本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,使得面料在具有吸湿发热功能的前提下,还具有抗菌阻燃的功能,使得面料的应用范围更为广泛。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明所涉及的一种具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)经纬纱的制备:经纱为混合有阻燃剂的涤纶基吸湿发热长丝,纬纱为含有阻燃剂的腈纶基吸湿发热长丝;在制备涤纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占经纱长丝重量的5-8%;在制备腈纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占纬纱长丝重量的5-8%;所述的阻燃剂粉末为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末;所制备的经纱的细度为50-70D,所制备的纬纱的细度为60-90D;
(2)采用喷气织机织造坯布:所织造的坯布的经密为200-300根/10cm,纬密为300-350根/10cm;
(3)对坯布进行等离子处理:对步骤(2)所织造的坯布先进行去油去污处理,再采用空气等离子体进行处理,等离子处理的电压为80-130V,电流为1.2-2A,真空度为200Pa,处理时间为0.5-3min;
(4)抗菌后整理:将经过步骤(3)等离子处理的面料浸入至抗菌处理溶液中,抗菌溶液加热至65-80℃,采用双浸双轧,再将轧后的面料使用清水冲洗,再经经过轧辊,使得带液量控制在50-60%,再经过烘干,烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干至含水率不高于1%,在纤维表面形成抗菌层;
所述的抗菌处理溶液中含有15-30质量份的2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-15质量份的N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2-10质量份的改性壳聚糖、3-9质量份的十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、1-3质量份的甘草提取物、2-5质量份的硬脂酸单甘油脂、5-10质量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10-20质量份的茶多酚;
所述的改性壳聚糖的制得是将壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵依次加入至去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后再加入氢氧化钠固体,其中壳聚糖、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和固体氢氧化钠的质量比为1:2-0.5:0.5-0.2,常温条件下搅拌使其充分反应0.5-2h,搅拌速度为200-1000r/min,然后采用乙醇水溶液中进行过滤洗涤,于60-80℃真空干燥,即可得到改性壳聚糖。

在经纬纱的制备的步骤中,所制备的经纱为混合有阻燃剂的涤纶基吸湿发热长丝,纬纱为含有阻燃剂的腈纶基吸湿发热长丝。
在制备涤纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占经纱长丝重量的5-8%。在制备腈纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占纬纱长丝重量的5-8%。在化纤长丝采用熔融挤出工艺进行生产时,在熔融步骤中将阻燃剂粉末加入至熔融的树脂中,搅拌均匀再挤出,可形成具有阻燃效果的吸湿发热纤维。
阻燃剂粉末为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末,所制备的经纱的细度为50-70D,所制备的纬纱的细度为60-90D。
将制备好的经纬纱采用常规的织造工艺,使用喷气织机织造坯布。所织造的坯布的经密为200-300根/10cm,纬密为300-350根/10cm。

改性壳聚糖的制得是将壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵依次加入至去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后再加入氢氧化钠固体,其中壳聚糖、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和固体氢氧化钠的质量比为1:2:0.5,常温条件下搅拌使其充分反应0.5h,搅拌速度为200r/min,然后采用乙醇水溶液中进行过滤洗涤,于60-80℃真空干燥,即可得到改性壳聚糖。
对本实施例所得到的面料进行抑菌试验,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%,经过标准20次标准洗涤后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%。
实施例二
本实施例所涉及的一种具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,在经纬纱制备过程中,在制备涤纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占经纱长丝重量的6%;在制备腈纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占纬纱长丝重量的7%;所述的阻燃剂粉末为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末;所制备的经纱的细度为60D,所制备的纬纱的细度为80D。
采用喷气织机织造坯布,所织造的坯布的经密为250根/10cm,纬密为320根/10cm。
对上述步骤中所制备的坯布进行坯布先进行去油去污处理,去油去污处理处理是将坯布置入含有增白剂、去油灵和烧碱的处理液中,浴比为1:15,若中按质量百分比计,增白剂占处理液的0.3%,去油灵占处理液的0.08%,烧碱的用量为4g/L,余量为水。此步骤中将面料中经纱和纬纱在制备过程中加入的油剂以及织造过程中所带入的油剂进行去除,以使得后续的等离子处理更为均匀。
去油去污处理后,再采用空气等离子体进行处理,等离子处理的电压为100V,电流为1.6A,真空度为200Pa,处理时间为2min。经过等离子处理后的面料,更容易与抗菌剂中的抗菌成分相结合,使得面料更具有持久的抗菌效果。
最后进行抗菌后整理。将经过上述经过等离子处理的面料浸入至抗菌处理溶液中,抗菌溶液加热至70℃,采用双浸双轧,再将轧后的面料使用清水冲洗,再经经过轧辊,使得带液量控制在55%,再经过烘干,即可得到具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料。在此步骤中的烘干温度为125℃,烘干至含水率不高于1%,在纤维表面形成抗菌层。
在此步骤中,抗菌处理溶液中含有25质量份的2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮、12质量份的N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、6质量份的改性壳聚糖、7质量份的十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、2质量份的甘草提取物、3质量份的硬脂酸单甘油脂、8质量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、15质量份的茶多酚。
改性壳聚糖的制得是将壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵依次加入至去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后再加入氢氧化钠固体,其中壳聚糖、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和固体氢氧化钠的质量比为1:1.5:1.5,常温条件下搅拌使其充分反应1h,搅拌速度为500r/min,然后采用乙醇水溶液中进行过滤洗涤,于70℃真空干燥,即可得到改性壳聚糖。
