本发明提供了光感屏下指纹解锁的3D薄膜及其制作方法。光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,包括有从上至下贴合的第一离型膜、聚氨酯涂层、PC/PMMA基膜、OCA胶层、PC基膜、亲硅涂层、硅胶层以及第三离型膜。其中,PC/PMMA基膜包括有上下分层的PMMA层、PC层。该3D屏幕保护贴加工简单成本低,且不影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种光感屏下指纹解锁的3D薄膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
光感屏下指纹解锁功能已经逐渐应用智能手机中。光感屏下指纹解锁功能的原理为利用光学透射在透过不同材质反馈到手机屏幕而产生指纹识别后启动屏幕的过程。
随着无边框手机的广泛应用,曲面屏幕是实现该效果的有效方式。但曲面屏幕的盖板玻璃是经过钢化的曲面屏幕,在跌落是容易造成屏幕玻璃的破碎,故手机屏幕保护贴的出现大受欢迎而被广泛应用。目前,适用于曲面屏幕的手机屏幕保护贴为3D玻璃膜和3D高分子膜。
3D玻璃膜与曲面屏幕的材质相近,主要成分均为二氧化硅,因而两者的光学性能相近,基本不会影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用。但是在3D玻璃膜生产过程中需要进行热弯成型,成本非常昂贵,且良品率低。
3D高分子膜与曲面屏幕的材质不同,光学性能也不同,因此3D高分子膜的光学性能会影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用。但是,高分子材料的成型性能比玻璃优秀,因而3D高分子膜的成型加工比3D玻璃的成型加工简单很多,成本也低很多。
影响3D高分子膜光学性能的主要因素有以下两点:(1)透光率:一般的PET的透光率和其PET切片原料有关,透光率在86%-91%之间,而PC、SRF、TAC的透光率都可以达到90%以上。(2)彩虹纹:光在透过不同的薄膜介质时会产生不同的折射,结晶塑料(如BOPET)由于双向拉伸的原因,其结晶结构无法保持稳定,进而发生不规则排列,分子结构不均匀产生散射情况。而非结晶材料(如PC、SRF、TAC和TPU)在双向拉伸后,其分子结构能够保持均匀,因而不会产生彩虹纹而影响透光效果。
目前市面上主流的3D高分子膜的材料主要有PC、SRF、TAC、PET以及PC/PMMA。但这些材料在应用时有不同的光学性能和成型性能。具体如下:
PC是线性分子,没有光的取向性,相位差低,光的彩虹干涉低适合指纹识别灵敏度的要求。但PC却存在硬度低(硬度<1H),容易刮花,影响作为手机屏幕保护贴使用。而且PC表面与硅胶的的亲和性较差,难以通过硅胶贴合在曲面屏幕上
SRF没有彩虹纹,但Tg点较低,相位差高,对后加工位置有要求,材料没有结晶结构,材料软和不耐刮花,受热收缩变形大不好加工。
TAC具有优异的光学性能,但是不耐水,材料脆,表面处理与加工困难,不适合做成型。
PET可以成型,但由于分子结构具有较强的成型反弹。
PC/PMMA复合膜,其成型性好,但硬度稍偏低,容易刮花和不耐磨,影响作为手机屏幕保护贴使用。
因此,PC、SRF、TAC、PET以及PC/PMMA均不适合单独地用作具有曲面屏幕和具有光感屏下指纹解锁功能的手机的手机保护贴。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是根据上述现有技术的不足,提供一种光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴及其制作方法,其加工简单成本低,且不影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,包括有从上至下贴合的第一离型膜、聚氨酯涂层、PC/PMMA基膜、OCA胶层、PC基膜、亲硅涂层、硅胶层以及第三离型膜。
进一步地,PC/PMMA基膜包括有上下分层的PMMA层、PC层。
进一步地,第一离型膜厚度为25-35um,聚氨酯涂层厚度为3-5um,PC/PMMA基膜厚度为175-250um,OCA胶层厚度为20-30um,PC基膜厚度为25-35um,亲硅涂层厚度为2-4um,硅胶层厚度为20-30um,第三离型膜厚度为40-50um。
