at the test site. And (4) carrying out cycle test on each test point of each test part for 4 times, and taking an average value as the data before use of the corresponding part.
7. Data acquisition on days 4, 8 and 11 after use, and the steps are the same as those of data acquisition before use.
