Abstract

本发明公开了一种油漆滚涂装置，包括基座，基座内穿过有传送带，传送带的上半部支撑于支撑辊上，基座上部安装有横向导槽和纵向导槽并安装有滑块，滑块上分别安装有导料辊和滚漆辊，并且导料辊和滚漆辊均通过螺杆和螺栓固定，基座的顶部安装有油漆贮存桶，油漆贮存桶通过管道连接至导料辊和滚漆辊之间的上方空间，滚漆辊的外壁上设有一层油漆吸附层。本发明采用可调节式的圆辊安装结构可以随时根据需要来调节油漆的供给量和适应不同厚度的板材进行滚涂工作，极大的节省了劳动力和生产企业的成本，生产效率高，安全性好。

    本发明涉及家具的生产领域，具体的是一种油漆滚涂装置。
背景技术：
家具，是由材料、结构、外观形式和功能四种因素组成，其中功能是先导，是推动家具发展的动力；结构是主干，是实现功能的基础，这四种因素互相联系，又互相制约。
广义的家具是指人类维持正常生活、从事生产实践和开展社会活动必不可少的一类器具。 狭义的家具是指在生活、工作或社会实践中供人们坐、卧或支撑与贮存物品的一类器具。而家具的材料一般以木材居多，木材在制作家具之前需要经过一系列的处理，当其达到使用要求时，才会被制作成家具。
发明内容：
    本发明的目的是根据生产家具时，满足对木材的加工、及其需要达到的要求所提供的一种可以提高产品质量、生产效率的油漆滚涂装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为：
油漆滚涂装置，包括基座，其特征在于：所述的基座内穿过有传送带，传送带的上半部支撑于支撑辊上，基座上部安装有横向导槽和纵向导槽并安装有滑块，滑块上分别安装有导料辊和滚漆辊，并且导料辊和滚漆辊均通过螺杆和螺栓固定，基座的顶部安装有油漆贮存桶，油漆贮存桶通过管道连接至导料辊和滚漆辊之间的上方空间。
所述的模板纹理填补机，其特征在于：所述的滚漆辊的外壁上设有一层油漆吸附层。

油漆滚涂装置，包括基座1，基座1内穿过有传送带2，传送带2的上半部支撑于支撑辊3上，基座1上部安装有横向导槽和纵向导槽并安装有滑块4，滑块4上分别安装有导料辊5和滚漆辊6，并且导料辊5和滚漆辊6均通过螺杆和螺栓固定，基座1的顶部安装有油漆贮存桶7，油漆贮存桶7通过管道8连接至导料辊5和滚漆辊6之间的上方空间，滚漆辊6的外壁上设有一层油漆吸附层。
