本发明涉及中医药物技术领域，尤其是涉及一种抗肿瘤中药组合物。
背景技术
随着我国人口老龄化趋势加剧、以及不良生活方式广泛存在，我国癌症发病和死亡率还将不断上升，近十年来每年增加约4％，调整年龄因素之后，每年增长约2％。目前中药治疗肿瘤主要从祛邪、扶正两方面入手，据病人的实际情况标本兼顾、辨证治疗。研究发现具有祛邪作用的中草药多能作用于肿瘤细胞生长过程，通过干扰肿瘤细胞的核酸等遗传物质的合成、有丝分裂周期、繁殖信息传递等生长和转移过程起到抑制肿瘤细胞增殖过程、直接杀伤肿瘤细胞等作用。肿瘤是严重危害人类健康及生命的常见慢性疾病。随着中药治疗肿瘤研究的不断深入，其在增强机体自身对肿瘤细胞的免疫以及促进肿瘤细胞凋亡两方面独特的疗效和较低的毒副作用，越来越引起人们关注。中药抑制体内、外肿瘤细胞生长的实验研究较多，对抗肿瘤药理研究报道很少，当前对中药抗肿瘤疗效机理方面的研究相对落后，思路上较为单一。一些疗效较好的治法其治疗机理研究不够深人，临床用药缺少以药物机理作指导，尤其对于肿瘤手术后、放化疗后和晚期癌症患者，缺乏有效缓解病情的中药药物。
发明内容
本发明提供一种针对性强，君臣佐使，科学配伍，直接抗肿瘤作用强的抗肿瘤中药组合物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，该中药是由以下原料药物制成：小春花60g，三叶青60g，落新妇60g、生晒参120g、茯苓150g、炒白术120g、甘草50g、炒米仁300g、陈皮90g、炒扁豆100g、炙黄芪150g、制黄精200g、西洋参30g、灵芝孢子粉20g、枸杞子120g、炒谷芽200g、神曲150g、法山甲30g、桂枝70g、赤芍100g、牡丹皮100g、桃仁90g、桑黄200g、藏红花15g、龙眼肉150g、莲子150g、枣泥200g、木糖醇250g、天龙20条。本方案中采用的原料药物均为中药药物，其中的天龙为蜈蚣，本方案中中药药物的重量为克，等比缩小或放大药物的克数，与本方案等同。
作为优选，所述的原料药物熬制成膏方使用。膏方，又叫膏剂，以其剂型为名，属于中医里丸、散、膏、丹、酒、露、汤、锭八种剂型之一，膏方一般由多味中药混合后制得；在中医理论里，膏方是一种具有高级营养滋补和治疗预防综合作用的成药。它是在大型复方汤剂的基础上，根据人的不同体质、不同临床表现而确立不同处方，经浓煎后掺入某些辅料而制成的一种稠厚状半流质或冻状剂型；其中，处方中药物尽可能选用道地药材，全部制作过程操作严格，只有经过精细加工的膏方最终才能成为上品。
作为优选，所述的原料药物经过浸泡、煎煮、浓缩、收膏、分装，采取袋装工艺，每袋15g。本方案采用传统膏方制作方法，膏方的制作比较复杂，有特定的程序，严格的操作过程，为了达到预期效果，需要专业人员进行操作,特别是本膏方采取了现代化袋装工艺，每袋15g，定量准确，携带方便。
本方案将上述多种药物配好后，经慢熬成膏方即可，适用于手术、放化疗后和晚期癌症患者，在临床试验中，选择100例癌症患者，其中手术后35例，放化疗20例，晚期癌症患者45例，给予患者10天一疗程口服膏方，一日2次，每个疗程中间隔3到5天，在长达五年的肿瘤标记物指数检测以及生活质量和状态方面发现，84例患者精神饱满，肿瘤标记物指数明显低于正常值，10例患者仅有精神状态的好转，6例治疗效果不明显。
因此，本发明具有如下有益效果：针对性强，君臣佐使，科学配伍，直接抗肿瘤作用强。
具体实施方式
一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，该中药是由以下原料药物制成：小春花60g，三叶青60g，落新妇60g、生晒参120g、茯苓150g、炒白术120g、甘草50g、炒米仁300g、陈皮90g、炒扁豆100g、炙黄芪150g、制黄精200g、西洋参30g、灵芝孢子粉20g、枸杞子120g、炒谷芽200g、神曲150g、法山甲30g、桂枝70g、赤芍100g、牡丹皮100g、桃仁90g、桑黄200g、藏红花15g、龙眼肉150g、莲子150g、枣泥200g、木糖醇250g、天龙20条；
原料药物需熬制成膏方使用，；
原料药物经过浸泡、煎煮、浓缩、收膏，再通过现代化中药袋装机，制作成袋装膏方，每袋15g，定量准确，携带方便。
具体实施过程是，选取中药药物原料小春花60g，三叶青60g，落新妇60g、生晒参120g、茯苓150g、炒白术120g、甘草50g、炒米仁300g、陈皮90g、炒扁豆100g、炙黄芪150g、制黄精200g、西洋参30g、灵芝孢子粉20g、枸杞子120g、炒谷芽200g、神曲150g、法山甲30g、桂枝70g、赤芍100g、牡丹皮100g、桃仁90g、桑黄200g、藏红花15g、龙眼肉150g、莲子150g、枣泥200g、木糖醇250g、天龙20条，经过浸泡、煎煮、浓缩、收膏后，制作成袋装膏方，每袋15g存放待用；

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗肿瘤中药组合物，其特征是，所述的原料药物经过浸泡、煎煮、浓缩、收膏、分装，采取袋装工艺，每袋15g。
