Abstract
本发明提供一种包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,在包装袋制作过程,仅须打开该密封薄膜,并将该封口薄膜的表面贴合在该包装袋内部的纸面上,通过该纸面上对应该阀室进行打孔,形成贯穿该封口薄膜出气孔,造成该阀室可经由该出气孔与外界相通;如此,该包装袋封口完成干燥食品的包装时,该包装袋内部对干燥食品包装所存在的空隙,通过该包装袋外部的挤压,穿过保鲜剂及通孔,从包装袋的出气孔挤压排出外界外,包装袋中未被挤压排出所残留下来的空气,凭借填充室内保鲜剂可通过透气薄膜往包装袋的袋体内部,对包装袋中残留的空气产生除湿或脱氧作用,能够减少或避免残留空气对干燥食品造成变质影响,有效增延干燥食品在包装袋中包装的保存期限。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥食品在包装袋中包装,能增延保存期限的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构。
背景技术
人们对物品的保鲜要求越来越高,一般除以冷冻、冷藏方式抑制细菌滋长外,若可将空气、湿气隔离,也是避免食物受潮变质的方式之一;然传统的包装袋用于干燥食品包装,包装袋一开封便无任何可再封合的构造,至多在于袋口设有夹链,供暂时封闭袋口,避免食品落出或可防止蟑螂或其他虫类进入袋内污染食物,但由于袋中仍存有大量的空气,因此袋中的食品(如咖啡、茶叶等)仍容易受潮变质;现有如中国台湾地区公告第M564875号「包装袋之阻气阀」新型专利案,是在包装袋上设若干出气孔,将一阻气阀贴合固设在包装袋内侧的出气孔对应处;通过阻气阀的容室内容置一被若干挡块挡止限位的膜片对容室底面的若干气孔贴附(阻气),包装袋受挤压,空气由气孔上推膜片,再经出气孔的排气,凭借袋内外形成压力差,使膜片吸附贴盖在气孔来防止外界空气及湿气进入包装袋;虽然上述现有阻气阀,能以包装袋挤压方式将袋内空气排出外界,同时可以阻止外界空气进入袋内,减少空气或湿气对食品造成氧化变质影响,唯,单靠包装袋的袋体挤压方式,仅能将袋内包装空隙处的大部份空气排出外界,袋内或多或少必定会残留下少许空气,这些少许空气,仍然对食品的变质或新鲜度造成影响,甚至难以掌握或预期食品的安全保存期限。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是在提供一种包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,解决现有技术存在的上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,是一排气阀,其特征是包括有一阀体,一阀片及一份保鲜剂;
该阀体,以一隔板将内部空间间隔形成一阀室及一填充室;该隔板上设有一个以上通孔,使该阀室与该填充室之间经由该通孔相通;
该阀片,组装在该阀室内,且该阀室的开口端外周缘径向外凸有一贴合边框,该贴合边框的表面上设有一封口薄膜,该封口薄膜将该阀片限制在该阀室内;
该份保鲜剂,装填在该填充室内,该填充室的入口端设有一透气薄膜,且该透气薄膜的外表面端设有一密封薄膜;
平时,该排气阀的填充室内所装填的该份保鲜剂由该封口薄膜及该密封薄膜的密封,而阻止外界空气或湿气进入填充室,令该份保鲜剂的有效成份得以长时保存;当干燥食品欲采用具有该排气阀的包装袋进行包装时,该包装袋制作过程,仅须打开该密封薄膜,并将该封口薄膜的表面贴合在该包装袋内部的纸面上,通过该纸面上对应该阀室进行打孔,形成贯穿该封口薄膜出气孔,造成该阀室能够经由该出气孔与外界相通。
所述的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其中,该阀体内的隔板一端表面上贴设有一过滤薄膜,且该过滤薄膜覆盖在该通孔的一端孔口位置上,凭借该过滤薄膜对该填充室内的保鲜剂形成外漏挡止,使阀室内避免有保鲜剂粉粒进入,确保阀片单向关闭通孔的动作正常,长时发挥良好排气逆止效果。
所述的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其中,该阀体的填充室入口端设一阶级口部,该阶级口部上由内而外依序贴设该透气薄膜及该密封薄膜,使该透气薄膜与该密封薄膜之间形成有一空隙;凭借穿针在该密封薄膜上穿刺时,针头仅会进入该空隙而不会伤及透气薄膜造成破损,使填充室内保鲜剂,能由密封薄膜上刺孔形成通气孔,简易完成与包装袋内部互通的打开动作。
所述的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其中,该填充室的入口端位置的该透气薄膜的外表面端上粘贴可离型的该密封薄膜,凭借该密封薄膜能够从透气薄膜的外表面端上单独撕起拆除,使填充室内保鲜剂,仅须由入口端上撕开去除密封薄膜,即可简单完成与包装袋内部互通的打开动作。
如此,该包装袋封口完成干燥食品的包装时,该包装袋内部对干燥食品包装所存在的空隙,通过该包装袋外部的挤压,除能利用该阀体的阀室内阀片在该通孔位置作外移离开与回位关闭动作,单向造成空隙中空气,穿过保鲜剂及通孔,从包装袋的出气孔挤压排出外界外,包装袋中未被挤压排出所残留下来的空气,凭借填充室内保鲜剂可通过透气薄膜往包装袋的袋体内部,对包装袋中残留的空气产生除湿或脱氧作用,能够减少或避免残留空气对干燥食品造成变质影响,有效增延干燥食品在包装袋中包装的保存期限。

