COMPARATIVE EXAMPLE 5 (blank control) 5.85 Weak bacteriostasis
Comparative example 6 15.11 Has obvious bacteriostasis zone
The data in table 3 show that examples 1 to 4 have obvious malassezia inhibition effect, and comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 also have good inhibition effect, which indicates that the independent chamomile essential oil and juniper berry extract also have certain malassezia inhibition effect, but the independent plant extract has lower inhibition effect than the conditioning solution containing four plant extracts in examples 1 to 4; meanwhile, for comparative example 6 lacking the kunzea ericoides leaf extract, a certain bacteriostatic action exists, but the effect is not as good as that of the samples in examples 1-4, which shows that a system formed by the chamomile essential oil, the juniper berry extract and the camellia extract in cooperation with the kunzea ericoides leaf extract can more effectively play a synergistic effect so as to present a better malassezia bacteriostatic action, particularly, the malassezia bacteriostatic actions of examples 3 and 4 are the most excellent, and the diameters of bacteriostatic circles can respectively reach 17.76mm and 18.38 mm.
Example 6
In this example, the scalp conditioning solutions of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to DPPH radical scavenging test
The test principle is as follows: DPPH is a stable organic radical with the highest absorption peak at 519nm, which, when added to an ethanol solution, exhibits a deep purple color, and when a certain amount of antioxidant is added, the absorbance value of the antioxidant at 519nm after color lightening caused by DPPH scavenging can be determined. And (3) carrying out quantitative analysis by adopting a spectrophotometry method to detect the scavenging condition of free radicals so as to evaluate the capability of the active ingredients with antioxidant effects in the product for scavenging the free radicals, wherein the higher the scavenging rate is, the stronger the capability of the active ingredients for scavenging the free radicals is, and the DPPH scavenging rate of a blank sample is 0. Finally, the result of the scalp conditioning solution on DPPH free radical scavenging ability test is obtained, as shown in figure 1.
The data in fig. 1 show that the dandruff removing and itching relieving scalp conditioning liquid containing four plant extracts in examples 1 to 4 has strong capability of scavenging free radicals, and the scalp conditioning liquids in examples 1 and 4 have better advantages in scavenging free radicals. Scalp moisturizing ability test
In the test, moisturizing efficacy tests are carried out on examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-6 according to the evaluation guidelines of moisturizing efficacy of cosmetics in the light industry standard; the principle of the method is as follows: the capacitance method is used for measuring the moisture content of the human skin horny layer, and is based on the obvious difference of dielectric constants of water and other substances, the capacitance values of the measured skin are different according to the moisture content of the human skin horny layer, and the parameters can represent the moisture content of the scalp.
Adopting a civil survey grading method, selecting 130 people of 25-65 years old as trial objects, wherein the tested parts have no abnormality, the whole testing process is carried out in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity laboratory, the room temperature is 20 +/-2 ℃, and the humidity is 50-60%; the scalp conditioning solutions of examples 1-4 were used in 4 groups of 30 persons each; half-head comparison method, left: common aqueous agent conditioning solution without chamomile essential oil, juniper berry extract, camellia extract and kunzea extract (the addition amount of other raw materials is consistent with the formula of scalp conditioning solution in the application example), right: examples 1-4 scalp conditioning solutions; scalp moisture retention test was performed using a skin moisture tester CM825 from CK, germany; the larger the value, the higher the water content of the stratum corneum; the moisture content of skin is measured at 1h, 4h, 8h and 12h after application, the average value is plotted, and a statistical chart of the results of the moisture content of the scalp measured at different times is shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from fig. 2, with the increase of time, the moisture content of the tested area of the blank control group does not change significantly, while the moisture content test results of the scalp conditioning solutions of examples 1 to 4 in 12 hours after use show that the scalp conditioning solutions of examples 1 to 4 have a great improvement in the aspect of maintaining the moisture content of the scalp, and the moisture contents of examples 1 to 4 are generally higher than those of comparative examples 1 to 6, which indicates that after the scalp conditioning solutions are applied, the moisture content of the scalp is increased and has a certain moisture retention property, and the moisture retention effects of the four substances, namely, the chamomile essential oil, the juniper berry extract, the camellia extract and the kunzea ericoides leaf extract, are better than those of the four substances which are used alone or lack of one component, so that a synergistic effect is achieved. Examples 2 and 4 had better scalp moisturizing effect, and the results of the moisture content test in 12 hours after use were 27.6% and 26.3%, respectively.

Scalp conditioning fluid irritation-erythrocyte hemolysis test
Erythrocyte hemolysis test method: the Red blood cell test RBC is adopted to replace a rabbit eye irritation test to evaluate the eye irritation of the scalp conditioning fluid, and the basic principle is to evaluate the eye irritation of a test object by measuring the damage (hemolysis) of a chemical to a cell membrane and the damage (hemoglobin denaturation) degree of hemoglobin. The RBC experiment is mainly used for eye irritation research of cosmetics products, raw materials and other chemicals internationally. Therefore, the invention determines the mildness of the formula through an erythrocyte hemolysis test method and compares the mildness to evaluate the mildness of the product. The hemoglobin denaturation rate (DI) was calculated from the ratio of the weight concentration of the test substance (HC50, mg/L) at 410nm, which causes hemolysis of 50% red blood cells, to the A value at 575 and 540nm, and the ratio L/D (L50/DI) was calculated for 2 variables, and the L/D values obtained from examples 1 to 4 provided by the present invention and the shampoos provided in comparative examples 1 to 6 were tested and shown in Table 5.
