技术领域

背景技术

根据中间文献EP3089335A1,将分离器件从具有卷材形状的连续带材中冲裁出来。幅面状的连续带材既未被进一步加工为张式料材(Bogen)也未被进一步加工为片式料材(Blatt)。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是以如下方式改进开头类型的方法,即,能够可重复地实现施加形状精确的分离器件。此外,分离器件的施加在操作方面应是简单的。
本发明在方法方面通过如下方式解决所提出的任务,即,从在电工钢带材下方引导的片状的分离器件载体中冲裁出分离器件。
如果从在电工钢带材下方引导的片状的分离器件载体中冲裁出分离器件,则可以首先提前给定用于将分离器件施加在板材件上的在方法技术上简单的解决方案,这是因为通过对电工钢带材的冲裁,可以排除分离器件的自由悬挂。但是特别地,本发明可以相比现有技术显得突出,这是因为通过在电工钢带材下方引导分离器件载体可以保证分离器件被尺寸精确的冲裁出来。因此,分离器件载体在被冲裁时可以通过压力载荷被夹紧到电工钢带材上,并且因此形状精确地与板材件一起被冲压级冲裁出来。因此,将分离器件的施加移位到电工钢带材下方可以使方法例如与在分离器件载体的引导方面可能存在的公差脱离关系,这使得方法虽然操作相对简单但却可保证特别高的可重复性。因此,使这种板材组,尤其是电工钢板材组特别适合于电机或适用于电的或电磁的应用。

此外一般而言,片状的分离器件载体在载体材料方面可以具备带有或没有覆层的塑料、织物、纸、烘焙纸或其组合。例如可以被理解为片状的分离器件载体的是从储备卷材例如经由穿孔分离下来的片式料材,或者因此是具有多个片式料材的张式料材,或单个的片式料材,例如具有片状的薄膜的形式。但通常可设想到如下每个形状和/或如下每种材料,从其中可以冲裁出如下分离器件,该分离器件例如通过减小与分离器件邻接的其中至少一个板材件的粘附来便于将材料锁合地连接的板材件分离成板材组。为此,例如能够想到在分离器件载体的或分离器件的至少一个扁平侧上的抗粘附覆层。

为了在分离板材组之后以简单的方式将分离器件从板材组移除,可以设置的是,给分离器件载体设置抗粘附覆层。此外,该抗粘附覆层可以有益于板材组的简单分离。

如还从图1得知的是,例如在此为循序冲压工具的冲压工具10通过如下方式执行具有多个冲程的切割,即,冲压工具的上工具11与其下工具12的协同作用。利用上工具11的第一切刃13将电工钢带材5预加工以用于冲裁出,然后利用上工具11的第二切刃14从电工钢带材5冲裁出板材件2或以此分隔出板材件。为此,切刃13、14与下工具12的各自的模具15、16协同作用,并且因此在冲压工具10内构成两个冲压级。
这种循序切割在图1中可见的是,在预加工时从电工钢带材5分离下来一部分30,以便将电工钢带材5提前准备用于冲裁出板材件2。然后,借助于冲压级18冲裁出板材件2,并且通过上工具11的压力推挤到堆垛装置19内,并且在那里进行堆垛,堆垛装置在下工具12内具有部分逐渐变窄的引导部31。该引导部31在下工具内将叠组制动器的作用加载到板材件2上,以此在上工具11的压力下并且借助于存在于板材件2之间的聚合物的粘合剂层8使板材件2达成牢固的物理和/或化学连接。一般而言,堆垛装置19也可以被主动加热,以便改进板材件2的材料锁合的连接。
此外,板材组3可以经受未详细示出的另外的硬化步骤,以便强化板材件2之间的材料锁合的连接。此外未详细示出如下可能性,即,使堆垛装置19转动,以便例如由具有多个并列布置的且上下堆垛的板材件2的子层构成被分段的板材组3。一般而言,(未示出地)作为逐渐变窄部的替选也可设想到在引导部内的相对保持器,其加载相应的相对压力以用于板材件2的材料锁合的连接。
为了可以容易地将离开堆垛装置19的板材组3相互分离,至少在两份堆垛好的板材件2之间经由输送装置33设置分离器件20,其例如在图2和图4中可见。这借助于冲压级18执行,利用该冲压级从分离器件载体21中将分离器件20冲裁出来,如结合图2在下工具12的俯视图中详细示出的冲压工具10那样。
因此,在图2中以虚线描绘的切刃14首先压到电工钢带材5上,并且在下一次序中压到分离器件载体21上,并且与下工具12的模具16协同作用地不仅冲裁出板材件2而且还冲裁出分离器件20。因此,相应地根据本发明,从在电工钢带材5下方引导的分离器件载体21冲裁出分离器件20,此外,该分离器件载体呈片状地构造。
通过这种根据本发明的对片状的分离器件载体21的输送,有利地通过切刃14的压力载荷在冲裁时将该分离器件载体21压紧到电工钢带材5上,以此保证了对分离器件20的尺寸精确的冲裁。由此,能够可重复地执行形状精确的分离器件20在冲裁出来的板材件20上的施加。
片状的分离器件载体21例如可以由多个片式料材21.1、21.2、21.3组成,或因此实施为张式料材,其中,这些片式料材21.1、21.2、21.3经由穿孔25关联,并且因此必要时可以作为关联的片式料材21.1、21.2、21.3被输送给冲压级18,如其例如在图2中指明的那样。片状的分离器件载体21因此由各自规格且被界定。用过的片式料材21.1、21.2、21.3可在引导部的一侧上排出。
此外可设想到的是,将片状的分离器件载体21或也将各个片式料材21.1、21.2、21.3前拉或回拉,以便因此根据需要为冲压级18供应分离器件20,或在其他情况中从分离器件载体21脱离。分离器件载体21例如可以实施为以硅树脂覆层的烘焙纸。
附加地,利用这种冲裁还可重复地将分离器件20安置在冲裁出来的板材件2上或其粘合剂层8上,并且引入到堆垛装置19内。该分离器件20与随后进一步冲裁出来的板材件2一起被用作邻接的板材件2之间的分隔件。因此,分离器件20也处在堆垛装置19内的两份板材件2之间,其结构性的构造例如在图3中在完整示出的板材组3的下方可见,图中还包括刚从冲压级18冲裁出来的板材件2。因此,将堆垛好的且材料锁合地连接的板材件2可靠地分隔成精确的板材组3是可行的——尤其是在板材件2离开堆垛装置19处,并且这些板材件2例如被设置成用于在传输带22上被进一步运输。
根据图2,从分离器件载体21冲裁出分离器件20,分离器件载体全面地遵循被冲出的板材件2的负的外部轮廓。也能想到的是,如在图2的分离器件载体21上以虚线指明地,在将分离器件载体输送给冲压级18之前,已经给分离器件载体21切开有凹部32。以此,利用冲压级18冲裁出遵循板材件2的轮廓或在安装之后不伸出过该板材件的分离器件20。这尤其是在板材组3的内部轮廓随后也不被分离器件20覆盖的情况下是有利的。因此,例如也可设想到的是,将分离器件20粘附在板材组3上并且能够保留在那里。当然可设想到的是,也从板材组3拉走分离器件20,这能够通过两侧有抗粘附覆层的分离器件20(例如,两侧以硅树脂覆层的烘焙纸)变得容易。
如在图4中可见,在冲压级18中,分离器件载体21由输送装置33在电工钢带材5下方引导并且在那里被冲裁出来。为此,被紧固在切刃14上的压紧器24将电工钢带材5和分离器件载体21压紧在一起。利用引导元件28将分离器件载体21输送给冲压级18。通过这些引导元件28支承在引导柱29上的方式,在冲裁之后可以使分离器件载体21从电工钢带材5升离,以便消除分离器件载体21在电工钢带材5上的可能的粘附。因此,分离器件载体21例如不会由于未详细示出的冲压毛刺而在电工钢带材5上造成损坏。
如此外在图2中可见地,电工钢带材5和分离器件载体21在冲压级18内的进给方向34、35相互倾斜地延伸,优选相互正交地延伸。因此,可以结构上简单地解决分离器件载体21向与之相关的冲压级18的输送。