对本实施例所得到的面料进行抑菌试验,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%,经过标准20次标准洗涤后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%。
实施例三
本实施例所涉及的一种具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,在经纬纱制备过程中,在制备涤纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占经纱长丝重量的8%;在制备腈纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占纬纱长丝重量的8%;所述的阻燃剂粉末为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末;所制备的经纱的细度为70D,所制备的纬纱的细度为90D。
采用喷气织机织造坯布,所织造的坯布的经密为300根/10cm,纬密为350根/10cm。
对上述步骤中所制备的坯布进行坯布先进行去油去污处理,去油去污处理处理是将坯布置入含有增白剂、去油灵和烧碱的处理液中,浴比为1:20,若中按质量百分比计,增白剂占处理液的0.4%,去油灵占处理液的0.1%,烧碱的用量为5g/L,余量为水。此步骤中将面料中经纱和纬纱在制备过程中加入的油剂以及织造过程中所带入的油剂进行去除,以使得后续的等离子处理更为均匀。
去油去污处理后,再采用空气等离子体进行处理,等离子处理的电压为130V,电流为2A,真空度为200Pa,处理时间为3min。经过等离子处理后的面料,更容易与抗菌剂中的抗菌成分相结合,使得面料更具有持久的抗菌效果。
最后进行抗菌后整理。将经过上述经过等离子处理的面料浸入至抗菌处理溶液中,抗菌溶液加热至80℃,采用双浸双轧,再将轧后的面料使用清水冲洗,再经经过轧辊,使得带液量控制在60%,再经过烘干,即可得到具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料。在此步骤中的烘干温度为1130℃,烘干至含水率不高于1%,在纤维表面形成抗菌层。
在此步骤中,抗菌处理溶液中含有30质量份的2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮、15质量份的N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、10质量份的改性壳聚糖、9质量份的十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、3质量份的甘草提取物、5质量份的硬脂酸单甘油脂、10质量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、20质量份的茶多酚。
改性壳聚糖的制得是将壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵依次加入至去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后再加入氢氧化钠固体,其中壳聚糖、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和固体氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.5:0.2,常温条件下搅拌使其充分反应2h,搅拌速度为1000r/min,然后采用乙醇水溶液中进行过滤洗涤,于80℃真空干燥,即可得到改性壳聚糖。
对本实施例所得到的面料进行抑菌试验,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%,经过标准20次标准洗涤后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%。
对比例
采用常规的涤纶基吸湿发热长丝和腈纶基吸湿发热长丝作为经纱和纬纱,采用喷气织机进行织造,将织造好的坯布先进行去油去污处理,再浸入至抗菌阻燃整理液中进行后整理,得到具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料。
对本实施例所得到的面料进行抑菌试验,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达到100%,经过标准20次标准洗涤后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率大于80%。
对实施例一至三和对比例所得到的面料进行阻燃测试,按照GB/T17596进行测试,得到结果见下表。
从上表可以看出,实施例一至三的阻燃效果明显优选对比例。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)经纬纱的制备:经纱为混合有阻燃剂的涤纶基吸湿发热长丝,纬纱为含有阻燃剂的腈纶基吸湿发热长丝;在制备涤纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占经纱长丝重量的5-8%;在制备腈纶基吸湿发热长丝过程的熔融步骤中通过共混的方式加入阻燃剂粉末,所加入的阻燃剂粉末占纬纱长丝重量的5-8%;所述的阻燃剂粉末为纳米级2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸阻燃剂晶体粉末;所制备的经纱的细度为50-70D,所制备的纬纱的细度为60-90D;
(2)采用喷气织机织造坯布:所织造的坯布的经密为200-300根/10cm,纬密为300-350根/10cm;
(3)对坯布进行等离子处理:对步骤(2)所织造的坯布先进行去油去污处理,再采用空气等离子体进行处理,等离子处理的电压为80-130V,电流为1.2-2A,真空度为200Pa,处理时间为0.5-3min;
(4)抗菌后整理:将经过步骤(3)等离子处理的面料浸入至抗菌处理溶液中,抗菌溶液加热至65-80℃,采用双浸双轧,再将轧后的面料使用清水冲洗,再经经过轧辊,使得带液量控制在50-60%,再经过烘干,烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干至含水率不高于1%,在纤维表面形成抗菌层;
所述的抗菌处理溶液中含有15-30质量份的2-甲基-4异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-15质量份的N,N-二正丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2-10质量份的改性壳聚糖、3-9质量份的十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、1-3质量份的甘草提取物、2-5质量份的硬脂酸单甘油脂、5-10质量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、10-20质量份的茶多酚;
所述的改性壳聚糖的制得是将壳聚糖和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵依次加入至去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后再加入氢氧化钠固体,其中壳聚糖、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵和固体氢氧化钠的质量比为1:2-0.5:0.5-0.2,常温条件下搅拌使其充分反应0.5-2h,搅拌速度为200-1000r/min,然后采用乙醇水溶液中进行过滤洗涤,于60-80℃真空干燥,即可得到改性壳聚糖。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌阻燃功能的吸湿发热面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的去油去污处理处理是将坯布置入含有增白剂、去油灵和烧碱的处理液中,浴比为1:10-20,若中按质量百分比计,增白剂占处理液的0.1-0.4%,去油灵占处理液的0.05-0.1%,烧碱的用量为3-5g/L,余量为水。
