Abstract

本发明公开了一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,包括节流截止阀本体,节流截止阀包括阀体,阀体设置有阀腔、进气口和出气口,阀腔内安装有阀套,阀体上安装有用于固定阀套的阀盖,阀套内安装有阀芯,阀芯的前端安装有密封垫,阀芯的后端设置驱动凹腔,驱动凹腔内螺纹连接有阀芯驱动丝杆,阀芯驱动丝杆的后端固定连接有驱动电机,通过驱动电机转动阀芯驱动丝杆,实现阀芯的移动,从而控制阀门的开闭,采用阀芯和传动机构一体式的无阀杆运动机构,取消了传统阀门的阀杆和密封填料机构,可以把阀门的执行机构和阀门集成一体,进一步缩小电动阀门的整体体积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种截止阀,特别是一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀。
背景技术
阀杆是阀门上用于传动的重要部件,阀杆的一端连接执行机构,另一端直接连接阀芯转动或移动,以实现阀门的开闭作用,与阀杆连接的执行机构通常为一些体积较大的驱动电机,导致阀门的整体体积增大,占用较多的空间,同时阀杆也需要保持良好的密封性,但在阀门的长期使用过程中,阀杆的频繁转动或直线运动容易导致填料磨损,使阀杆填料密封性能下降甚至导致填料系统密封失效,特别对于有毒、易燃易爆等介质,如果填料系统泄露或失效,将导致重大事故发生。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,包括节流截止阀本体,所述节流截止阀包括阀体,所述阀体设置有阀腔、进气口和出气口,所述阀腔的侧壁设置有与所述进气口连通的进气通道,所述阀腔的前端设置有与所述出气口连通的出气通道,所述阀腔内安装有阀套,所述阀体上安装有用于固定所述阀套的阀盖,所述阀套对应所述进气通道的位置设置有若干第一通流孔,所述阀套对应所述出气通道的位置设置有第二通流孔,所述阀套内安装有阀芯,所述阀芯的前端安装有密封垫,所述阀芯的后端设置驱动凹腔,所述驱动凹腔的内壁设置有螺纹,所述驱动凹腔内螺纹连接有阀芯驱动丝杆,所述阀芯驱动丝杆的后端固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机固定安装在所述阀盖上。
所述阀芯的侧壁设置有止转槽,所述阀套的侧壁安装有阀芯止转销,装配后,所述阀芯止转销的末端插入所述止转槽内。
所述止转槽的长度大于所述第一通流孔的直径。
所述阀芯的前端安装有用于固定所述密封垫的固定盖。
所述固定盖的直径小于所述第二通流孔的直径,所述密封垫的直径大于所述第二通流孔的直径。
所述阀芯驱动丝杆的后端设置有电机轴腔,所述电机轴腔与所述驱动电机之间采用键连接。
所述阀芯驱动丝杆与所述阀盖之间安装有角接触球轴承。
所述阀盖与所述阀体之间安装有密封圈。
所述进气通道和出气通道分别连通有压力传感器,所述压力传感器安装在所述阀体上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在阀芯的后端螺纹连接有阀芯驱动丝杆,通过驱动电机转动阀芯驱动丝杆,实现阀芯的移动,从而控制阀门的开闭,采用阀芯和传动机构一体式的无阀杆运动机构,取消了传统阀门的阀杆和密封填料机构,可以把阀门的执行机构和阀门集成一体,进一步缩小电动阀门的整体体积,此外在阀芯的前端、阀盖与阀体之间均安装有密封件,且密封件在阀芯移动的过程中不易磨损,保证了阀门的密封性且不会泄露,增加阀门的使用寿命。