如上所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:将聚氨酯涂液涂布在PC/PMMA基膜的PMMA层顶面,固化后形成聚氨酯涂层;在聚氨酯涂层顶面贴合第一离型膜,在PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面贴第二离型膜,得到上半成品膜;
步骤b:将亲硅涂液涂布在PC基膜的底面,固化后形成亲硅涂层;在亲硅涂层的底面做硅胶涂布,硅胶熟化形成硅胶层,在硅胶层底面贴合第三离型膜;在PC基膜的顶面做OCA胶涂布,OCA胶熟化后形成OCA胶层,在OCA胶层顶面贴合第四离型膜;得到下半成品膜;
步骤c:将上半成品膜进行热弯成型,将下半成品膜进行热弯成型;
步骤d:对上半成品膜进行CNC加工,得到单个的上半成品膜;对下半成品膜进行冲切加工,得到单个的下半成品膜;
步骤e:撕去单个的上半成品膜底面的第二离型膜,露出PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面;撕去单个的下半成品膜顶面的第四离型膜,露出OCA胶层顶面;将PC层底面和OCA胶层顶面贴合,进而使单个的上半成品膜和单个的下半成品膜贴合,得到3D屏幕保护贴。
进一步地,按重量比,将94-97%水性聚氨酯和3-6%含氟添加剂混合,得到聚氨酯涂液;按重量比,将97-99% PMMA单体和1-3% 含硅添加剂混合,得到亲硅涂液。
进一步地,含氟添加剂为聚四氟乙烯,含硅添加剂为纳米二氧化硅。
进一步地,热弯成型中,加热成型机的加热板加热到200-230摄氏度,加热时间为1-2秒,移出加热板后合模成型5-8秒。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1) PC基膜和PC/PMMA基膜具备很好的光学性能而没有彩虹纹及干涉纹的问题,不会影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用;并且PC/PMMA基膜具有优良的成型性,适合作为3D屏幕保护贴的基材。
(2)聚氨酯涂层透光率高,透光率不低于90%,不会影响光感屏下指纹解锁功能的使用;并且,聚氨酯涂层使3D屏幕保护贴外表面具有很好的硬度(2H/500G,JIS5600),实现抗刮花以及耐磨功能,解决了PC基膜、PC/PMMA基膜在单独应用中材质软、不耐刮花的问题;同时,聚氨酯涂层也让3D屏幕保护贴外表面具有很好的抗污能力(水触角105°),实现防指纹功能;以及,聚氨酯涂层还能为3D屏幕保护贴外表面产生较低的动摩擦系数(<0.1)来取得较佳的滑动操作触感。
(3)含氟添加剂能够使聚氨酯涂层带来不粘功能,避免3D屏幕保护贴出现粘手现象。
(4)亲硅涂层主要材料为PMMA单体,使亲硅涂层具有高透、耐候、耐磨、耐较高温度、耐多种化学品腐蚀、表面光泽度好、易加工等优点,贴合于PC基膜下面解决PC基膜在单独应用时材质软、不耐刮花的问题。
(5)含硅添加剂能提高了亲硅涂层与硅胶层之间的附着力,解决了PC基膜在单独应用时因与硅胶亲和力较差而无法涂布硅胶的问题;并且,硅胶层的主要成分为二氧化硅,含硅添加剂为纳米二氧化硅时,两者相互间的融合度会非常好,进一步提高了亲硅涂层与硅胶层之间的附着力;同时,纳米二氧化硅除了透明,也能提供较好的耐磨性和较高的硬度。
(7)上半成品膜中的聚氨酯涂层硬度高,但材质较脆,因此上半成品膜需要CNC加工;下半成品膜材质较软,可以通过冲切加工。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明提供的实施例,光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,包括有从上至下贴合的第一离型膜、聚氨酯涂层、PC/PMMA基膜、OCA胶层、PC基膜、亲硅涂层、硅胶层以及第三离型膜。其中,PC/PMMA基膜包括有上下分层的PMMA层、PC层。
第一离型膜厚度为30um,聚氨酯涂层厚度为3-5um,PC/PMMA基膜厚度为175-250um,OCA胶层厚度为25um,PC基膜厚度为30um,亲硅涂层厚度为3um,硅胶层厚度为25um,第三离型膜厚度为45um。
实施例使用时:将底面的第三离型膜撕去,硅胶层贴合在手机屏幕上,最后撕去顶面的第一离型膜。
实施例的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:按重量比,将95%水性聚氨酯和5%含氟添加剂混合,得到聚氨酯涂液;其中含氟添加剂为聚四氟乙烯。将聚氨酯涂液涂布在PC/PMMA基膜的PMMA层顶面,固化后形成聚氨酯涂层;在聚氨酯涂层顶面贴合第一离型膜,在PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面贴第二离型膜,得到如图2所示的上半成品膜。
