背景技术
随着我国社会进步及城市化日益快速的发展,人们的物质生活水平不断提高,汽车已经成为人们的生活中不可缺少的代步工具,据有关统计资料2018年全国汽车保有量达到3.6亿辆,并且仍在以每年15%的增长率快速递增,故全国各地洗车需求已成庞大的服务产业。
目前洗车业基本上都是使用自来水洗车,由于行业管理不规范,洗车污水随意排放至地表及下水道,不仅严重浪费水资源,而且因污水中含有大量泥沙、悬浮物、油污、溶解性有机物、表面活性剂及病菌,亦会严重污染水环境。
目前的洗车行及其污水具有以下特点:
1、单个洗车行具有场地规模及日用水量较小的特点,水处理技术需满足占地面积小、与实况兼容性强、投资成本及运行费用均较低的要求。
2、洗车水回用系统的使用者非专业技术人员,水处理系统需满足全自动运行、水质净化效果好且稳定、系统少维护甚至免维护的要求。
3、洗车污水中污染物以悬浮状态、乳化状态、胶体状态及溶液状态存在,主要污染成分为泥沙、悬浮物、油污、溶解性有机物、表面活性剂及病菌等。所采用技术须能高效分离、去除上述各种污染物,从而从根源上解决出水不净、发黑、异味、起泡等各种水质问题。

其原理是:首先通过多级沉淀将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过隔油措施将漂浮油膜及悬浮油滴分离,再通过投加混凝剂使得胶体脱稳,并与水中微小悬浮物形成大块絮状体,以能被后续砂滤有效过滤去除,最终经投药杀菌消毒后达到回用水标准。
其缺点是:多级沉淀及隔油占地面积大;需定时投放混凝及消毒药剂;对溶解性有机物、表面活性剂没法去除,无法解决出水发黑、异味及产生泡沫的问题;隔油不彻底,容易导致滤料堵塞以致报废。
2、多级沉淀+隔油+混凝+砂滤+炭滤+精密过滤+膜滤
其原理是:首先通过多级沉淀将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过隔油措施将漂浮油膜及悬浮油滴分离,再通过投加混凝剂使得胶体脱稳,并与水中微小悬浮物形成大块絮状体,以能被后续砂滤有效过滤去除。砂滤出水再通过活性炭将水中的各种气味、颜色、洗涤剂等吸附去除,精密过滤器可将水中残留的泥、砂、铁锈、油污等过滤掉,从而保证进入最终膜滤环节的水质,在膜滤环节,可将水中大分子化合物、粘土、颜料、矿物质、乳液粒子、微生物、润滑脂、洗涤剂以及油、水乳液去除。
其缺点是:水处理系统工艺环节过多,系统复杂,占地面积大,投资及运行费用高;需定时投放混凝药剂;过滤装置均容易堵塞,需频繁反冲洗,且活性炭吸附饱和后会失去净化效果;常用超滤膜无法去除溶解性有机物、表面活性剂,而需采用纳滤膜及反渗透膜净化,此时投资、运行及维护成本过高。
3、多级沉淀+隔油+膜生物反应器+消毒
其原理是:首先通过多级沉淀将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过隔油措施将漂浮油膜及悬浮油滴分离,再进入后续膜生物反应器处理,其内首先利用活性污泥中的微生物对水中有机物及表面活性剂进行氧化降解,然后通过膜滤组件对污泥混合液进行泥水分离,最终滤出的净水再经投药杀菌消毒得以回用。
其缺点是:多级沉淀、隔油及膜生物反应器占地面积大;膜生物反应器必须维持连续运行才能保持微生物稳定活性,而微生物发挥正常净化功效还受污染物浓度、温度等诸多外界因素制约,故难以保障净水效果的稳定,且其对水体色度去除效果较差;膜滤组件堵塞后需定期取出清洗再生,操作繁琐。
4、多级沉淀+混凝+气浮+砂滤+消毒
其原理是:首先通过多级沉淀将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过投加混凝剂使得胶体脱稳,并与水中微小悬浮物形成大块絮状体后再后续气浮池被浮选分离,同时气浮对油污和表面活性剂也有较好的分离效果,并且给水体充氧避免水体发黑发臭,最终经砂滤及投药杀菌消毒后达到回用水标准。
其缺点是:多级沉淀及气浮池占地面积很大;需定时投放混凝及消毒药剂;对溶解性有机物去除率低,长期循环回用后水体仍会有异味。
5、多级沉淀+电解/电絮凝
