一种发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边整体锻造工艺,解决了现有技术破坏了原材料的内部组织结构,机械性能、抗腐蚀性能降低,综合性能、质量差,成本高,加工周期长的不足。其特征是下料后依次进行镦粗、冲孔、马架扩孔、环轧、预制坯、模锻、切边、热处理、吹砂、理化检测。保证了锻件各部分的组织与性能一致,降低了原材料消耗及成本,延长了零件的使用寿命。可以小设备干大锻件。可供整体锻造发动机、燃气轮机大型安装边用。

所属技术领域
本发明是一种锻造工艺,特别是发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边整体锻造工艺。
现有技术
现有技术中的发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边锻造工艺,其目的是锻造该两类机用大型安装边。其工艺一般是下料、制坯、模锻、切边、冲孔、校正、热处理。有的下料是将整块原材料的中间割掉;有的是先制成两个半圆弧形再将其焊接到一起。国内的一些锻造厂家及英国、法国、美国的锻造厂家均是用此工艺。其不足之处是破坏了原材料的内部组织结构,致使机械性能下降,抗腐蚀性能降低,综合性能差,质量差。而且成本高,加工周期长。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边整体锻造工艺。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术解决方案是:下料后依次进行镦粗、冲孔、马架扩孔、环轧、预制坯、模锻、切边、热处理、清理、吹砂、理化检测。
优点
本发明相比现有技术所具有的优点是:保证了锻件各部分的组织与性能的一致,从而提高了零件的使用寿命,延长了模具的使用寿命,降低了原材料消耗,降低了锻件成形的变形抗力,可以小设备干大锻件,同时极大地降低了零件加工成本。
最佳实施例
本发明下面结合实施例作进一步详述:下料是将原材料锯割成均厚的圆片状,然后在加热状态下进行镦粗、冲孔、马架扩孔、轧制成环坯。预制坯是在自由锻锤上将轧制后的环坯压成梯形坯。模锻是将预制坯在锻模中锻制成形,模锻前需喷涂玻璃润滑剂,对模腔进行润滑,以提高模腔寿命,促进锻件各部件充满型腔。锻造成形的锻件经切边、热处理、砍砂、清理、理化检测、表面质量、尺寸检测合格后交付。可供整体锻造发动机、燃气轮机大型安装边用。

Claims (2)

1.一种发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边整体锻造工艺,包括下料、镦粗、冲孔、马架扩孔、环轧、预制坯、模锻、切边、热处理、清理、吹砂、理化检测,下料是将原材料锯割成均厚的圆片状,然后在加热状态下进行镦粗、冲孔、马架扩孔、轧制成环坯,预制坯是在自由锻锤上将轧制后的环坯压成梯形坯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机、燃气轮机用大型安装边整体锻造工艺,其特征在于模锻是将预制坯在锻模中锻制成形,模锻前需喷涂玻璃润滑剂。
