step S10, after the cooking machine detects that the food materials are added, acquiring the weight of the food materials corresponding to the food materials;
in this embodiment, the cooking machine includes a weighing module, and when it is detected that the food material is added, the weight of the food material can be determined. Specifically, when the food material is added, the cooking machine obtains the current total weight, and calculates a difference value between the current total weight and the total weight before the food material is added, where the difference value is the weight of the food material. For example, before cooking, oil, scallion, ginger, garlic and the like are added, meat is added, and the weighing module automatically calculates the weight of the meat.
It should be noted that, each time the weighing module is started, the weighing module is automatically reset, the user can also perform the reset operation through the key.
It should be noted that the cooking machine is associated with the recipe, and after the food materials are added, the cooking machine automatically obtains the weight of the food materials, so as to obtain the usage amount of the seasonings according to the weight of the food materials and the standard weight of the corresponding food materials in the recipe. It is understood that the food materials described herein may be staple food materials such as ribs in sweet and sour ribs, peppers in fried pepper meat, and meat.
Step S20, obtaining the amount of seasoning according to the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe;
in this embodiment, when the number of food materials in the recipe is one, a ratio between the weight of the food material and the standard weight of the food materials in the recipe, that is, a first weight ratio is calculated, a product between the first weight ratio and the standard usage amount of each seasoning is calculated, and a calculation result is the usage amount of the seasoning. The amount of seasoning can also be calculated by the difference between the weight of the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe. Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the difference and the amount of the seasoning is preset, for example, when the difference is 10g, the amount of the seasoning is increased or decreased by 10% correspondingly.
When the number of the food materials in the recipe is multiple, the weight of each food material is sequentially obtained, the total weight of the food materials is calculated, the sum of the standard weights of the food materials in the recipe is calculated, the ratio between the total weight of the food materials and the sum of the standard weights of the food materials in the recipe, namely a first weight ratio, the product of the first weight ratio and the standard amount of each seasoning is calculated, and the calculation result is the amount of the seasoning. The ratio of the weight of each food material, namely the second weight ratio, can be calculated, the ratio of the standard weight of each food material in the recipe, namely the standard weight ratio, can be calculated, and the amount of the seasoning can be determined according to the size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio. It should be noted that the corresponding relationship between the size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio and the amount of the seasoning is preset to determine the amount of the seasoning according to the size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio.
And step S30, outputting prompt information according to the dosage of the seasonings to prompt a user to add seasonings with corresponding dosage.
In this embodiment, the cooking machine may output the prompt information through voice or text.
In this embodiment, the cooking machine is associated with recipes, and different recipes correspond to different cooking curves. According to the cooking duration, determining a cooking time period in the cooking curve, and outputting prompt information corresponding to the cooking time period, wherein the prompt information can be prompt information related to food materials, seasonings or operations, such as: adding 500g of pork chop, 20g of salt, 600ml of water and the like.
Before the user starts the cooking function, food preparation information of the recipe selected by the user, such as 500g of pork chops, 200g of Chinese yams and the like, is output for the user to prepare food.
In the first embodiment, after the cooking machine detects that the food materials are added, the weight of the food materials corresponding to the food materials is obtained, the amount of the seasonings is determined according to the standard weight of the food materials in the recipe, and prompt information is output to prompt a user to add the seasonings with the corresponding amount. Therefore, the using amount of the seasoning is accurately controlled, and the cooking effect is improved.
In a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step of obtaining the amount of the seasoning according to the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food materials in the recipe includes:
step S21, acquiring the standard dosage of the seasonings in the recipe;
step S22, calculating a first weight ratio between the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe;
and step S23, calculating the dosage of the seasoning according to the first weight ratio and the standard dosage of the seasoning.
For example, in the process of cooking the sweet and sour spareribs, the standard weight of the pork chop in the recipe is 500g, while the weight of the pork chop used by the user is 400g, the first weight ratio is calculated to be 0.8, and the dosage of the white sugar, the vinegar and other seasonings is 80% of the standard dosage in the recipe.
In this embodiment, when the number of food materials in the recipe is multiple, the weight of each food material is sequentially obtained, the total weight of the food materials is calculated, the sum of the standard weights of each food material in the recipe is calculated, the ratio between the total weight of the food materials and the sum of the standard weights of each food material in the recipe, that is, the first weight ratio is calculated, the product of the first weight ratio and the standard usage amount of each seasoning is calculated, and the calculation result is the usage amount of the seasoning. For example, in the process of cooking the fried meat with green pepper, firstly, the meat is put into a cooking machine, the weight of the meat is 400g (the standard weight of the meat in the recipe is 500g), when the meat is eight minutes cooked, the green pepper is put into the meat and is turned over and fried, the weight of the green pepper is 100g (the standard weight of the green pepper in the recipe is 300g), then the first weight ratio is calculated to be 0.625, and then the using amount of the seasonings such as salt, soy sauce and the like is 62.5% of the standard using amount in the recipe.
In the second embodiment, a first weight ratio between the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe is calculated, and the amount of the seasoning is calculated according to the first weight ratio and the standard amount of the seasoning. Therefore, the using amount of the seasoning is accurately controlled, and the cooking effect is improved.
In a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, based on the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to 3, the step of calculating a first weight ratio between the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe further includes:
step S221, when the number of food materials in the recipe is multiple, sequentially acquiring the weight of each food material;
step S222, calculating the total weight of the food materials according to the weight, and taking the total weight as the weight of the food materials, wherein the standard weight is the sum of the standard weights of the food materials in the acquired recipe;
step S223 of calculating the first weight ratio between the weight of the food material and the standard weight.
