Abstract
本发明一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,属于水产养殖技术领域。所述水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,配方比例按重量份计如下:取邻苯三酚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、麸皮、稻壳粉、玉米淀粉、硅藻土、聚合氯化铝;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度80‑140℃,包装成100克/袋,即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。本发明提供的弧菌抑制剂,可以快速在水中扩散溶解,有效抑制水体中弧菌的生长繁殖,防止弧菌爆发,避免弧菌大规模爆发对养殖动物造成的危害。水溶袋包装,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,属于水产养殖技术领域。
背景技术
在水产养殖中,弧菌是一种条件致病菌,当环境条件恶化、对虾抵抗力降低时,弧菌就会乘虚而入。目前大量的科研数据以及市场一线数据均表明,对虾偷死、肠炎、生长缓慢、白便与弧菌存在极大的关系,弧菌对对虾的感染,表现的症状主要有黑鳃、褐斑、红腿红尾、黄鳃、甲壳溃疡、肌肉白浊等,且常伴有细菌性败血症。对于弧菌病的预防与治疗,是养殖中重要事项,积极做好预防措施,及时发现病原,采取有效的应对方法,才能遏制对虾养殖中的弧菌病的爆发。目前市场上一般用蛭弧菌来杀灭弧菌,以防弧菌爆发,但起效较慢,如果环境条件非常适合弧菌的生长,效果比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处,提供一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,可以快速抑制弧菌的生长,防止弧菌爆发。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,其特征是:配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚10-30份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-30份、麸皮10-30份、稻壳粉10-30份、玉米淀粉5-10份、硅藻土5-10份、聚合氯化铝5-10份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合40-80分钟,转速30-80转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度80-140℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述邻苯三酚30份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠17份、麸皮15份、稻壳粉10份、玉米淀粉10份、硅藻土10份、聚合氯化铝8份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合42分钟,转速35转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度100℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述邻苯三酚21份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20份、麸皮20份、稻壳粉15份、玉米淀粉8份、硅藻土6份、聚合氯化铝10份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合50分钟,转速40转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度110℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述邻苯三酚17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、麸皮25份、稻壳粉20份、玉米淀粉6份、硅藻土8份、聚合氯化铝5份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合60分钟,转速55转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度125℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明提供的弧菌抑制剂,可以快速在水中扩散溶解,有效抑制水体中弧菌的生长繁殖,防止弧菌爆发,避免弧菌大规模爆发对养殖动物造成的危害,水溶袋包装,使用方便。

下面本发明将结合实施例作进一步描述:
实施例1
一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚30份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠17份、麸皮15份、稻壳粉10份、玉米淀粉10份、硅藻土10份、聚合氯化铝8份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合42分钟,转速35转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度100℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
所述邻苯三酚:在碱性条件下,能迅速自氧化,产生超氧自由基。超氧自由基具有非常强的氧化性,可以快速抑制弧菌的生长繁殖。
所述十二烷基苯磺酸钠:阴离子表面活性剂,可以促进邻苯三酚的溶解及扩散。
所述麸皮:小麦加工面粉后的副产物,方便邻苯三酚吸附在表面,随着麸皮在水体中的漂浮及沉降,迅速对整个水体发挥效果。
所述稻壳粉:稻谷外面的壳经粉碎后形成,具有良好的分散性。
所述玉米淀粉:俗名六谷粉,白色微带淡黄色的粉末。将玉米用0.3%亚硫酸浸渍后,通过破碎、过筛、沉淀、干燥、磨细等工序而制成。
所述硅藻土:化学成分主要是SiO2,含有少量的Al2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、MgO等和有机质。
所述聚合氯化铝:是介于AlCI3和Al(OH)3之间的一种水溶性无机高分子聚合物。
所述水溶袋:能够迅速溶解在水中(在5℃-30℃条件下)2分钟内完全溶解,在30℃以上条件50秒内全部溶解,因此可以迅速将所包装的内容物释放出来,使有效成分快速发挥作用,水溶袋溶解后呈中性,成分对环境没有污染,是一种环保型产品。
实施例2
一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚21份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20份、麸皮20份、稻壳粉15份、玉米淀粉8份、硅藻土6份、聚合氯化铝10份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合50分钟,转速40转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度110℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
实施例3
一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、麸皮25份、稻壳粉20份、玉米淀粉6份、硅藻土8份、聚合氯化铝5份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合60分钟,转速55转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度125℃,包装成100克/袋即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
应用实施例1
将实施例1制备所得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂在广东某虾塘使用,面积5亩,4月初温度升高,弧菌开始繁殖加快,使用本品按池塘面积每亩1kg,直接将水溶袋抛洒使用,两天后检测,弧菌数量明显下降。

1.一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,其特征是:配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚10-30份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-30份、麸皮10-30份、稻壳粉10-30份、玉米淀粉5-10份、硅藻土5-10份、聚合氯化铝5-10份;将上述原料在常温下经双轴桨叶混合机搅拌混合40-80分钟,转速30-80转/分钟,得到混合粉末,将该混合粉末使用水溶袋包装,封口温度80-140℃,包装成100克/袋,即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,其特征是:配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚30份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠17份、麸皮15份、稻壳粉10份、玉米淀粉10份、硅藻土10份、聚合氯化铝8份;将上述原料在常温下搅拌混合,使用水溶袋包装,封口温度100℃,包装成100克/袋,即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,其特征是:配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚21份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20份、麸皮20份、稻壳粉15份、玉米淀粉8份、硅藻土6份、聚合氯化铝10份;将上述原料在常温下搅拌混合,使用水溶袋包装,封口温度110℃,包装成100克/袋,即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂,其特征是:配方比例按重量份计如下:邻苯三酚17份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、麸皮25份、稻壳粉20份、玉米淀粉6份、硅藻土8份、聚合氯化铝5份;将上述原料搅拌混合,使用水溶袋包装,封口温度125℃,包装成100克/袋,即得水产养殖的弧菌抑制剂。
