背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,其成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化硼、氧化镁和氧化钠等,它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺,最后形成各类产品。玻璃纤维单丝的直径从几个微米到二十几个微米,相当于一根头发丝的1/20~1/5,每束纤维原丝都有数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。
玻璃纤维是非常好的金属替代材料,在建筑、船舶、化工管道、汽车、航空、风力发电等领域有着广阔的应用前景,并且其应用领域仍在不断拓展,全球市场空间巨大。玻璃纤维具有绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好和机械强度高等诸多优点。但是,玻璃纤维制品同玻璃一样,性脆,容易断裂;而且,耐磨性差,长时间使用容易导致其损坏,一旦有尖锐物品在其表面刮划,会造成无法修复的磨损。另外,玻璃纤维材料还有一个致命缺点,其不防水,雨天吸水后,自重增加,而且短期内水分难以挥发,潮湿的部分容易造成腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有较高硬度、防水性能佳的高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种高耐磨玻璃纤维布的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)玻璃纤维单丝平织,得到基础玻纤布;
(2)将基础玻纤布置于浆料中浸渍2~3小时,所述浆料是由以下重量份的组分制成的:合成树脂乳液5份,超细云母粉0.1~0.2份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3~0.5份,聚乙二醇2~3份,瓜尔胶0.6~0.8份,羧甲基淀粉钠0.01~0.02份,空心玻璃微珠4~6份,水100份;
(3)挤压出基础玻纤布上的多余浆料,排除气泡,得到预成型玻纤布;
(4)以玻璃纤维单丝经平行集束得到原丝,将原丝切割成60~70mm长,并将其随机均匀铺设于预成型玻纤布上,接着涂覆粘结剂,加热固化,得到基材;
(5)在基材的两侧均匀涂覆步骤(2)中的浆料,然后将其进行紫外固化,即得高耐磨玻璃纤维布。本发明在涂覆于基础玻纤布表面的浆料配方中增加了空心玻璃微珠,使制成的玻纤布产品表面均匀涂覆一层含有空心玻璃微珠的涂层,产品的防水性能增强。
作为优选,步骤(1)中,玻璃纤维单丝的平织密度为50~80目/厘米。
作为优选,步骤(2)中所述浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌12~24小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、聚乙二醇和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的合成树脂乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得。

本发明所使用的浆料中加入了超细云母粉,其也可以提高孔隙率,有助于提高高耐磨玻璃纤维布的层间剪切性能、抗冲击性能和疲劳寿命等。浆料中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯可提高高耐磨玻璃纤维布的防水性,聚乙二醇、瓜尔胶和羧甲基淀粉钠三者可协同提高浆料的粘结性,增强玻璃纤维与合成树脂接触面或点的结合性。
本发明可以根据不同领域的不同需求,根据不同合成树脂的不同特点,进行合成树脂的选择,比如:聚四氟乙烯,具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、不沾、自润滑、优良的介电性能、很低的摩擦系数等优点;聚氯乙烯,阻燃、耐化学药品性高、机械强度及电绝缘性良好等优点;硅橡胶,具有耐高温和低温、电绝缘性良好、耐氧抗老化性、耐光抗老化性以及防霉性、化学稳定性等优点;丙烯酸,具有优异的耐光性及户外老化性能。经测试,本发明的高耐磨玻璃纤维布具有较高硬度,反映了其耐磨性好。弯曲度和抗冲击强度理想,具有较好的机械强度;拒水性能分值高,说明具有良好的防水性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,应该说明的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
聚四氟乙烯乳液,购自上海亚杜润滑材料股份有限公司;
聚氯乙烯乳液,广州市新易化工有限公司;
硅橡胶乳液,购自江西百顺化工有限公司;
丙烯酸树脂,购自山东鑫莱娜化工有限公司。
实施例1:
一种高耐磨玻璃纤维布的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)玻璃纤维单丝平织(密度为50目/厘米),得到基础玻纤布;
(2)将基础玻纤布置于浆料中浸渍2小时,浆料是由以下组分制成的:聚四氟乙烯乳液5kg,超细云母粉0.1kg,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3kg,PEG2000 2kg,瓜尔胶0.6kg,羧甲基淀粉钠0.01kg,空心玻璃微珠4kg,水100kg;空心玻璃微珠的粒径为15-50微米范围内;
浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌12小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、PEG2000和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的聚四氟乙烯乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得;
(3)挤压出基础玻纤布上的多余浆料,排除气泡,得到预成型玻纤布;
(4)以200根玻璃纤维单丝经平行集束得到原丝,将原丝切割成60mm长,并将其随机均匀铺设于预成型玻纤布上,接着涂覆粘结剂,加热固化,得到基材;
粘结剂是由以下组分制成的:甲基丙烯酸甲酯2.5kg,烷基苯聚醚磺酸钠1.1kg,过硫酸铵0.1kg,碳酸氢钠0.2kg,水100kg;具体使用方法是:将碳酸氢钠溶于1/10配方量的水中,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌,加入过硫酸铵,在60℃搅拌1小时形成预聚体,加入剩余的水,搅拌混合均匀得到乳液,然后将该乳液均匀涂覆,之后用烘筒进行烘干,经聚合、交联和糊化反应,生成高分子材料,并牢牢吸附于所得基材的孔隙中;
(5)在基材的两侧均匀涂覆步骤(2)中的浆料,然后将其进行紫外固化2小时,即得高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
一种利用上述的制备方法得到的高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
实施例2:
一种高耐磨玻璃纤维布的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)玻璃纤维单丝平织(密度为80目/厘米),得到基础玻纤布;
(2)将基础玻纤布置于浆料中浸渍3小时,浆料是由以下组分制成的:聚氯乙烯乳液5kg,超细云母粉0.1~0.2kg,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3~0.5kg,PEG4000 3kg,瓜尔胶0.8kg,羧甲基淀粉钠0.02kg,空心玻璃微珠6kg,水100kg;空心玻璃微珠的粒径为15-50微米范围内;
浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌24小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、PEG4000和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的聚氯乙烯乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得;
(3)挤压出基础玻纤布上的多余浆料,排除气泡,得到预成型玻纤布;
(4)以500根玻璃纤维单丝经平行集束得到原丝,将原丝切割成70mm长,并将其随机均匀铺设于预成型玻纤布上,接着涂覆粘结剂,加热固化,得到基材;

