Abstract
本发明涉及一种旋塞阀,包括阀体,其内设有第一通道、第二通道和腔体;上阀盖和下阀盖,分别固定安装在阀体的上部和下部,上阀盖内设有安装腔和滑动孔,上阀盖的侧壁上还设有安装板;驱动轴,包括斜齿轮和导向轴,导向轴的侧壁上设有Γ形的导向槽;旋塞,设置在所述腔体内;限位螺栓,螺纹连接在上阀盖侧壁上并伸入到导向槽内;电动推杆,伸缩端设有与斜齿轮啮合的斜齿条。本旋塞阀,可以提高旋塞的寿命和密封效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门的技术领域,尤其涉及一种旋塞阀。
背景技术
锥形旋塞阀是旋塞阀的一种,其旋塞具有一定的锥度以提高旋塞的密封可靠性,现有锥形旋塞阀通常采用机械手轮阀轴旋转,进而驱动旋塞旋转来达到开合的目的,但这种开合方式无疑对旋塞的密封面造成较大的摩擦,大大降低了旋塞的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种控制方便、旋塞使用寿命长的旋塞阀。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种旋塞阀,其特征在于:阀体,阀体内设有位于中部的腔体和与腔体相连通的第一通道、第二通道,第一通道和第二通道为同轴设置,腔体为上小下大的倒锥形;下阀盖,下阀盖固定安装在阀体的下部,用以封堵腔体的下开口;上阀盖,上阀盖固定安装在阀体的上部,用以封堵腔体的上开口,上阀盖内从上至下设有安装腔和滑动孔,上阀盖外侧壁上设置有安装板;旋塞,旋塞可旋转的设在腔体内,旋塞由上至下包括依次连接的传动轴、旋塞主体和转轴,旋塞主体为上小下大的圆锥形;驱动轴,驱动轴包括由上至下依次连接的斜齿轮和导向轴,斜齿轮位于安装腔内,导向轴滑动配合在滑动孔内并向下伸入到腔体内,导向轴的下端与旋塞形成固定连接,导向轴的圆周侧壁上设有Γ形的导向槽,导向槽包括竖槽和横槽;限位螺栓,螺纹连接在上阀盖的侧壁上并向内伸入到导向槽内;电动推杆,电动推杆固定安装在安装板上,电动推杆的伸缩端上设有与斜齿轮相啮合的斜齿条。
作为优选,所述旋塞内设有连通流道,连通流道为上窄下宽的梯形结构。
作为优选,当限位螺栓位于竖槽的底部时,所述旋塞位于最上端位置,此时旋塞主体与腔体的内壁贴合形成密封;当限位螺栓位于内时,所述旋塞位于最下端位置,旋塞主体与腔体的内壁脱离接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过控制电动推杆伸缩,可以通过斜齿轮和斜齿条的啮合,在限位螺栓及导向槽的作用下,控制旋塞做上下运动和旋转运动,当旋塞由关闭位置转换到开启位置时,旋塞先使向下运动,然后旋转,因此旋塞和腔体内壁无摩擦,可以大大提高旋塞的使用寿命和密封效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1-5所示,为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种旋塞阀,包括
阀体1,阀体1内设有位于中部的腔体103和与腔体103相连通的第一通道101、第二通道102,第一通道101和第二通道102为同轴设置,腔体103为上小下大的倒锥形;
下阀盖3,下阀盖3固定安装在阀体1的下部,用以封堵腔体103的下开口。
上阀盖5,上阀盖5固定安装在阀体1的上部,用以封堵腔体103的上开口,上阀盖5内从上至下设有安装腔51和滑动孔52,上阀盖5外侧壁上设置有安装板8。
旋塞2,旋塞2可旋转的设在腔体103内,旋塞2由上至下包括依次连接的传动轴21、旋塞主体22和转轴23,旋塞主体22为上小下大的圆锥形。所述旋塞2内设有连通流道221,连通流道221为上窄下宽的梯形结构。
驱动轴4,驱动轴4包括由上至下依次连接的斜齿轮41和导向轴42,斜齿轮41位于安装腔51内,导向轴42滑动配合在滑动孔52内并向下伸入到腔体103内,导向轴42的下端与旋塞2形成固定连接,导向轴的圆周侧壁上设有Γ形的导向槽421,导向槽421包括竖槽4211和横槽4212。