其原理是:首先通过多级沉淀将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过投加混凝剂使得胶体脱稳以形成大块絮状体,在电解及电絮凝反应仓中,一方面依靠电极所产生的微小气泡对悬浮物及油污实现气浮分离,另一方面在电极的氧化-还原反应过程中生成了大量强氧化性的羟基自由基,能高效分解水中有机物、表面活性剂,除水体色度,并有效杀灭病菌。
其缺点是:多级沉淀及气浮分离区占地面积大;电解/电絮凝反应器投资高、能耗高(吨水电耗约3度),反应速率慢,因电极容易被钝化,所以其净化稳定性较差,实际应用功效较低、寿命较短。
6、多级混凝沉淀+隔油+精密过滤器+光催化氧化
其原理是:洗车水被收集后首先通过混凝沉淀在沉淀池中将大颗粒泥沙及悬浮物重力沉淀分离,然后通过隔油措施将漂浮油膜及悬浮油滴分离,澄清后的水再进入精密过滤器将微小悬浮物进一步滤除,最后在光催化氧化装置中依靠高能光(主要为紫外光)及催化剂(TiO2)反应生成强氧化还原性光生电子-空穴及自由基来分解水中溶解性有机物和表面活性剂,并同时去除水体色度及杀灭病菌。
其缺点是:初期沉淀时需定时投放混凝药剂;精滤装置容易堵塞,需频繁反冲洗及定期更换;光催化氧化装置首先紫外光吸收范围较窄,光能利用率较低,其次对进水水质要求较高,若浊度较高则不利于光线穿透,直接影响光催化效果,再次本技术量子效率低,且所产生的电子-空穴对易复合而失活,故实际应用功效较低。
综上,现有技术具有以下缺点:
1、系统冗长,适用性差
目前洗车水处理技术普遍是按照逻辑顺序将针对不同污染物的水处理工艺技术进行简单的串联或叠加组合,造成成本倍增。
现有技术均需前置几级沉淀及隔油,仅这一项就需较大占地面积、现场配套工程量及后期人力清掏工作量,且对于采用气浮、膜生物反应器的设备因要求满足较长水力停留时间,其空间尺寸也会比较大,故实际应用兼容性差。
2、净水低效,稳定性差,投资及运行费用高
对于采用砂滤、炭滤、精滤及膜滤等工艺,对溶解性污染物去除效率低下,无法解决水体发黑、异味及起泡问题,且均存在滤料堵塞、清洗及更换的问题,故净水功效及稳定性差。
对于电解、电絮凝和光催化氧化等工艺,均存在投资及运行费用高,原水水质要求较高,净化稳定性较差,实际应用功效较低的问题。
3、操控繁琐,需要专人值守
现有技术因是多种水处理工艺冗长组合,故各环节设备运行状况操控更为专业及繁琐,且绝大部分系统都需定时投放混凝及消毒药剂,滤料及其它耗材也均需定期清洗及更换,故需专人值守才能保障净水水质稳定达标,但此时无法真正实现全自动化运行的应用要求,会大大加重后期运营成本。
可见,如何有效净化洗车污水并实现循环回用是目前整个洗车行业,甚至全社会亟待解决的重大难题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是解决上述技术问题,提出一种洗车污水处理装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种洗车污水处理装置,包括:回水泵、三相分离器、高压供气机、氧源发生器、以及综合净化器,其中,所述综合净化器包括外筒、与所述外筒同心设置的内筒;
所述回水泵的输入端与外界集水池连接,所述回水泵的输出端通过第一进水管与所述三相分离器的输入端连接,所述三相分离器的第一输出端通过排砂管与储污池连接,所述三相分离器的第二输出端通过第一出水管与所述外筒的输入端连接,所述外筒的输入端还连接有第一放空管,所述内筒的反洗管与所述第一出水管连接,所述综合净化器的顶部通过反冲洗排水管与所述第一进水管连接。
本发明的进一步技术方案还包括调节池和压力泵,其中,所述三相分离器的第二输出端通过第一出水管与所述调节池的输入端连接,所述调节池还与所述压力泵连接,所述氧源发生器分别与所述高压供气机、压力泵连接,所述压力泵的输出端通过第二进水管与所述外筒的输入端连接;所述内筒的反洗管与所述第二进水管连接。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述外筒内为催化氧化区域,所述内筒内为精密过滤区。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述催化氧化区设置有复合活性炭填料,所述精密过滤区设置有纤维滤料或精密过滤芯。