Referring to fig. 2, a first embodiment of a method for controlling a cooking machine according to the present invention is a cooking machine, in which a temperature sensor is disposed in a pot, the cooking machine further includes a stirring device and a motor connected to the stirring device, and the method for controlling the cooking machine includes:
step S10, acquiring the operation parameters of the motor in real time or at regular time, wherein the operation parameters comprise at least one of motor current and motor rotating speed;
after the cooking machine starts to cook, the current cooking mode of the cooking machine may be obtained, the step S10 may not be performed when the cooking mode is a preset mode, and the step S10 may be performed when the operation mode is a preset mode, such as a heat preservation mode or a water boiling mode. Or, a selected recipe currently being cooked may be obtained, whether step S10 is performed is determined according to the selected recipe, and when the current recipe is not the preset recipe, step S10 is performed, and the preset recipe may be a soup recipe; alternatively, the weight of the water in the pot may be obtained, and when the weight of the water is less than the preset weight, the step S10 may be performed to avoid the pot being burnt.
And step S20, when the operation parameters meet the locked-rotor condition, reducing the bottom heating power of the cooking machine.
The reduction of the bottom heating power can be realized in various ways, for example, a plurality of gears of the bottom heating power are set, the bottom heating power is adjusted according to a preset gear, and the adjusted gear is lower than the gear before adjustment so as to realize the reduction of the bottom heating power; or setting an adjusting value, and reducing the bottom heating power according to the adjusting value; or the bottom heating power can be directly reduced to 0, namely, the heating is stopped, and prompt information can be output when the heating is stopped. When the operation parameter does not satisfy the locked-rotor condition, the step S10 may be continuously performed until the cooking is finished.
After the bottom heating power of the cooking machine is reduced, the operation parameters of the motor can be continuously obtained, the bottom heating power can be restored when the operation parameters of the motor do not meet the locked-rotor condition, and the restoration can be performed according to a bottom heating power curve in the cooking curve during the restoration, namely, the bottom heating power corresponding to the current cooking time duration is obtained according to the heating power curve.
It can be understood that there may be large fluctuation in the current or the rotation speed, and at this time, when the operation parameter satisfies the locked-rotor condition, the duration that the operation parameter satisfies the locked-rotor condition may be obtained, and when the duration is longer than the preset duration, the bottom heating power of the cooking machine may be reduced.
When the operation parameters meet the locked-rotor condition, the current bottom heating power can be compared with the preset bottom heating power, and when the current bottom heating power is smaller than or equal to the preset bottom power, the abnormal condition of the motor is indicated, and prompt information can be output at the moment.
It can be understood that the cooking machine can be provided with a plurality of heating modules, the bottom and the side of the pot are respectively heated, the heating power can be respectively controlled when the heating power is controlled, and the rotating speed of the motor can be improved for improving the heating efficiency when the heating power of the bottom is reduced. In other variant embodiments, the heating power at the bottom of the cooking machine is reduced, and the rotating speed of the motor can be increased for improving the pan pasting condition, so that the stirring of the stirring device is faster, the food materials with lower temperature at other parts are turned to the bottom of the pan, the contact time between the food materials and the bottom of the pan is reduced, and the pan pasting condition is effectively improved.
In this embodiment, the locked-rotor condition includes at least one of: the motor current is greater than a preset current threshold; the rotating speed of the motor is smaller than a preset rotating speed threshold value. After the step of obtaining the operating parameter of the motor in real time or at regular time, the method for controlling the cooking machine further comprises: acquiring current cooking time, and acquiring a target rotating speed according to the cooking time and a currently running cooking curve; and calculating a rotation speed threshold value according to a preset coefficient and the target rotation speed, and updating the preset rotation speed threshold value by using the rotation speed threshold value, wherein the preset coefficient can be a value less than 0.9, such as 0.8. The preset current threshold may be a preset multiple of the normal operating current of the motor, and the preset multiple may be set to be greater than 1.5 times, for example, may be set to be 1.5-2.5 times.
According to the control method of the cooking machine, in the cooking process of the cooking machine, the operation parameters of the motor are acquired in real time or at regular time, the operation parameters comprise at least one of motor current and motor rotating speed, when the operation parameters meet a locked-rotor condition, the cooking machine is indicated to be possibly burnt, at the moment, the bottom heating power of the cooking machine is reduced, the burnt state is effectively improved, the cooking machine is prevented from being damaged, and meanwhile, the cooking effect is improved.