具体实施方式
本发明为达上述目的,特举较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下:
一种包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,如图1、图2、图3,是一排气阀10,包括有一阀体20,一阀片30及一份保鲜剂40;该阀体20,以一隔板21将内部空间间隔形成一阀室22及一填充室23;该隔板21上设有一个以上通孔24,使该阀室 22与该填充室23之间经由该通孔24相通;该阀片30,组装在该阀室22内,且该阀室22的开口端外周缘,径向外凸有一贴合边框25,该贴合边框25的表面上,并设有一封口薄膜26,将该阀片30限制在该阀室22内;该份保鲜剂40(可以是干燥剂或脱氧剂),装填在该填充室23内,该填充室23的入口端,设有一透气薄膜27,将该份保鲜剂40也装在该填充室23内,且该透气薄膜27 的外表面端,并设有一密封薄膜28;如图3,平时(用于保鲜袋前),该排气阀10的阀体20填充室23内所装填的该份保鲜剂40,是由该封口薄膜26及该密封薄膜28的阀体20内部密封,阻止外界空气或湿气进入填充室23,令该份保鲜剂40的有效成份得以长时保存备用;当干燥食品(图未示)欲采用具有该排气阀10的包装袋进行包装时,该包装袋制作过程,如图4、5,仅须打开该密封薄膜28(例如打孔打开填充室23),并将该封口薄膜26的表面贴合在该包装袋50内部的纸面上,通过该纸面上对应该阀室22进行打孔,形成贯穿该封口薄膜26出气孔51,造成该阀室22可经由该出气孔51与外界相通;如此,该包装袋50封口(袋口封闭)完成干燥食品的包装时,该包装袋50内部对干燥食品包装所存在的空隙,通过该包装袋50外部的挤压,除能利用该阀体20的阀室22内阀片30在该通孔24位置作外移离开与回位关闭动作,单向造成(包装)空隙中空气,穿过保鲜剂40(注:保鲜剂40一般以粉粒样态呈现,因此,允许空气通过)及通孔24,从包装袋50的出气孔51挤压排出外界外,包装袋 50中未被挤压排出(外界)所残留下来的空气,在阀片30关闭通孔24的状态下,如图6,凭借填充室23内保鲜剂40可通过透气薄膜27往包装袋50的袋体内部,对包装袋50中残留的空气产生除湿或脱氧作用,能够减少或避免残留空气对干燥食品造成变质影响,有效增延干燥食品在包装袋50中包装的保存期限。
根据上述实施例,其中,如图1、图3,该阀体20内的隔板21一端表面上,贴设有一过滤薄膜29,且该过滤薄膜29并覆盖在该通孔24的一端孔口位置上,凭借该过滤薄膜29对该填充室23内的保鲜剂40形成外漏挡止,如图5,使阀室22内避免排气过程中,有保鲜剂40粉粒(剂)外漏进入,如图6,确保非排气状态时阀片30单向关闭通孔24的动作正常(不受阻扰),长时发挥良好排气逆止效果。
根据上述实施例,其中,如图1、图2、图3,该阀体20的填充室23入口端,设一阶级口部230,该阶级口部230上,由内而外,依序贴设该透气薄膜 27及该密封薄膜28,使该透气薄膜27与该密封薄膜28之间形成有一空隙231;凭借穿针(图未示)在该密封薄膜28上穿刺时,针头仅会进入该空隙231而不会伤及透气薄膜27造成破损,如图4、5,使填充室23内保鲜剂40,能由密封薄膜28上刺孔形成通气孔280,简易完成保鲜剂40与包装袋50内部(干燥食品)互通的填充室23打开动作。
根据上述实施例,其中,如图1、图2、图3,该填充室23的入口端,在该透气薄膜27的外表面端上粘贴可撕开离型的该密封薄膜28,凭借该密封薄膜 28可从透气薄膜27的外表面端上单独撕起拆除,如图3、7,使填充室23内保鲜剂40,仅须由入口端上撕开去除密封薄膜28,即可简单完成保鲜剂40与包装袋50内部(干燥食品)互通的填充室23打开动作。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其特征是包括有一阀体,一阀片及一份保鲜剂;
该阀体,以一隔板将内部空间间隔形成一阀室及一填充室;该隔板上设有一个以上通孔,使该阀室与该填充室之间经由该通孔相通;
该阀片,组装在该阀室内,且该阀室的开口端外周缘径向外凸有一贴合边框,该贴合边框的表面上设有一封口薄膜,该封口薄膜将该阀片限制在该阀室内;
该份保鲜剂,装填在该填充室内,该填充室的入口端设有一阶级口部,该阶级口部上由内而外依序贴设一透气薄膜及一密封薄膜,使该透气薄膜与该密封薄膜之间形成有一空隙;
平时,该排气阀的填充室内所装填的该份保鲜剂由该封口薄膜及该密封薄膜的密封,而阻止外界空气或湿气进入填充室,令该份保鲜剂的有效成份得以长时保存;当干燥食品欲采用具有该排气阀的包装袋进行包装时,该包装袋制作过程,仅须打开该密封薄膜,并将该封口薄膜的表面贴合在该包装袋内部的纸面上,通过该纸面上对应该阀室进行打孔,形成贯穿该封口薄膜出气孔,造成该阀室能够经由该出气孔与外界相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其特征在于,该阀体内的隔板一端表面上贴设有一过滤薄膜,且该过滤薄膜覆盖在该通孔的一端孔口位置上,凭借该过滤薄膜对该填充室内的保鲜剂形成外漏挡止。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包装袋保鲜排气阀结构,其特征在于,该填充室的入口端位置的该透气薄膜的外表面端上粘贴可离型的该密封薄膜,凭借该密封薄膜能够从透气薄膜的外表面端上单独撕起拆除。
