本发明涉及瓦楞纸板生产技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种瓦楞纸板过油机。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸板粘合而成的板状物,一般分为单瓦楞纸板和双瓦楞纸板两类。瓦楞纸板可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。
瓦楞纸板在生产过程中,需要对瓦楞纸板表面进行过油处理。传统的大都采用手工的方式,效率低下,且费时费力,且容易造成过油不均的现象,严重影响产品质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其具有对瓦楞纸板表面过油方便且均匀的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种瓦楞纸板过油机,包括机架,所述机架沿水平方向的两侧分别设置有进料口和出料口,所述机架沿进料口到出料口的方向的两侧均设置有传送带,所述机架内设有若干用于运送瓦楞纸板的送料辊,所述机架内设置有用于过油的涂油装置,所述涂油装置包括转动连接于送料辊上方的涂油辊、转动连接于机架上并与涂油辊抵触的预热辊、转动连接于机架上并与所述预热辊抵触的蘸油辊、设置于机架上用于驱动所述蘸油辊转动的驱动电机,所述送料辊、涂油辊、预热辊、蘸油辊的轴线均平行设置,所述蘸油辊的下方设置有储油盒,所述蘸油辊下端外壁位于储油盒内。
通过上述技术方案,涂油辊转动时可以带动预热辊转动,预热辊的转动可以带动蘸油辊转动,从而将储油盒内的油通过蘸油辊蘸取,然后通过预热辊进行传送,从而将油涂覆到涂油辊的外侧壁上。当需要对瓦楞纸板进行过油时,首先将瓦楞纸板放置于进料口一端的传送带上,瓦楞纸板可以在传送带的带动下向着机架内移动,当瓦楞纸板运动到送料辊上时,涂油辊抵触于瓦楞纸板的上端面对瓦楞纸板进行涂油,同时涂油辊的转动还能推动瓦楞纸板移动,从而将瓦楞纸板沿着送料辊进行运送。实际使用中,涂油装置可以沿着送料辊的方向设置有两个甚至更多,使得涂油更加全面。当涂油操作完毕后,瓦楞纸板可以进入到出料口的传送带运送至烘箱进行烘烤。通过涂油辊对瓦楞纸板进行涂油,使得瓦楞纸板的涂油更加的方便,同时设置预热辊,油通过预热辊的预热可以一定程度上加强油的流动性,使得油在涂覆于涂油辊上时分布更加均匀,从而使得涂油辊对瓦楞纸板的涂油更加均匀。
进一步的,所述机架上设置有安装轴,所述预热辊转动连接于安装轴上,所述安装轴内设置有空腔,所述预热辊沿轴向的两端分别设置有与所述空腔连通的进油口和出油口。
通过上述技术方案,热油可以通过油泵、热油箱、油管连接成的泵油系统连接至进油口和出油口,从而使得热油可以加入到空腔内对预热辊持续的加热。通过向空腔内加入热油对安装轴进行加热,从而对预热辊进行加热,使得预热辊可以对需要涂覆于涂油辊上的油进行加热。

通过上述技术方案,设置盖板和导油口,盖板可以对盛油槽进行盖合,有利于保持盛油槽内的稳定,另外可以通过扩口设置的导油口向盛油槽内加热油,使得盛油槽的加油更加方便。同时当刷涂部吸附的油足够后,可以通过塞子将导油口塞紧,使得盛油槽内形成密封,从而可以减少盛油槽内的油继续通过通油孔流至刷涂部的情况。
进一步的,所述刷涂部的材质为棉纱。
通过上述技术方案,刷涂部为棉纱,棉纱具有较好的吸附效果,另外棉纱比较柔软,可以使得刷涂部与涂油辊的抵触效果更好,保持长久的抹匀效果。
进一步的,所述储油盒远离涂油辊的一侧设置有挡油板,所述挡油板朝远离储油盒的方向朝涂油辊倾斜设置。
通过上述技术方案,当蘸油辊转动蘸取储油盒内的油时,挡油板可以对蘸油辊转动甩起的油进行阻挡,使得油能够回流至储油箱内,减少了油的浪费,使得油的利用更加爱充分。
进一步的,所述储油盒沿涂油辊轴向的两端均呈透明设置,所述机架上对应设置有用于观察储油盒内油量的观察窗。