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述高压供气机还通过第一气管与所述内筒的进气口连接,通过第二气管与所述外筒的进气口连接,所述氧源发生器还通过第三气管与内筒的进气口连接。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述调节池的顶部设置有溢污槽,所述溢污槽通过排污管与所述储污池连接。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述调节池包括底部相贯通的浮离区和缓冲区,所述三相分离器的第二输出端通过所述第一出水管与所述浮离区的输入端连接,所述浮离区的输出端连接有第二放空管,所述缓冲区与所述压力泵的输入端连接。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述缓冲区的上部设置有与所述压力泵连接的液位传感器,所述浮离区的底部设置有微纳米曝气盘。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述内筒的出水端还连接有第二出水管和第三放空管,所述第二出水管与外界清水池连接。
本发明的进一步的技术方案是,所述排砂管上设置有第一气动阀、所述第二进水管上设置有第一电磁阀、所述第一放空管上设置有第二气动阀、所述反冲洗排水管上设置有第二电磁阀、所述第一气管上设置有第三电磁阀、所述第二气管上设置有第四电磁阀、所述第二放空管上设置有第三气动阀、所述第二出水管上设置有第五电磁阀、所述第三放空管上设置有第四气动阀,所述反洗管上设置有第六电磁阀,所述第三气管上设置有第七电磁阀。

考虑到现有洗车水处理技术普遍上是按照逻辑顺序将不同工艺技术进行简单的串联或叠加组合,从而导致系统占地面积大,投资费用高,运行能耗高、净水效果不稳定;其次,现有洗车水处理技术基本上都需要投加辅助药剂,故无法真正实现无人值守的全自动运行要求;再次,对于采用砂滤或膜滤工艺的水处理系统,不仅需频繁清洗滤料,而且还需定期更换滤芯,故实际维护工作繁琐,后期运营成本高,由此,本发明提出一种洗车污水处理装置。
本发明从洗车市场现实困境及洗车污水特点出发,分析市场需求及其水质问题根源,从而优化并确定合理的净水流程及水处理工艺,并通过结构优化将各净化环节有机整合,在功能、空间及能耗上均实现了系统集成的目标,因本发明工作仅需供电即可,不需要投加任何药剂,亦无任何材料损耗,故可真正实现无人值守全自动运行,操作及维护简便,最终可通过物联网技术在云平台及移动终端上实现远程调控。
需要说明的是,本发明不仅可应用于洗车污水处理技术领域,还可以应用于洗衣污水、洗浴废水、地表水、生活污水、中水及工业回用水等行业的水处理净化及循环利用。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提出一种洗车污水处理装置,该洗车污水处理装置包括:回水泵1、三相分离器2、高压供气机4、氧源发生器5、以及综合净化器7,其中,所述综合净化器7包括外筒8、与所述外筒8同心设置的内筒9。
其中,所述回水泵1的输入端与外界集水池连接,所述回水泵1的输出端通过第一进水管与所述三相分离器2的输入端连接,所述三相分离器2的第一输出端通过排砂管与储污池连接,所述三相分离器2的第二输出端通过第一出水管与所述外筒8的输入端连接,所述外筒8的输入端还连接有第一放空管,所述内筒9通过反洗管与所述第一出水管连接,所述综合净化器7的顶部通过反冲洗排水管与所述第一进水管连接。
需要说明的是,所述回水泵1既可以选用潜污泵置于集水池内,也可以选用自吸泵或隔膜泵置于设备内。
其中,所述外筒8内为催化氧化区域,所述内筒9内为精密过滤区。所述催化氧化区设置有复合活性炭填料,所述精密过滤区设置有纤维滤料或精密过滤芯。可以理解的是,所述催化氧化区所置填料不限定于活性炭,也包括其它具有强吸附性的物质。
所述精密过滤区所采用滤料形式可以是纤维滤料,也可以是精密过滤芯,其中纤维滤料可以是纤维束,也可以是纤维球,材质可以是涤纶、丙纶、腈纶或其它改性纤维。
进一步的,本发明洗车污水处理装置还包括调节池3和压力泵6,其中,所述三相分离器2的第二输出端通过第一出水管与所述调节池3的输入端连接,所述调节池3还与所述压力泵6连接,所述氧源发生器5分别与所述高压供气机4、压力泵6连接,所述压力泵6的输出端通过第二进水管与所述外筒8的输入端连接;所述内筒9通过反洗管与所述第二进水管连接。
