Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于散发挥发性物质的容器。
背景技术
现有技术中已知用于散发挥发性物质的容器。通常,这种容器包括盖膜,该盖膜用来关闭开口并在容器被启用以释放容纳于所述容器内的所述挥发性物质之前阻止所述挥发性物质散发。为启用所述容器,所述盖膜被整体地或至少部分地移除。当然,最好是不把盖膜整体移除,因为这样会形成导致存储的挥发性物质不必要外溢的无保护出口。因此,通常在开口上会保留盖膜的一部分,保护用户不受到挥发性物质不必要外溢的影响并且保护用户不接触所述挥发性物质。然而,剩余部分降低所述挥发性物质的挥发率,由此限制所述挥发性物质的快速分布以限制用户知觉。一旦容器被启用并且所述盖膜的阻隔部分被移除,在不限制所述挥发性物质挥发率的情况下,需要盖膜保护所述容器的开口以避免用户遭受挥发性物质不必要外溢的影响或对其直接接触。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服现有技术中发现的问题。本发明一个重要的目标是提供具有盖膜的容器,该盖膜轻松地并且持续地分离阻隔部分和盖膜的可渗透部分。另一个目标是提供盖膜,该盖膜剩余的可渗透部分允许存储的挥发性物质的最大挥发率。
所述目标由权利要求1所述的容器实现。进一步的实施例是独立权利要求的主题。
一用于散发挥发性物质的容器包括具有至少一个开口的容器本体。所述开口由盖膜关闭。所述盖膜包括外部多层膜,外部多层膜包括不渗透挥发性物质的至少一个阻隔层。所述盖膜进一步包括复合内部多层膜,复合内部多层膜具有可渗透挥发性物质的至少一个层。所述复合内部多层膜一侧粘接至所述外部多层膜,另一侧粘接至所述容器。所述复合内部多层膜至少包括:聚乙烯层;包括聚合物的释放层,所述聚合物选自聚乙烯乙烯醇(EVOH)和改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETg);可剥离界面,其介于释放层和挥发性物质可渗透层之间。所述可渗透层包括聚合物,聚合物选自以下物质组成的组:金属茂络合物极低密度线性低密度聚乙烯(mVLDLLDPE),乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA),和丙烯酸正丁酯共聚物(EBA)。所述可渗透层一侧密封至所述容器并且使得所述挥发性物质的挥发率为不被所述可渗透层覆盖的开口的最大挥发率的至少30%。
本文中涉及的首字母缩写理解如下:EVOH指代聚乙烯乙烯醇,PETg指代改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,EVA指代乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,和EBA指代丙烯酸正丁酯共聚物。LDPE指代低密度聚乙烯,LLDP指代线性低密度聚乙烯,和mVLDLLDPE指代金属茂络合物极低密度线性低密度聚乙烯。后者理解为大体上线性的具有极低密度并使用金属茂络合物催化剂合成的聚乙烯聚合物。所述金属茂络合物极低密度线性低密度聚乙烯(mVLDLLDPE)还可以表示为金属茂络合物极低密度聚乙烯(mVLDPE)。聚乙烯还根据其密度进行分类,极低密度聚乙烯具有低于0.91g/cm3的密度,低密度聚乙烯具有0.91g/cm3到0.94g/cm3范围内的密度,而具有高于0.94g/cm3密度的聚乙烯被称为高密度聚乙烯。
所述可剥离界面可以由可剥离树脂层获得。然而也可以由所述释放层和所述可渗透层之间的直接压焊获得。
最大挥发率定义为在所述挥发性物质通过其挥发的开口不被覆盖,即,完全没有任何薄膜覆盖所述开口的情况下达到的挥发率。这是在给定环境条件设定(诸如温度和相对湿度)下可以达到的最大挥发率。
通常,所述挥发率在环境温度下测量。所述温度也可以保持在常温25℃。另外,相对湿度还可以保持在50%恒定。然后将限定量的挥发性物质或合成物填充至合适的容器来进行所述测量,由此,所述开口随后被待测薄膜牢固地覆盖。在挥发性合成物全部挥发之前或在设定时间段结束之前,会在一开始和随后设定的时间间隔处对填充有所述挥发性物质以及其开口由待测薄膜牢固覆盖的容器的重量进行测量。随时间的重量损失表示挥发率。
优选地,所述挥发性物质的所述挥发率为不被可渗透层覆盖的开口的最大挥发率的至少40%,优选50%,更优选60%并且最优选70%。
在另一个实施例中,所述可渗透层包括外部层,核心层和密封层。所述外部层由mVLDLLDPE、LDPE和LLDPE共混聚合物制成;所述可渗透层的核心层由mVLDLLDPE和LLDPE的共混聚合物制成,所述核心层还可以由mVLDLLDPE和LDPE的共混聚合物制成,核心层的共混聚合物优选由mVLDLLDPE和LLDPE制成;以及所述可渗透层的密封层由mVLDLLDPE、LDPE和LLDPE的共混聚合物制成。所述可渗透层的密封层密封至所述容器。
在另一个实施例中,所述外部层的共混聚合物包括10-30重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE,60-80重量百分比的LLDPE,和10重量百分比的LDPE。所述核心层的共混聚合物包括30-65重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE,35-70重量百分比的LLDPE,以及所述密封层的共混聚合物包括10-30重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE,60-80重量百分比的LLDPE,和10重量百分比的LDPE。mVLDLLDPE在所述可渗透层中的总含量在10-90重量百分比范围内,优选在30-60重量百分比范围内。