参照图1至图5,一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,包括节流截止阀本体,所述节流截止阀包括阀体1,所述阀体1设置有阀腔 2、进气口3和出气口4,所述阀腔2的侧壁设置有与所述进气口3连通的进气通道5,所述阀腔2的前端设置有与所述出气口4连通的出气通道6,所述阀腔2内安装有阀套7,所述阀体1上安装有用于固定所述阀套7的阀盖12,所述阀套7对应所述进气通道5的位置设置有若干第一通流孔8,所述阀套7对应所述出气通道6的位置设置有第二通流孔15,该种节流截止阀在阀套7上设计了带节流功能的通流孔,所述阀芯9 运动时,遮盖通流孔部分面积,面积大小由所述阀芯9的位置确定,流量可从最大调节到接近零,所述阀套7内安装有阀芯9,所述阀芯9 的前端安装有密封垫14,所述阀芯9的后端设置驱动凹腔10,所述驱动凹腔10的内壁设置有螺纹,所述驱动凹腔10内螺纹连接有阀芯驱动丝杆11,所述阀芯驱动丝杆11的后端固定连接有驱动电机13,所述驱动电机13固定安装在所述阀盖12上,采用阀芯9和传动机构一体式的无阀杆运动机构,取消了传统阀门的阀杆和密封填料机构,可以把阀门的执行机构和阀门集成一体,进一步缩小电动阀门的整体体积。
所述阀芯9的侧壁设置有止转槽17,所述阀套7的侧壁安装有阀芯止转销18,装配后,所述阀芯止转销18的末端插入所述止转槽17内,所述止转槽17的长度大于所述第一通流孔8的直径,确保所述阀芯9 运动时无转动。
所述阀芯9的前端安装有用于固定所述密封垫14的固定盖21,所述固定盖21的直径小于所述第二通流孔15的直径,所述密封垫14的直径大于所述第二通流孔15的直径,所述第二通流孔15面向所述密封垫14的端面设置有密封座,当所述密封垫14与所述密封座接触后,实现阀门关断时的截止功能,所述阀盖12与所述阀体1之间安装有密封圈 22,在阀芯9的前端、阀盖12与阀体1之间均安装有密封件,且密封件在阀芯9移动的过程中不易磨损,保证了阀门的密封性且不会泄露,增加阀门的使用寿命。
所述阀芯驱动丝杆11的后端设置有电机轴腔19,所述电机轴腔19 与所述驱动电机13之间采用键连接,使所述驱动电机13不承受轴向力。
所述阀芯驱动丝杆11与所述阀盖12之间安装有角接触球轴承20,所述阀芯驱动丝杆11由角接触轴承承受轴向力,包括关断阀门时产生的较大的轴向力,因此所述驱动电机13不承受轴向力,可以采用没有止推结构的电机。
所述进气通道5和出气通道6分别连通有压力传感器16,所述压力传感器16安装在所述阀体1上,在所述阀体1上流体的进口与出口都安装了压力传感器16,以发出进/出口的压差信号,控制系统根据阀门进出口的压力信号反馈给给所述驱动电机13,通过控制电机转动来驱动所述阀芯9,来实现阀门的节流、调压、截止功能。

1.一种集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,包括节流截止阀本体,其特征在于所述节流截止阀包括阀体(1),所述阀体(1)设置有阀腔(2)、进气口(3)和出气口(4),所述阀腔(2)的侧壁设置有与所述进气口(3)连通的进气通道(5),所述阀腔(2)的前端设置有与所述出气口(4)连通的出气通道(6),所述阀腔(2)内安装有阀套(7),所述阀体(1)上安装有用于固定所述阀套(7)的阀盖(12),所述阀套(7)对应所述进气通道(5)的位置设置有若干第一通流孔(8),所述阀套(7)对应所述出气通道(6)的位置设置有第二通流孔(15),所述阀套(7)内安装有阀芯(9),所述阀芯(9)的前端安装有密封垫(14),所述阀芯(9)的后端设置驱动凹腔(10),所述驱动凹腔(10)的内壁设置有螺纹,所述驱动凹腔(10)内螺纹连接有阀芯驱动丝杆(11),所述阀芯驱动丝杆(11)的后端固定连接有驱动电机(13),所述驱动电机(13)固定安装在所述阀盖(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述阀芯(9)的侧壁设置有止转槽(17),所述阀套(7)的侧壁安装有阀芯止转销(18),装配后,所述阀芯止转销(18)的末端插入所述止转槽(17)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述止转槽(17)的长度大于所述第一通流孔(8)的直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述阀芯(9)的前端安装有用于固定所述密封垫(14)的固定盖(21)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述固定盖(21)的直径小于所述第二通流孔(15)的直径,所述密封垫(14)的直径大于所述第二通流孔(15)的直径。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述阀芯驱动丝杆(11)的后端设置有电机轴腔(19),所述电机轴腔(19)与所述驱动电机(13)之间采用键连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述阀芯驱动丝杆(11)与所述阀盖(12)之间安装有角接触球轴承(20)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述阀盖(12)与所述阀体(1)之间安装有密封圈(22)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的集成式无阀杆填料的电动节流截止阀,其特征在于所述进气通道(5)和出气通道(6)分别连通有压力传感器(16),所述压力传感器(16)安装在所述阀体(1)上。