进一步的,所述高压供气机4还通过第一气管与所述内筒9的进气口连接,通过第二气管与所述外筒8的进气口连接,所述氧源发生器5还通过第三气管与内筒9的进气口连接。
更进一步的,所述调节池3的顶部设置有溢污槽10,所述溢污槽10通过排污管与所述储污池连接。
更进一步的,所述调节池3包括底部相贯通的浮离区11和缓冲区12,所述三相分离器2的第二输出端通过所述第一出水管与所述浮离区11的输入端连接,所述浮离区11的输出端连接有第二放空管,所述缓冲区12与所述压力泵6的输入端连接。
更进一步的,所述缓冲区12的上部设置有与所述压力泵6连接的液位传感器13,所述浮离区11的底部设置有微纳米曝气盘14。
更进一步的,所述内筒9的出水端还连接有第二出水管和第三放空管,所述第二出水管与外界清水池连接。
更进一步的,所述排砂管上设置有第一气动阀15、所述第二进水管上设置有第一电磁阀16、所述第一放空管上设置有第二气动阀17、所述反冲洗排水管上设置有第二电磁阀18、所述第一气管上设置有第三电磁阀19、所述第二气管上设置有第四电磁阀20、所述第二放空管上设置有第三气动阀21、所述第二出水管上设置有第五电磁阀22、所述第三放空管上设置有第四气动阀23,所述反洗管上设置有第六电磁阀24,所述第三气管上设置有第七电磁阀25。
以下结合图1对本发明洗车污水处理装置的工作流程做进一步的详细阐述。
通过回水泵1将集水池内洗车水抽至三相分离器2,依靠离心力将大颗粒泥沙等悬浮物、油污及水初步分离,油污被实时分离排放,泥沙等大颗粒悬浮在三相分离器2底部积蓄后通过排砂管的第一气动阀15定时开阀排放掉,而出水则进入后续调节池3,该池分为浮离区11及缓冲区12,在浮离区11利用微米级气泡将残留于水中的悬浮油滴彻底浮选分离,同时也能对水中表面活性剂起到起泡浮选分离的功效,其浮选分离的污染物经溢污槽10实时排放,而经其净化后的水进入缓冲区12。当缓冲区12水位达到高水位时,在液位传感器13感应信号控制下,压力泵6自动开启,将缓冲区12水加压并与强氧化剂(臭氧)经射流混合后输送至综合净化器7,强氧化剂由氧源发生器5实时生成,其气源来自高压供气机4。其中,该强氧化剂不限定于臭氧,也包括其它具有强氧化性的气态及液态物质。氧化剂与原水有效反应时间为5-20min,氧化剂浓度为3-10mg/L。
综合净化器7为优化的同心双筒结构,外筒8为催化氧化区,内筒9为精密过滤区。水首先从外筒8底部进入催化氧化区,该区布设有强吸附性的复合活性炭填料,在此区域首先填料自身能起到粗滤功能;其次复合活性炭能高效吸附水体中胶体、溶解性污染物、表面活性剂等各种污染物,从而去除色度;再次,臭氧等强氧化剂也能随之被活性炭吸附,从而与各污染物一并浓缩富集而提高臭氧氧化污染物的反应效率,而且活性炭能催化臭氧降解为更多的自由基,从而实现更强氧化性的污染物降解及杀菌消毒功效。
对于强吸附剂活性炭自身,其拦截并吸附的无机颗粒物能通过反冲洗实现清洗,被吸附的有机污染物能同时被臭氧及自由基氧化分解而自动实现活性炭实时再生,在此过程中活性炭作为催化剂不仅无材料上的损耗,也解决了活性炭饱和失效的难题。
在催化氧化区,因臭氧氧化污染物后分解为大量氧气,故反应区末端填料区表面会附着大量好氧微生物,并形成生物粘膜,可实现生物絮凝功效,使得该区流出水中的微小悬浮物发生混凝反应以形成大块絮凝体,从而在后续精密过滤区得以最终过滤净化,精密过滤区采用粒径10-30微米的纤维束过滤,不仅具有高过滤精度的无级变隙理想滤层,而且不惧油污,过滤速度快,截污容量大,运行能耗低。
综合净化器7在正常净化运行中,第二进水管上第一电磁阀16及第二出水管上第五电磁阀22自动打开,而反洗管上第六电磁阀24及反冲洗排水管上第二电磁阀18自动关闭;当综合净化器7罐内压力差过大时,自动分别对催化氧化区的复合活性炭填料及精密过滤区内纤维滤料进行气水联合反冲洗,此时氧源发生器5及第二进水管的第一电磁阀16、第二出水管的第五电磁阀22、第三气管上的第七电磁阀自动关闭,而反洗管上第六电磁阀24、第一气管上的第三电磁阀19及第二气管上的第四电磁阀20自动打开。反冲洗所需水来自调节水池内存水,不需外接自来水;反冲洗所需气源也来自高压供气机4,反冲洗排水接至三相分离器2进水端(输入端),从而实现固液二次分离及回用,大大减少反冲洗排水损耗量。
