本发明是一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,属于服装面料技术领域。
背景技术
纳米整理剂由于其颗粒尺寸的微细化而具有表面效应,是一种理想的织物整理剂。对服装进行纳米后整理是增加服装附加值并使其具有特殊功能性的重要途径。随着社会科技的发展与消费者的需求,服装织物纳米后整理技术有很好的发展前景。对纺织品进行合适的纳米试剂后整理,可以使纳米试剂附着渗透到面料中,使整体的后整理效果持久优良。不但可以达到所需要的不同种类的后整理效果,还可以较大程度的降低成本,且操作过程简单方便。
现有的服装面料大多功能单一,阻燃以及隔热效果较差,而且美观性低,且杀菌以及抑菌率差,因此,需要一种具有防高温功能的服装面料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,所述荧光层位于防高温层上端面,所述防高温层位于保温层上端面。
进一步地,所述荧光层包括27-33重量份的蚕丝纤维、25-40重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及27-48重量份的锦纶丝纤维,所述防高温层包括22-30重量份的竹原纤维、24-28重量份的阻燃短纤维、9-24重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及30-33重量份的远红外纤维,所述保温层包括43-63重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及37-57重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为15-25min,温度为45-60°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为35-60min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;

步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在350-400℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
进一步地,所述远红外纤维是一种远红外PP短纤维。
进一步地,所述阻燃短纤维是由阻燃腈纶和高强阻燃PA6纤维组成的混合物。
进一步地,所述上经线的组织点依次为七上一下七上,所述下经线的组织点依次为七下一上七下。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,本发明通过添加荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,提高了美观性,且具有较高的弹性以及光滑度,而且实现了防高温、阻燃以及远红外线的功能,使用安全性高,且穿戴舒适度高,杀菌以及抑菌率高。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,荧光层位于防高温层上端面,防高温层位于保温层上端面。
荧光层包括27重量份的蚕丝纤维、25重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及48重量份的锦纶丝纤维,防高温层包括22重量份的竹原纤维、28重量份的阻燃短纤维、20重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及30重量份的远红外纤维,保温层包括43重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及57重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为15min,温度为45°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为35min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;
步骤2,将阻燃短纤维作为皮组份以及竹原纤维作为芯组份,然后通过阻燃短纤维对竹原纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维一,将远红外纤维作为皮组份以及聚酰亚胺纤维作为芯组份,然后通过远红外纤维对聚酰亚胺纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维二,然后以包芯复合纤维一作为剑杆织机的经线,以包芯复合纤维二作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行编织,从而制得防高温层;
步骤3,将绵羊毛纤维以及棉纤维分别放入含有软化剂的溶液内进行浸泡软化,浸泡时间为35min,然后将棉羊毛纤维以及棉纤维取出,并放入含有纳米银离子的杀菌溶液内进行再次浸泡,浸泡时间为15min;
步骤4,将步骤1中制得蚕丝纤维作为上经线,聚氨酯纤维作为下经线以及锦纶丝作为纬线,采用经二重组织制备成荧光层,将步骤3中制得的绵羊毛纤维作为剑杆织机的经线,将棉纤维作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行经编,从而制得保温层;
步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在350℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
制得的服装面料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,荧光层位于防高温层上端面,防高温层位于保温层上端面。
荧光层包括33重量份的蚕丝纤维、40重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及27重量份的锦纶丝纤维,防高温层包括30重量份的竹原纤维、24重量份的阻燃短纤维、13重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及33重量份的远红外纤维,保温层包括63重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及37重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为25min,温度为60°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为60min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;
步骤2,将阻燃短纤维作为皮组份以及竹原纤维作为芯组份,然后通过阻燃短纤维对竹原纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维一,将远红外纤维作为皮组份以及聚酰亚胺纤维作为芯组份,然后通过远红外纤维对聚酰亚胺纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维二,然后以包芯复合纤维一作为剑杆织机的经线,以包芯复合纤维二作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行编织,从而制得防高温层;
步骤3,将绵羊毛纤维以及棉纤维分别放入含有软化剂的溶液内进行浸泡软化,浸泡时间为50min,然后将棉羊毛纤维以及棉纤维取出,并放入含有纳米银离子的杀菌溶液内进行再次浸泡,浸泡时间为30min;
步骤4,将步骤1中制得蚕丝纤维作为上经线,聚氨酯纤维作为下经线以及锦纶丝作为纬线,采用经二重组织制备成荧光层,将步骤3中制得的绵羊毛纤维作为剑杆织机的经线,将棉纤维作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行经编,从而制得保温层;
步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在400℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
制得的服装面料的性能测试结果如表2所示。
实施例3
一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,荧光层位于防高温层上端面,防高温层位于保温层上端面。