限位螺栓9,螺纹连接在上阀盖5的侧壁上并向内伸入到导向槽421内。当限位螺栓9位于竖槽4211的底部时,所述旋塞2位于最上端位置,此时旋塞主体22与腔体103的内壁贴合形成密封;当限位螺栓9位于4212内时,所述旋塞2位于最下端位置,旋塞主体22与腔体103的内壁脱离接触。
电动推杆6,电动推杆6固定安装在安装板8上,电动推杆6的伸缩端上设有与斜齿轮41相啮合的斜齿条7。
本旋塞阀的工作原理及过程如下:
如图1所示,此时旋塞2处于关闭位置,第一通道101和第二通道102隔断不通,旋塞2处于最上端位置,旋塞主体22与腔体103的内壁贴合形成密封,此时限位螺栓9位于竖槽4211的底部(如图4所示),电动推杆6处于缩回状态。
当需要控制旋塞2打开时,控制电动推杆6向外伸出,斜齿条7驱动斜齿轮41转动,但此时因为限位螺栓9卡在竖槽4211内限制斜齿轮41转动,斜齿轮41只能顺着斜齿向下运动,进而带动旋塞2向下运动,当斜齿轮41向下运动使限位螺栓9处于竖槽4211的最上端位置时,旋塞2运动到最下端位置,电动推杆6继续向外伸出,由于限位螺栓9已经进入横槽4212内(如图5所示),则斜齿轮41进行旋转运动直到横槽4212的最右端与限位螺栓9相抵,在驱动轴4的带动下旋塞2也进行旋转使连通流道221将第一通道101与第二通道102连通,实现了旋塞2的打开(如图2所示)。
当需要控制旋塞2关闭时,控制电动推杆6缩回,由于限位螺栓9在横槽4212内(如图5所示),斜齿条7驱动斜齿轮41转动,在驱动轴4的带动下旋塞2也进行旋转使连通流道221不再连通第一通道101和第二通道102,当限位螺栓9进入到横槽4212的最左端也就是竖槽4211的最上端时,斜齿轮41在限位螺栓9的作用下停止转动,斜齿轮41只能沿着斜齿条7的斜齿向上运动,直到限位螺栓9到达竖槽4211的最下端(如图4所示),此时旋塞2向上运动到最上端,旋塞主体22与腔体103的内壁贴合形成密封,第一通道101和第二通道102隔断不通。
通过上述控制,当旋塞2进行打开控制时,先会向下移动,旋塞2不与腔体103内壁摩擦接触;当旋塞2进行关闭控制时,先会旋转,再向上运动,旋塞2不与腔体103内壁摩擦接触;因此可以大大提高旋塞的寿命,并提高密封效果。

1.一种旋塞阀,其特征在于:包括
阀体(1),阀体(1)内设有位于中部的腔体(103)和与腔体(103)相连通的第一通道(101)、第二通道(102),第一通道(101)和第二通道(102)为同轴设置,腔体(103)为上小下大的倒锥形;
下阀盖(3),下阀盖(3)固定安装在阀体(1)的下部,用以封堵腔体(103)的下开口;
上阀盖(5),上阀盖(5)固定安装在阀体(1)的上部,用以封堵腔体(103)的上开口,上阀盖(5)内从上至下设有安装腔(51)和滑动孔(52),上阀盖(5)外侧壁上设置有安装板(8);
旋塞(2),旋塞(2)可旋转的设在腔体(103)内,旋塞(2)由上至下包括依次连接的传动轴(21)、旋塞主体(22)和转轴(23),旋塞主体(22)为上小下大的圆锥形;
驱动轴(4),驱动轴(4)包括由上至下依次连接的斜齿轮(41)和导向轴(42),斜齿轮(41)位于安装腔(51)内,导向轴(42)滑动配合在滑动孔(52)内并向下伸入到腔体(103)内,导向轴(42)的下端与旋塞(2)形成固定连接,导向轴的圆周侧壁上设有Γ形的导向槽(421),导向槽(421)包括竖槽(4211)和横槽(4212);
限位螺栓(9),螺纹连接在上阀盖(5)的侧壁上并向内伸入到导向槽(421)内;
电动推杆(6),电动推杆(6)固定安装在安装板(8)上,电动推杆(6)的伸缩端上设有与斜齿轮(41)相啮合的斜齿条(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述旋塞(2)内设有连通流道(221),连通流道(221)为上窄下宽的梯形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:当限位螺栓(9)位于竖槽(4211)的底部时,所述旋塞(2)位于最上端位置,此时旋塞主体(22)与腔体(103)的内壁贴合形成密封;当限位螺栓(9)位于(4212)内时,所述旋塞(2)位于最下端位置,旋塞主体(22)与腔体(103)的内壁脱离接触。