Claims (14)

1.用于将板材件(2)连接成板材组(3)的方法,其中,将板材件(2)从电工钢带材(5)冲裁出来,将冲裁出来的板材件(2)堆垛并且至少材料锁合地连接成多个板材组(3),其中,为了使材料锁合地连接的板材件(2)分离成板材组(3)变得容易,至少在两份堆垛好的板材件(2)之间设置分离器件(20),其中,利用用于将所述板材件(2)冲裁出来的冲压级(18)不仅将所述分离器件(20)从分离器件载体(21)冲裁出来而且还将所述分离器件设置在板材件(2)上,其特征在于,从在所述电工钢带材(5)下方引导的片状的分离器件载体(21)中冲裁出所述分离器件(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述板材件(2)由所述电工钢带材(5)循序冲压出来。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,使所述电工钢带材(5)在冲裁之前至少局部地以可硬化的聚合物的粘合剂层(8)来覆层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述分离器件(20)施布在所述板材件(2)的粘合剂层(8)上。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,片状的分离器件载体(21)和电工钢带材(5)在所述冲压级(18)内的进给方向(34、35)相互倾斜地延伸,尤其地相互正交地延伸。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将电工钢带材(5)和片状的分离器件载体(21)在冲裁时压紧在一起。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在冲裁之后使所述电工钢带材(5)从片状的分离器件载体(21)升离。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,给所述分离器件载体(21)设有抗粘附覆层。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述分离器件(20)冲裁出来之前,遵循所述板材件(2)的轮廓地将所述片状的分离器件载体(21)切开。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分离器件载体(21)构造为片式料材或张式料材(21.1、21.2、21.3)。
11.用于将板材件(2)连接成板材组(3)的设备,所述设备具有:冲压工具(10),所述冲压工具(10)具有用于从电工钢带材(5)冲裁出板材件(2)的冲压级(18);用于将冲裁出来的板材件(2)堆垛并且至少材料锁合地连接成多个板材组(3)的堆垛装置(31);和用于在至少两份在所述堆垛装置(31)内堆垛好的板材件(2)之间设置分离器件(20)的输送装置(33),以便使材料锁合地连接的板材件(2)分离成板材组(3)变得容易,其中,所述输送装置(33)具有分离器件载体(21)并且将所述分离器件载体(21)输送给所述冲压级(18),使得利用所述冲压级(18)不仅将分离器件(20)从分离器件载体(21)冲裁出来,而且还将分离器件设置在板材件(2)上,其特征在于,在电工钢带材(5)下方将片状的分离器件载体(21)输送给所述冲压级(18)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述电工钢带材(5)和所述分离器件载体(21)在所述冲压级(18)内的进给方向(34、35)相互倾斜地延伸,尤其是相互正交地延伸。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述片状的分离器件载体(21)是片式料材或张式料材(21.1、21.2、21.3)。
14.根据权利要求11、12或13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述冲压级(18)具有压紧器(24),其中,所述压紧器(24)紧固在所述冲压级(18)的用于共同冲裁出分离器件(20)和板材件(2)的切刃(14)上。