当系统长期运行时,调节池3底及综合反应器底部沉积一定量污物,此时开启第二放空管的第三气动阀21将沉积污物排放掉,在设备移动时也须先放空水池及罐体内蓄水。
高压供气机4同时为氧源发生器5、综合净化器7反冲洗、污染物浮选分离及各气动阀供气,通过设定气压值后能稳定保持相应气压及供气需求。
当出水水质发生变化时,可以通过感应器自动调节各水泵流量、压力及氧源发生器5发生功率参数等措施来改善水质净化效果,故能达到无人值守效果,并最终可通过物联网技术在云平台及移动终端上实现远程调控。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明洗车污水处理装置通过上述技术方案,取得了以下技术效果:
1、流程优化,适用性强;
2、系统集成,结构紧凑;
3、净水高效,效果稳定;
4、投资低费,运营低耗(吨水电耗约1度);
5、操控简便,无人值守。

1.一种洗车污水处理装置,其特征在于,包括:回水泵、三相分离器、高压供气机、氧源发生器以及综合净化器,其中,所述综合净化器包括外筒、与所述外筒同心设置的内筒,所述外筒为催化氧化区,所述外筒内设置有复合活性炭填料,所述内筒为精密过滤区,所述内筒内设置有纤维滤料或精密过滤芯;
所述回水泵的输入端与外界集水池连接,所述回水泵的输出端通过第一进水管与所述三相分离器的输入端连接,所述三相分离器的第一输出端通过排砂管与储污池连接,所述三相分离器依靠离心力将大颗粒悬浮物、油污及水初步分离,所述洗车污水处理装置还包括调节池和压力泵,其中,所述三相分离器的第二输出端通过第一出水管与所述调节池的输入端连接,所述调节池还与所述压力泵连接,所述氧源发生器分别与所述高压供气机、压力泵连接,所述压力泵的输出端通过第二进水管与所述外筒的输入端连接;所述内筒通过反洗管与所述第二进水管连接;所述外筒的输入端还连接有第一放空管,所述综合净化器的顶部通过反冲洗排水管与所述第一进水管连接;
所述调节池包括底部相贯通的浮离区和缓冲区,所述三相分离器的第二输出端通过所述第一出水管与所述浮离区的输入端连接,所述浮离区的输出端连接有第二放空管,所述缓冲区与所述压力泵的输入端连接;
所述缓冲区的上部设置有与所述压力泵连接的液位传感器,所述浮离区的底部设置有微纳米曝气盘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗车污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述高压供气机还通过第一气管与所述内筒的进气口连接,通过第二气管与所述外筒的进气口连接,所述氧源发生器还通过第三气管与内筒的进气口连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的洗车污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述调节池的顶部设置有溢污槽,所述溢污槽通过排污管与所述储污池连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗车污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述内筒的出水端还连接有第二出水管和第三放空管,所述第二出水管与外界清水池连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的洗车污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述排砂管上设置有第一气动阀、所述第二进水管上设置有第一电磁阀、所述第一放空管上设置有第二气动阀、所述反冲洗排水管上设置有第二电磁阀、所述第一气管上设置有第三电磁阀、所述第二气管上设置有第四电磁阀、所述第二放空管上设置有第三气动阀、所述第二出水管上设置有第五电磁阀、所述第三放空管上设置有第四气动阀,所述反洗管上设置有第六电磁阀,所述第三气管上设置有第七电磁阀。