在又一个实施例中,所述可渗透层包括由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选外部层,由EVA和PE的共混聚合物制成的核心层,和由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选密封层。
在另一个实施例中,所述可渗透层包括含有LDPE或LLDPE和可选的高达30重量百分比的EVA的可选外部层,由EVA和PE的共混聚合物制成的核心层,和含有LDPE或LLDPE和可选高达30重量百分比的EVA的可选密封层。
在另一个实施例中,所述核心层由10-90重量百分比范围内、优选30-70重量百分比范围内的EVA和PE的混合物组成,剩余为PE。所述EVA共聚物中的醋酸乙烯酯的含量优选为全部单体的醋酸乙烯酯的18%。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于散发挥发性物质的容器,包括容器本体,所述容器本体具有由盖膜关闭的至少一个开口,所述盖膜包括:外部多层膜,其具有不可渗透挥发性物质的至少一个阻隔层;和复合内部多层膜,其具有至少一个挥发性物质可渗透层,所述复合内部多层膜的一侧粘接至外部多层膜且另一侧粘接至所述容器,所述复合内部多层膜至少包括:聚乙烯层;释放层,其包括选自EVOH和PETg的聚合物;和介于释放层和挥发性物质可渗透层之间的可剥离界面,由此,所述可渗透层包括选自以下物质组成的组的聚合物:mVLDLLDPE、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、和乙烯丁基丙烯酸酯共聚物,所述可渗透层密封至所述容器并且使得所述挥发性物质的挥发率为不被所述可渗透层覆盖的开口的最大挥发率的至少30%。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,挥发性物质的挥发率为不被所述可渗透层覆盖的开口的最大挥发率的至少40%,优选50%,更优选60%,最优选70%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述可渗透层包括由mVLDLLDPE、LDPE和LLDPE的共混聚合物制成的外部层,由mVLDLLDPE、和LDPE或优选LLDPE的共混聚合物制成的核心层,和由mVLDLLDPE、LDPE和LLDPE的共混聚合物制成的密封层。
4.如权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,外部层的共混聚合物包括10-30重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE、60-80重量百分比的LLDPE、和10重量百分比的LDPE,核心层的共混聚合物包括30-65重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE和35-70重量百分比的LLDPE,且密封层的共混聚合物包括10-30重量百分比的mVLDLLDPE、60-80重量百分比的LLDPE和10重量百分比的LDPE,由此,mVLDLLDPE在可渗透层中的总含量在10-90重量百分比的范围内,优选在30-60重量百分比的范围内。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述可渗透层包括由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选外部层,由EVA、PE的共混聚合物制成的核心层,和由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选密封层。
6.如权利要求5所述的容器,其特征在于,所述核心层包括EVA和PE的混合物,其中,EVA在10-90重量百分比范围内、优选在30-70重量百分比范围内,剩余为PE。
7.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述可渗透层包括由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选外部层,由EBA、PE的共混聚合物制成的核心层,和由LDPE或LLDPE制成的可选密封层。
8.如权利要求7所述的容器,其特征在于,所述核心层包括EBA和PE的混合物,其中,EBA在10-90重量百分比范围内、优选30-70重量百分比范围内,剩余为PE。
9.如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外部多层膜包括第一PET层、用作挥发性物质阻隔层的铝层、和第二PET层。
10.如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外部多层膜包括PET层和挥发性物质的透明阻隔层。
11.如权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外部多层膜包括PET层和用作挥发性物质阻隔层的PET-SiOx层。
12.如权利要求10所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外部多层膜包括PET层和用作挥发性物质阻隔层的PET-AlOx层。
13.如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述外部多层膜包括PET层和用作挥发性物质阻隔层的金属化塑料层、优选金属化PET层。
14.如权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述释放层和所述可渗透层之间有小的非粘接区域,用于提供将所述释放层和所述可渗透层之间的盖膜分离的抓持片。