(5)在基材的两侧均匀涂覆步骤(2)中的浆料,然后将其进行紫外固化3小时,即得高耐磨玻璃纤维布。

实施例3:
一种高耐磨玻璃纤维布的制备方法,步骤如下:

浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌24小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、PEG2000和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的硅橡胶乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得;
(3)挤压出基础玻纤布上的多余浆料,排除气泡,得到预成型玻纤布;

浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌12小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、PEG4000和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的丙烯酸树脂乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得;

(5)在基材的两侧均匀涂覆步骤(2)中的浆料,然后将其进行紫外固化2小时,即得高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
一种利用上述的制备方法得到的高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
试验例
分别根据GB/T 8805-1988、GB 1697-82、GB/T6739-2006和JIS L1092-2009中的方法对实施例1~4高耐磨玻璃纤维布进行弯曲度、抗冲击强度、硬度和拒水性能进行测试,结果见表1。
表1.高耐磨玻璃纤维布的机械性能、耐磨性和防水性测试
表1中,H表示硬度,H数越多意味着硬度越大,颜色越浅。由硬度测试结果可以看出,本发明的高耐磨玻璃纤维布具有较高硬度,反映了其耐磨性好。实施例1~4的弯曲度和抗冲击强度理想,具有较好的机械强度;拒水性能分值高,说明具有良好的防水性。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (10)

1.一种高耐磨玻璃纤维布的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)玻璃纤维单丝平织,得到基础玻纤布;
(2)将基础玻纤布置于浆料中浸渍2~3小时,所述浆料是由以下重量份的组分制成的:合成树脂乳液5份,超细云母粉0.1~0.2份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.3~0.5份,聚乙二醇2~3份,瓜尔胶0.6~0.8份,羧甲基淀粉钠0.01~0.02份,空心玻璃微珠4~6份,水100份;空心玻璃微珠的粒径为15-50微米;
(3)挤压出基础玻纤布上的多余浆料,排除气泡,得到预成型玻纤布;
(4)以玻璃纤维单丝经平行集束得到原丝,将原丝切割成60~70mm长,并将其随机均匀铺设于预成型玻纤布上,接着涂覆粘结剂,加热固化,得到基材;
(5)在基材的两侧均匀涂覆步骤(2)中的浆料,然后将其进行紫外固化,即得高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,玻璃纤维单丝的平织密度为50~80目/厘米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述浆料的配制方法是:边搅拌边将配方量的羧甲基淀粉钠加入水中,搅拌12~24小时,继续加入配方量的瓜尔胶、聚乙二醇和超细云母粉,搅拌均匀后再加入配方量的合成树脂乳液、空心玻璃微珠和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的聚乙二醇为PEG2000或PEG4000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的合成树脂为聚四氟乙烯、聚氯乙烯、硅橡胶或丙烯酸树脂中的任一中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的原丝是以200~500根玻璃纤维单丝经平行集束而得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中的粘结剂是由以下重量份的组分制成的:甲基丙烯酸甲酯2.5份,烷基苯聚醚磺酸钠1.1份,过硫酸铵0.1份,碳酸氢钠0.2份,水100份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粘结剂的具体使用方法是:将碳酸氢钠溶于1/10配方量的水中,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,搅拌,加入过硫酸铵,在60~70℃搅拌1小时形成预聚体,加入剩余的水,搅拌混合均匀得到乳液,然后将该乳液均匀涂覆,之后用烘筒进行烘干,经聚合、交联和糊化反应,生成高分子材料,并牢牢吸附于所得基材的孔隙中。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中紫外固化的处理时间为2~3小时。
10.一种利用权利要求1~9中任一项所述的制备方法得到的高耐磨玻璃纤维布。