荧光层包括29重量份的蚕丝纤维、30重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及41重量份的锦纶丝纤维,防高温层包括24重量份的竹原纤维、26重量份的阻燃短纤维、19重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及31重量份的远红外纤维,保温层包括50重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及50重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为18min,温度为50°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为45min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;
步骤2,将阻燃短纤维作为皮组份以及竹原纤维作为芯组份,然后通过阻燃短纤维对竹原纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维一,将远红外纤维作为皮组份以及聚酰亚胺纤维作为芯组份,然后通过远红外纤维对聚酰亚胺纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维二,然后以包芯复合纤维一作为剑杆织机的经线,以包芯复合纤维二作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行编织,从而制得防高温层;
步骤3,将绵羊毛纤维以及棉纤维分别放入含有软化剂的溶液内进行浸泡软化,浸泡时间为40min,然后将棉羊毛纤维以及棉纤维取出,并放入含有纳米银离子的杀菌溶液内进行再次浸泡,浸泡时间为20min;
步骤4,将步骤1中制得蚕丝纤维作为上经线,聚氨酯纤维作为下经线以及锦纶丝作为纬线,采用经二重组织制备成荧光层,将步骤3中制得的绵羊毛纤维作为剑杆织机的经线,将棉纤维作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行经编,从而制得保温层;
步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在370℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
制得的服装面料的性能测试结果如表3所示。
实施例4
一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,荧光层位于防高温层上端面,防高温层位于保温层上端面。
荧光层包括31重量份的蚕丝纤维、35重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及34重量份的锦纶丝纤维,防高温层包括28重量份的竹原纤维、25重量份的阻燃短纤维、15重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及32重量份的远红外纤维,保温层包括55重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及45重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为23min,温度为55°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为55min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;
步骤2,将阻燃短纤维作为皮组份以及竹原纤维作为芯组份,然后通过阻燃短纤维对竹原纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维一,将远红外纤维作为皮组份以及聚酰亚胺纤维作为芯组份,然后通过远红外纤维对聚酰亚胺纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维二,然后以包芯复合纤维一作为剑杆织机的经线,以包芯复合纤维二作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行编织,从而制得防高温层;
步骤3,将绵羊毛纤维以及棉纤维分别放入含有软化剂的溶液内进行浸泡软化,浸泡时间为45min,然后将棉羊毛纤维以及棉纤维取出,并放入含有纳米银离子的杀菌溶液内进行再次浸泡,浸泡时间为25min;
步骤4,将步骤1中制得蚕丝纤维作为上经线,聚氨酯纤维作为下经线以及锦纶丝作为纬线,采用经二重组织制备成荧光层,将步骤3中制得的绵羊毛纤维作为剑杆织机的经线,将棉纤维作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行经编,从而制得保温层;
步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在390℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
制得的服装面料的性能测试结果如表4所示。
作为本发明的一个实施例:远红外纤维是一种远红外PP短纤维。
作为本发明的一个实施例:阻燃短纤维是由阻燃腈纶和高强阻燃PA6纤维组成的混合物。
作为本发明的一个实施例:上经线的组织点依次为七上一下七上,下经线的组织点依次为七下一上七下。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,包括荧光层、防高温层以及保温层,其特征在于:所述荧光层位于防高温层上端面,所述防高温层位于保温层上端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,其特征在于:所述荧光层包括27-33重量份的蚕丝纤维、25-40重量份的聚氨酯纤维以及27-48重量份的锦纶丝纤维,所述防高温层包括22-30重量份的竹原纤维、24-28重量份的阻燃短纤维、9-24重量份的聚酰亚胺纤维以及30-33重量份的远红外纤维,所述保温层包括43-63重量份的绵羊毛纤维以及37-57重量份的棉纤维,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1,将蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维分别放入水洗机内,然后通过超声震荡洗涤,然后进行脱水以及烘干,烘干时间为15-25min,温度为45-60°C,然后将锦纶丝纤维放入含有有机荧光物质的溶液桶内进行浸泡,浸泡时间为35-60min,从而制得含有荧光色的蚕丝纤维、聚氨酯纤维以及锦纶丝纤维;
步骤2,将阻燃短纤维作为皮组份以及竹原纤维作为芯组份,然后通过阻燃短纤维对竹原纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维一,将远红外纤维作为皮组份以及聚酰亚胺纤维作为芯组份,然后通过远红外纤维对聚酰亚胺纤维进行包覆,从而制得芯鞘结构包芯复合纤维二,然后以包芯复合纤维一作为剑杆织机的经线,以包芯复合纤维二作为剑杆织机的纬线,经过剑杆织机进行编织,从而制得防高温层;
步骤3,将绵羊毛纤维以及棉纤维分别放入含有软化剂的溶液内进行浸泡软化,浸泡时间为35-50min,然后将棉羊毛纤维以及棉纤维取出,并放入含有纳米银离子的杀菌溶液内进行再次浸泡,浸泡时间为15-30min;

步骤5,将纳米氧化锌与硝酸银掺杂后加入稀醋酸溶液中,再加入季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂对其进行改性,即可制备出纳米整理剂,然后将步骤4中制得的保温层放入纳米整理剂中进行二浸二轧操作;
步骤6,将胶水用刮刀或者网纹辊涂覆在制得的荧光层、防高温层以及保温层上,将面料连续输送到流延机内进行贴合,在350-400℃的高温下用橡胶辊和热压辊压合,冷却后收卷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,其特征在于:所述远红外纤维是一种远红外PP短纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃短纤维是由阻燃腈纶和高强阻燃PA6纤维组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防高温功能的服装面料,其特征在于:所述上经线的组织点依次为七上一下七上,所述下经线的组织点依次为七下一上七下。