通过上述技术方案,当过油机使用时,可以通过观察窗观察储油盒内的油量,根据实际情况及时对储油盒内加油,从而减少了油量不足导致涂油辊的涂油效果不好的情况,使得过油机的使用更加稳定。
进一步的,所述储油盒沿涂油辊轴向的一端设置有用于进油的开口,所述开口上罩设有盖子。
通过上述技术方案,当储油盒内油量不足时,可以通过将盖子打开,然后向开口内注油,从而实现对储油盒的加油操作,设置开口和盖子,使得储油盒的加油操作更加方便。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例:
一种瓦楞纸板过油机,如图1所示,包括机架1,机架1沿水平方向的两侧分别设置有进料口2和出料口3,机架1沿进料口2到出料口3的方向的两侧均设置有传送带4,传送带4朝远离机架1方方向水平延伸,传送带4通过电机驱动。当过瓦楞纸板油机使用时,进料口2一侧的传送带4可以将瓦楞纸板运送至机架1内,完成过油后,出料口3一侧的传送带4可以将瓦楞纸板运送走。
如图2所示,机架1内设有若干送料辊5,若干送料辊5的上端面与传送带4的上端面平齐,送料辊5可以用于运送瓦楞纸板。机架1内设置有涂油装置6,涂油装置6可以用于对瓦楞纸板进行过油处理。涂油装置6包括转动连接于送料辊5上方的涂油辊61、转动连接于机架1上并与涂油辊61抵触的预热辊62、转动连接于机架1上并与预热辊62抵触的蘸油辊63、设置于机架1上驱动电机64(参见图1)。驱动电机64设置于机架1的一侧并与涂油辊61连接,驱动电机64可以用于驱动蘸油辊63转动。
送料辊5、涂油辊61、预热辊62、蘸油辊63的轴线均平行设置,蘸油辊63的下方设置有储油盒7,蘸油辊63下端外壁位于储油盒7内。涂油辊61和送料辊5之间留有供瓦楞纸板通过的缝隙,当瓦楞纸板运送至涂油辊61下方时,涂油辊61的下端面可以抵触于瓦楞纸板的上端面,同时,涂油辊61的转动可以将瓦楞纸板沿着送料辊5进行运送。
涂油辊61转动时还可以带动预热辊62转动,预热辊62的转动可以带动蘸油辊63转动,从而将储油盒7内的油通过蘸油辊63蘸取,然后通过预热辊62进行传送,从而将油涂覆到涂油辊61的外侧壁上。
如图2、3所示,机架1上设置有安装轴8,安装座位于送料辊5上方,预热辊62转动连接于安装轴8上从而与机架1转动相连。安装轴8内设置有空腔9,预热辊62沿轴向的两端分别设置有与空腔9连通的进油口10和出油口11。
热油可以通过油泵、热油箱、油管连接成的泵油系统连接至进油口10和出油口11,从而使得热油可以加入到空腔9内对预热辊62持续的加热。通过向空腔9内加入热油对安装轴8进行加热,从而对预热辊62进行加热,使得预热辊62可以对需要涂覆于涂油辊61上的油进行加热。
当需要对瓦楞纸板进行过油时,首先将瓦楞纸板放置于进料口2一端的传送带4上,瓦楞纸板可以在传送带4的带动下向着机架1内移动,当瓦楞纸板运动到送料辊5上时,涂油辊61抵触于瓦楞纸板的上端面对瓦楞纸板进行涂油,同时涂油辊61的转动还能带动瓦楞纸板移动,从而将瓦楞纸板沿着送料辊5进行运送。实际使用中,涂油装置6可以沿着送料辊5的方向设置有两个甚至更多,使得涂油更加全面。当涂油操作完毕后,瓦楞纸板可以进入到出料口3的传送带4运送至烘箱进行烘烤。
如图2、图4实施,储油盒7远离涂油辊61的一侧设置有挡油板12,挡油板12朝远离储油盒7的方向朝涂油辊61倾斜设置。储油盒7沿涂油辊61轴向的两端均呈透明设置,机架1上对应设置有用于观察储油盒7内油量的观察窗13。储油盒7沿涂油辊61轴向的一端还设置有开口14,开口14上罩设有盖子15。当需要向储油盒7内注油时,可以将盖子15打开,通过开口14向储油盒7内注油。
