本发明涉及植物饮品领域,尤其是一种古莲通植物饮品配方及生产工艺。
背景技术
植物饮料,指的是以植物或植物抽提物(茶、咖啡除外)为原料(非果蔬类植物的根、茎、叶、花、种子及竹或树木自身分泌的汁液,如谷物、食用菌、食用藻类和蕨类、可可、菊花等)经加工或发酵制成的饮料制品,现代人的生活饮食习惯,对人体的肠道健康造成了较大的负担,现有的植物饮品口感不佳,对人体增长有益菌消灭有害菌效果不佳,操作工艺复杂,因此需要一种古莲通植物饮品配方及生产工艺对上述问题做出改善。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种古莲通植物饮品配方及生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种古莲通植物饮品配方及生产工艺,S1,选取原料:低聚果糖、茯苓、百合、玉竹、沙棘、莲子、水;
S2,将原料茯苓、百合、玉竹、沙棘、莲子进行水处理,处理后的茯苓、百合、玉竹、沙棘、莲子、水和低聚果糖形成配料;
S3,将配料使用电子秤按照工艺处方称量,将称好的配料在均质机内进行细化混合均匀,形成古莲通植物饮品;
S4,将古莲通植物饮品暂存待装;
S5,对瓶、盖进行灭菌处理,通过灭菌机组对古莲通植物饮品向瓶内进行杀菌灌装封口;
S6,对古莲通植物饮品灌装封装后瓶进行清洗;
S7,对清洗后的瓶进行紫外线杀菌;
S8,对紫外线杀菌后的古莲通植物饮品瓶进行贴标装箱,形成古莲通植物饮品成品;
S9,对古莲通植物饮品成品进行盘点检验;
S10,对古莲通植物饮品成品进入仓库储存。

优选的,所述S3,配料严格按配方称量,称重使用电子秤为ACS-6型电子秤或BPS-TS03-100型电子台秤。

与现有技术相比,本发明提出了一种古莲通植物饮品配方及生产工艺,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明,低聚果糖在调节肠道菌群、增强免疫系统、促进矿物质吸收方面有着重要的作用,可以促进肠道菌群中双歧杆菌等有益菌数量显著增加,产气荚膜梭菌等有害菌群数量显著减少。
2、本发明,茯苓含有茯苓聚糖、茯苓酸、脂肪酸、卵磷脂、腺嘌呤、蛋白酶和三萜类等物质,还含有钾、钙、镁、磷、铁、硫及二氧化硅等矿物质,茯苓有利水、消肿、固精、安神、健脾胃等多种功能,茯苓还可提高人体免疫功能,有防癌抗癌之功效,茯苓可使平滑肌收缩振幅减少,张力下降,茯苓可影响体内代谢,对电解质的平衡有调解作用,并能降低血糖,抑制毛细血管的通透性。
3、本发明,百合具有消炎、抗菌的作用,百合提取物能够抑制藤黄微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、黄霉菌、绿脓杆菌等;百合得到磷茎的提取物对革兰氏阳性菌活性的抑制作用也是非常明显,多糖能够抗氧化,提高免疫力,百合在体内能促进和增强单核细胞系统的吞噬功能,提高人体的免疫力,作用平和,能够补肺阴,兼能清肺热,有养阴清肺、润燥止咳的功效,入心经,能养阴清心,安神除烦,可用于治疗虚热上扰,失眠、心悸等症,中含有较多的钾,有利于肌肉兴奋,可促使代谢功能协调,使皮肤细嫩,富有弹性,从而减少皱纹,富含黏液质及维生素有益于皮肤细胞的新陈代谢,可助养颜,含有水解秋水仙碱、秋水仙胺等植物碱,能够抑制癌细胞增生,可用于治疗肺癌、鼻咽癌、皮肤癌、恶性淋巴癌等。
4、本发明,玉竹味甘,性微寒,入肺、胃经。具有养阴、润燥、除烦、止渴的功效。治热病伤阴、咳嗽烦渴、虚劳发热、消谷易饥、小便频数等,玉竹粘多糖、玉竹果聚糖等,有改善心肌缺氧和肾上腺皮质激素样作用,玉竹含有的甾甙,对心肌的作用与铃兰制剂类似,增强心脏肌肉的活力,玉竹对心悸、心绞痛,风湿性心脏病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、肺原性心脏病引起的心力衰竭有一定疗效,玉竹中含有较多的维生素A和维生素C,具有强效的抗氧活作用,能有效的消除机体内部的自由基,对皮肤的衰老有很好的延缓效果,起到一定的美容养颜效果,玉竹在中药里主要当做生津止渴的药物,玉竹能止燥咳、劳嗽、热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴,对内热消渴、阴虚外感、头昏眩晕、筋脉挛痛等也有很好的治疗效果,主治肺阴虚所致的干咳少痰,咽舌燥和温热病后期,或因高烧耗伤津液而出现的津少口渴,食欲不振,胃部不适等症,具有清心养阴,降心火的作用。
5、本发明,沙棘含有维生素、微量元素、氨基酸,素有“VC之王”和“维生素宝库”之称,具有保护胃黏膜、保护肝脏、延缓衰老、增强免疫力、抗疲劳和增强机体活力及抗癌等功效。
6、莲子富含蛋白质、多钟维生素和矿物质以及微量元素,热量也较高,尤其是很好的钙源、磷源,莲子还有天门冬素和蜜三糖等,莲子芯含有莲心碱、异莲心碱等多种生物碱,味道极苦,有清热泻火之功能,还有显著的强心作用,能扩张外周血管,降低血压。
7、本发明中,操作工艺简单,均质就是指物料的料液在挤压,强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使物料细化,从而使物料能更均匀的相互混合,使得古莲通植物饮品该植物饮品口感俱佳,风味独特,清热解毒,通便润肠,调节微生态平衡,对人体增长有益菌消灭有害菌具有良好效果,是针对当前人们饮食环境影响肠道健康的保健食疗饮料,同时无菌灌装,严格执行食品计量包装规范,保证产品的安全性。
