可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,本发明涉及轮椅设计技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电动辅助站立及躺卧轮椅的底盘组件。我国已经逐渐步入高龄社会。自如地在室外室内活动,完成一些力所能及的自我护理工作更是老人共同的心愿。他们需要一种结构简单,既能在室内狭窄的环境下自由移动的,又能在户外安全活动;既能坐躺,又能辅助站立的轮椅。本发明以简单可靠的机械连杆结构,配合电动或液压顶杆,通过改变轮椅的前后轮轴距,实现改变座垫与地面之间的倾斜角度,从而实现座椅后倾、辅助站立、平躺的功能。轴距变长,使轮椅在户外通过障碍时稳定;轴距变短,使轮椅在室内移动时灵活。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮椅设计技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电动辅助站立及躺卧轮椅的底盘组件。
背景技术
目前,我国已经逐渐步入高龄社会,失能、半失能卧床老人的照护是养老护理行业的重中之重,已成为政府和社会各界共同关注的话题。自如地在室外室内活动,完成一些力所能及的自我护理工作更是老人共同的心愿。遗憾的是在我国乃至全世界仍然没有一种结构简单,既能在室内狭窄的环境下自由移动的,又能在户外安全活动;既能坐躺,又能辅助站立的轮椅。
发明内容
本发明以简单可靠的机械连杆结构,配合电动推杆或液压顶杆,通过改变轮椅的前后轮轴距,实现改变座垫与地面之间的倾斜角度,从而实现座椅后倾、辅助站立、平躺的功能。轴距变长,能使轮椅在户外通过障碍时更加安全;轴距变短,能使轮椅在室内移动时加灵活。
本发明提出一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:包括前轮、后轮、前轮架、固定于前轮架上后轮连接杆限位滑轨、后轮连接杆、座垫支撑杆、扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆、靠背支撑杆、电动推杆或液压顶杆、电机以及控制组件;所述前轮由前轮架固定连接,所述前轮架上连接用于承载座椅的座垫支撑杆及扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆;所述前轮架上固定有后轮连接杆限位滑轨;所述座垫支撑杆前端上安装有凸轮机构,在座垫支撑杆转动时可以改变腿部支撑杆的倾斜角度;所述座垫支撑杆上连接有用于安装后轮的后轮连接杆、用于调节后轮连接杆与座垫支撑杆之间夹角的电动推杆或液压顶杆;所述后轮由后轮连接杆固定连接。后轮连接杆与后轮连接杆限位滑轨连接点只能沿后轮连接杆限位滑轨移动。当电动推杆或液压顶杆改变座垫支撑杆与后轮连接杆之间的角度时,前后轮之间的轴距可以改变。
所述后轮连接杆、座垫支撑杆、扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆、靠背支撑杆、电动推杆或液压顶杆之间的连接均为部分转动连接。
如图1所示,当顶杆10张开时,后轮连接杆与座垫支撑杆之间的角bec角度改变,座垫支撑杆和扶手支撑杆分别绕点f及点h逆时针转动,同时后轮连接杆在重力和限位杆的共同作用下沿后轮连接杆限位滑轨向前滑动,使得轮椅的轴距变小,同时座垫向上倾斜,靠背支撑杆向上垂直移动。腿部支撑杆在座垫支撑杆前端的凸轮带动下与地面垂直,腿部支撑杆前端的支撑小轮与地面接触形成站立平台。
顶杆完全张开时,轮椅变成图2状态,此时轮椅的支撑小轮、前轮、后轮形成稳固的站立平台,可以辅助失能人士站立。同时由于轴距的变小,轮椅可以获得更小的转弯半径,便于在狭窄的空间移动。

1.一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于,包括前轮、后轮、前轮架、后轮连接杆、后轮连接杆限位滑轨、座垫支撑杆、扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆、靠背支撑杆、电动推杆或液压顶杆、电机以及控制组件;所述前轮由前轮架固定连接, 所述前轮架上连接用于承载座椅的座垫支撑杆及扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆;所述座垫支撑杆前端上安装有凸轮机构,在座垫支撑杆转动时可以改变腿部支撑杆的倾斜角度;所述座垫支撑杆上连接有用于安装后轮的后轮连接杆、用于调节后轮连接杆与座垫支撑杆之间夹角的电动推杆或液压顶杆;所述后轮由后轮连接杆固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:轮椅的后轮连接杆、座垫支撑杆、扶手支撑杆、腿部支撑杆、靠背支撑杆、电动推杆或液压顶杆之间的连接均为部分转动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:轮椅的轴距可以改变。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:座垫相对于地面的角度可以通过调节前后轮轴距改变。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:座垫倾斜角度的改变可以通过凸轮或连杆改变腿部支撑杆的倾斜角度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:靠背的倾斜角度在座垫倾斜角度改变的同时保持不变。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以改变轴距并实现辅助站立及躺卧的新型轮椅,其特征在于:通过改变轮椅轴距改善轮椅的转弯半径及行驶稳定性。