如图2、图5所示,机架1内还设置有涂抹装置16,涂抹装置16设置于涂油辊61的上方,涂抹装置16可以用于将涂油辊61外壁的油涂抹均匀。涂抹装置16包括设置于涂油辊61上方的安装板161、设置于安装板161上的涂油刷162。涂油刷162沿着涂油辊61的转动方向呈倾斜设置,涂油刷162包括设置于安装板161上的刷板1621、设置于刷板1621上的刷涂部1622,刷涂部1622的材质为棉纱,且刷涂部1622抵触于涂油辊61的上端外壁。
刷板1621远离刷涂部1622的一端开设有盛油槽17,盛油槽17槽底开设有若干与刷涂部1622连通的通油孔18。盛油槽17上盖合有盖板19,盖板19远离刷涂部1622的一端开设有供油加入的导油口20,导油口20朝远离盖板19的一端呈扩口设置。
最初使用时,可以通过导油口20向盛油槽17内预先加入热油,使得热油可以通过通油孔18进入到刷涂部1622,使得刷涂部1622预先吸收足够的油,减少了过油机在使用时刷涂部1622将涂油辊61上的油擦拭或吸附的情况。当刷涂部1622吸附的油足够后,可以通过塞子将导油口20塞紧,使得盛油槽17内形成密封,从而可以减少盛油槽17内的油继续通过通油孔18流至刷涂部1622的情况。
本实施例的工作原理是:
采用上述瓦楞纸板过油机时,首先将热油加入到盛油槽17内,使得刷涂部1622吸附足够的油,然后将泵油系统连接至安装轴8的两端,形成热油循环,然后向储油盒7内加入油,空机运转,使得蘸油辊63、预热辊62以及涂油辊61正常运转进行油传递。然后将需要过油的瓦楞纸板放置于进料口2一端的传送带4,瓦楞纸板在传送带4的运送下移动至涂油辊61下方,然后在涂油辊61的转动带动下向着出料口3移动,此过程中,涂油辊61可以将油均匀的涂覆于瓦楞纸板上,然后过油后的瓦楞纸板可以通过出料口3一侧的传送带4运送至烘箱烘烤。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)内设置有用于将涂油辊(61)外壁的油涂抹均匀的涂抹装置(16),所述涂抹装置(16)设置于涂油辊(61)的上方,所述涂抹装置(16)包括设置于涂油辊(61)上方的安装板(161)、设置于安装板(161)上的涂油刷(162),所述涂油刷(162)包括设置于安装板(161)上的刷板(1621)、设置于刷板(1621)上的刷涂部(1622),所述涂油刷(162)的刷涂部(1622)抵触于涂油辊(61)的上端外壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述涂油刷(162)沿着涂油辊(61)的转动方向呈倾斜设置,所述刷板(1621)远离刷涂部(1622)的一端开设有盛油槽(17),所述盛油槽(17)槽底开设有若干与所述刷涂部(1622)连通的通油孔(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述盛油槽(17)上盖合有盖板(19),所述盖板(19)远离刷涂部(1622)的一端开设有供油加入的导油口(20),所述导油口(20)朝远离盖板(19)的一端呈扩口设置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述刷涂部(1622)的材质为棉纱。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述储油盒(7)远离涂油辊(61)的一侧设置有挡油板(12),所述挡油板(12)朝远离储油盒(7)的方向朝涂油辊(61)倾斜设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述储油盒(7)沿涂油辊(61)轴向的两端均呈透明设置,所述机架(1)上对应设置有用于观察储油盒(7)内油量的观察窗(13)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种瓦楞纸板过油机,其特征在于:所述储油盒(7)沿涂油辊(61)轴向的一端设置有用于进油的开口(14),所述开口(14)上罩设有盖子(15)。