步骤b:按重量比,将97-99% PMMA单体和1-3% 含硅添加剂混合,得到亲硅涂液;其中含硅添加剂为纳米二氧化硅。将亲硅涂液涂布在PC基膜的底面,固化后形成亲硅涂层;在亲硅涂层的底面做硅胶涂布,硅胶熟化形成硅胶层,在硅胶层底面贴合第三离型膜;在PC基膜的顶面做OCA胶涂布,OCA胶熟化后形成OCA胶层,在OCA胶层顶面贴合第四离型膜;得到如图3所示的下半成品膜。
步骤c:将上半成品膜进行热弯成型,将下半成品膜进行热弯成型。热弯成型中,加热成型机的加热板加热到200-230摄氏度,加热时间为1-2秒,移出加热板后合模成型5-8秒。
步骤d:对上半成品膜进行CNC加工,得到单个的上半成品膜;对下半成品膜进行冲切加工,得到单个的下半成品膜。
步骤e:撕去单个的上半成品膜底面的第二离型膜,露出PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面;撕去单个的下半成品膜顶面的第四离型膜,露出OCA胶层顶面;将PC层底面和OCA胶层顶面贴合,进而使单个的上半成品膜和单个的下半成品膜贴合,得到如图1所示的3D屏幕保护贴。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明的权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (7)
1.光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,其特征在于:包括有从上至下贴合的第一离型膜、聚氨酯涂层、PC/PMMA基膜、OCA胶层、PC基膜、亲硅涂层、硅胶层以及第三离型膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,其特征在于:PC/PMMA基膜包括有上下分层的PMMA层、PC层。
3.根据权利要求1所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴,其特征在于:第一离型膜厚度为25-35um,聚氨酯涂层厚度为3-5um,PC/PMMA基膜厚度为175-250um,OCA胶层厚度为20-30um,PC基膜厚度为25-35um,亲硅涂层厚度为2-4um,硅胶层厚度为20-30um,第三离型膜厚度为40-50um。
4.如权利要求2所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a:将聚氨酯涂液涂布在PC/PMMA基膜的PMMA层顶面,固化后形成聚氨酯涂层;在聚氨酯涂层顶面贴合第一离型膜,在PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面贴第二离型膜,得到上半成品膜;
步骤b:将亲硅涂液涂布在PC基膜的底面,固化后形成亲硅涂层;在亲硅涂层的底面做硅胶涂布,硅胶熟化形成硅胶层,在硅胶层底面贴合第三离型膜;在PC基膜的顶面做OCA胶涂布,OCA胶熟化后形成OCA胶层,在OCA胶层顶面贴合第四离型膜;得到下半成品膜;
步骤c:将上半成品膜进行热弯成型,将下半成品膜进行热弯成型;
步骤d:对上半成品膜进行CNC加工,得到单个的上半成品膜;对下半成品膜进行冲切加工,得到单个的下半成品膜;
步骤e:撕去单个的上半成品膜底面的第二离型膜,露出PC/PMMA基膜的PC层底面;撕去单个的下半成品膜顶面的第四离型膜,露出OCA胶层顶面;将PC层底面和OCA胶层顶面贴合,进而使单个的上半成品膜和单个的下半成品膜贴合,得到3D屏幕保护贴。
5.根据权利要求4所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴的制作方法,其特征在于:按重量比,将94-97%水性聚氨酯和3-6%含氟添加剂混合,得到聚氨酯涂液;按重量比,将97-99% PMMA单体和1-3% 含硅添加剂混合,得到亲硅涂液。
6.根据权利要求5所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴的制作方法,其特征在于:含氟添加剂为聚四氟乙烯,含硅添加剂为纳米二氧化硅。
7.根据权利要求4所述光感屏下指纹解锁的3D屏幕保护贴的制作方法,其特征在于:热弯成型中,加热成型机的加热板加热到200-230摄氏度,加热时间为1-2秒,移出加热板后合模成型5-8秒。
