Abstract

一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方,浆液包括不饱和树脂乳液、工业用纯水、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乙酯、乙酸、三聚磷酸钠和柔软剂VS,浆液由下列重量份的成分组成:3‑6份不饱和树脂乳液,85‑92份工业用水,5‑9份聚乙烯醇、1‑3份丙烯酸乙酯、7‑10份乙酸、5‑8份三聚磷酸钠和1‑2份柔软剂VS。本发明的目的是提高玻璃纤维布自身的强度及浸渍性,使玻璃纤维布强度有所提高,并利用该配方浸渍PTFE时能有更佳的浸渍效果,使浸渍出来的PTFE固化片抗静电、强度、韧性,耐折耐剪切性能大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻纤布涂层的配方技术领域,具体涉及一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方。
背景技术
在纺织过程中,织物成品的质量,取决于经纱织轴的质量,将经纱通过上浆而制作成高质量的经纱织轴,涉及浆液主原料、浆液粘度、浆液浓度、浆液温度、压浆压力等诸多技术因素,以及诸多技术因素之间的相互影响;这些诸多技术因素及其相互影响,对经纱的浆液被覆厚度、浆液渗透深度、脆断承受能力、弹性强弱状况等均至关重要。如:浆液的粘度高则不利于渗透而粘度低则不利于被覆,浆液的浓度高则粘度高而浓度低则粘度低,浆液的温度高则粘度低而温度低则粘度高,粘度高则要求压浆的压力高才能帮助渗透、否则将导致渗透不足,经纱速度受粘度、浓度、温度、压力各因素制约,总之,各技术因素相互之间存在着紧密而有机的关联,只要其中的一个因素发生变化,必定带动整体发生相应变化。所以说,有效地控制经纱上浆的各项技术指标,是获得高质量经纱织轴、保证织物成品质量的关键。多年来,在业内广大技术人员的共同努力下,对于经纱上浆的各项技术指标。
传统的玻纤布上浆工艺,一般使用石蜡、淀粉。使用石蜡和淀粉类的上浆剂,其纱束的集束性差织造过程中容易产生破丝毛羽,且石蜡的表面张力低在浸渍PTFE时玻纤和树脂的结合性差大大降低了固化胶片的强度及韧性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在的不足,一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方,浆液包括不饱和树脂乳液、工业用纯水、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乙酯、乙酸、三聚磷酸钠和柔软剂VS,浆液由下列重量份的成分组成:3-6份不饱和树脂乳液,85-92份工业用水,5-9份聚乙烯醇、1-3份丙烯酸乙酯、7-10份乙酸、5-8份三聚磷酸钠和1-2份柔软剂VS。
一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1.先置备85-92份工业用纯水,加热至85℃;
2.依据常规方法加入5-9份聚乙烯醇、1-3份丙烯酸乙酯、7-10份乙酸、5-8份三聚磷酸钠和1-2份柔软剂VS进行搅拌,以上成分分别添加;
3.均匀搅拌20min,确认搅拌完全均匀;
4.加入指定的3-6份不饱和树脂乳液,均匀搅拌20%;
5.将上述浆液降温至50℃,注意温度不得低于45℃使用;
6.上浆烘箱温度145℃,锡林130℃,速度80m/min即可。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的目的是提高玻璃纤维布自身的强度及浸渍性,使玻璃纤维布强度有所提高,并利用该配方浸渍PTFE时能有更佳的浸渍效果,使浸渍出来的PTFE固化片抗静电、强度、韧性,耐折耐剪切性能大大提高。通过浆液浸制的玻纤经织轴不仅在织造过程中有良好的纱序、不易起毛断纱之效果,而且在浸渍树脂后其浸渍效果、强度、韧性、抗静电性都有显著提高,且色泽鲜艳透明,且综合性能都有显著提高。
具体实施方式
实施例1:对本发明作进一步说明: 一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方,浆液包括不饱和树脂乳液、工业用纯水、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乙酯、乙酸、三聚磷酸钠和柔软剂VS,浆液由下列重量份的成分组成:3-6份不饱和树脂乳液,85-92份工业用水,5-9份聚乙烯醇、1-3份丙烯酸乙酯、7-10份乙酸、5-8份三聚磷酸钠和1-2份柔软剂VS。

1.先置备85-92份工业用纯水,加热至85℃;

实施例2:浆液包括5份不饱和树脂乳液,90份工业用水,8份聚乙烯醇、1丙烯酸乙酯、8份乙酸、5份三聚磷酸钠和1份柔软剂VS。

1.先置备90份工业用纯水,加热至85℃;
2.依据常规方法加入8份聚乙烯醇、1份丙烯酸乙酯、8份乙酸、5份三聚磷酸钠和1份柔软剂VS进行搅拌,以上成分分别添加;
3.均匀搅拌20min,确认搅拌完全均匀;
4.加入指定的5份不饱和树脂乳液,均匀搅拌20%;
5.将上述浆液降温至50℃,注意温度不得低于45℃使用;
6.上浆烘箱温度145℃,锡林130℃,速度80m/min即可,得到结论如下
不饱和树脂乳液配入浆料配方中,经过多次试验验证,在一定浓度配比下经过充分均匀搅拌,依据一定速度、压浆压力、温度的工艺条件,生产出的玻纤经织轴不仅在织造过程中有良好的纱序、不易起毛断纱之效果,而且在浸渍树脂后其浸渍效果、强度、韧性、抗静电性都有显著提高,且色泽鲜艳透明,且综合性能都有显著提高。

1.一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方,其特征在于:浆液包括不饱和树脂乳液、工业用纯水、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸乙酯、乙酸、三聚磷酸钠和柔软剂VS,浆液由下列重量份的成分组成:3-6份不饱和树脂乳液,85-92份工业用水,5-9份聚乙烯醇、1-3份丙烯酸乙酯、7-10份乙酸、5-8份三聚磷酸钠和1-2份柔软剂VS。
2.一种用于提高玻纤布PTFE浸渍效果和强度的上浆配方的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1.先置备85-92份工业用纯水,加热至85℃;
2.依据常规方法加入5-9份聚乙烯醇、1-3份丙烯酸乙酯、7-10份乙酸、5-8份三聚磷酸钠和1-2份柔软剂VS进行搅拌,以上成分分别添加;