It should be noted that some seasonings are put into the food earlier, and the amount of the seasonings is determined based on the total weight of the food materials. For example, in the process of cooking the fried meat of green pepper, when the meat is put into the cooking machine and the green pepper is not yet put into the cooking machine, the amount of the seasonings sequentially before the green pepper is added is determined according to the weight of the meat.
It should be noted that some seasonings only act on individual food materials, and the amount of the seasonings can be determined according to the amount of the food materials. For example, in the process of cooking green pepper fried meat, the cooking wine only plays a role in removing fishy smell of the meat, and the amount of the seasoning is determined according to the weight of the meat.
In the third embodiment, when the number of the food materials in the recipe is multiple, the weight of each food material is sequentially obtained, the ratio of the total weight of the food materials to the sum of the standard weights of the food materials in the recipe is calculated, and when the number of the food materials is multiple, the amount of the seasoning is determined according to the total weight of the food materials, so that the cooking effect is improved.
In a fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 4, after the obtaining of the standard amount of the seasoning in the recipe, the method further includes:
step S24, when the number of food materials in the recipe is multiple, calculating a second weight ratio among the weights of the food materials;
step S25, calculating the standard weight ratio among the standard weights of the food materials in the recipe;
and step S26, calculating the dosage of the seasoning according to the second weight ratio, the standard weight ratio and the standard dosage of the seasoning.
In this embodiment, when the number of food materials in the recipe is multiple, a ratio between the weights of the respective food materials, that is, a second weight ratio, is calculated, a ratio between the standard weights of the respective food materials in the recipe, that is, a standard weight ratio is calculated, and the amount of the seasoning is determined according to a size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio. Wherein the magnitude relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio can be a ratio between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio or a difference between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio. It should be noted that the corresponding relationship between the size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio and the amount of the seasoning is preset to determine the amount of the seasoning according to the size relationship between the second weight ratio and the standard weight ratio.
For example, in the process of cooking green pepper fried meat, firstly, the meat is put into a cooking machine, the weight of the meat is 400g (the standard weight of the meat in the recipe is 500g), when the meat is eight minutes cooked, the green pepper is put into the cooking machine to be stir-fried, the weight of the green pepper is 100g (the standard weight of the green pepper in the recipe is 300g), then, the second weight ratio is calculated to be 4, the standard weight ratio is 1.67, the difference value between the second weight and the standard weight is 2.33, the weight of the meat is more used relative to the recipe, the weight of the green pepper is less used, and then, the adjustment ratio of the seasonings aiming at the meat can be higher than the adjustment ratio of the seasonings aiming at the green pepper.
In the fourth embodiment, when the number of food materials in the recipe is plural, a second weight ratio between the weights of the respective food materials is calculated, a standard weight ratio between the standard weights of the respective food materials in the recipe is calculated, and the amount of seasoning is calculated from the second weight ratio, the standard weight ratio, and the standard amount of seasoning. Therefore, when the number of the food materials is multiple, the amount of the seasoning is determined according to the weight ratio of the food materials, and the cooking effect is improved.
In a fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 5, after the obtaining of the standard amount of the seasoning in the recipe, the method further includes:
step S27, acquiring a difference value between the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe;
and step S28, calculating the amount of the seasoning according to the difference value and the standard amount of the seasoning.
In this embodiment, the amount of the seasoning can be calculated by the difference between the weight of the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe. Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the difference and the amount of the seasoning is preset, for example, when the difference is 10g, the amount of the seasoning is increased or decreased by 10% correspondingly.
Specifically, when the number of food materials in the recipe is one, calculating a difference value between the weight of the food material and the standard weight of the food materials in the recipe, determining an adjustment ratio between the use amount of the seasoning and the standard use amount according to the difference value, calculating a product between the adjustment ratio and each standard use amount, and obtaining a calculation result, namely the use amount of the seasoning.
Specifically, when the number of food materials in the recipe is multiple, the weight of each food material is sequentially obtained, the total weight of the food materials is calculated, the sum of the standard weights of each food material in the recipe is calculated, the difference between the total weight of the food materials and the sum of the standard weights of each food material in the recipe is calculated, the adjustment ratio between the use amount of the seasoning and the standard use amount is determined according to the difference, the product between the adjustment ratio and each standard use amount is calculated, and the calculation result is the use amount of the seasoning.
In a fifth embodiment, a difference value between the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material and the standard weight of the food material in the recipe is obtained, and the amount of the seasoning is calculated according to the difference value and the standard amount of the seasoning. Therefore, the using amount of the seasoning is accurately controlled, and the cooking effect is improved.
In a sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, based on the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 6, after the cooking machine detects that a food material is added, the step of obtaining the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material includes:
step S11, after the cooking machine detects that food materials are added, acquiring the current total weight of the cooking machine;
step S12, calculating a difference between the current total weight of the cooking machine and the total weight of the food material before being added, and taking the difference as the weight of the food material.
In a sixth embodiment, after the cooking machine detects that the food material is added, the current total weight of the cooking machine is obtained, the difference between the current total weight of the cooking machine and the total weight before the food material is added is calculated, and the difference is used as the weight of the food material. Therefore, the weight of the food materials is accurately obtained, the using amount of the seasonings is accurately controlled, and the cooking effect is improved.
In a seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 2 to fig. 7, after the obtaining of the weight of the food material corresponding to the food material, the method further includes:
and step S40, acquiring a cooking curve of the cooking machine according to the weight of the food materials and the standard weight of the food materials in the recipe, so as to control the cooking machine to operate according to the cooking curve.
